I booked this hotel based on the location and was very satisfied. An old style hotel. Spacious and clean room. The view was gorgeous. 😍. I definitely recommend to book the room with the view. Well equipped with nearly everything you need. Just missing some toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner). I bought it in a small shop outside of the hotel close to the reception. The staffs were all polite and friendly. Breakfast got varied options. Totally recommended 👌

Perfect in every way! Location is ideal, close to beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants. No need for car if you enjoy walking along lovely sea front. The team were all great and friendly. Breakfast was always a good start to the day - plenty of choice. I would recommend having a room with a sea view, well worth that little bit extra. The room was spacious and well equipped and always made up beautifully. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

It's like going back in time to the 1970s. Breakfast was notably rubbish... really bad. Rooms were large and clean... weirdly including a 1970s or (at best) 1980s kitchenette. Decor literally hadn't changed for 40 or 50 years. If that's what you want, you'll love it! I wish I'd taken pictures.

Rooms very shabby and old. Nice having a separate living room and cooking space. But needs updating or at least properly cleaning (air con cupboard popped open and it was pretty bad). Gentlemen at the desk didn't acknowledge us for a good 15 minutes when we first arrived. Fair enough he was on the phone. But a smile and an apology for the wait would of been appreciated. Location is great and a very short walk to the beach and town. For a family holiday with self service would recommend solely on the room size. Shame about the service, that really put a downer from the moment we walked in.

Very old hotel, which should be renovated immediately. The rooms are very outdated and were last renovated in the 1980s. The carpets in the rooms and hallways are so dirty and smelly that new species can be found inside. The hotel breakfast was okay and the location is perfect, still I would avoid this hotel until fully renovated.

I loved it! Spacious rooms with a good ambience. Kitchen area was all I needed, I used it a lot and saved a fortune on food. Pool area was lovely. View from the rooms balcony was absolutely spectacular. Definitely worth getting a sea view. Would stay again.

The place looks very old fashioned. The location and the service are not bad, i coul see the ocean from my room and the lobbyist was very polite and thoughtful. There is access to a small training room, a warm indoor pool, and an exterior pool

The sea view rooms here are amazing. The staff are also attentive and a joy! All the staff are friendly. Breakfast is delicious, pastries, juices, yoghurt, scrambled egg, fruit and fruit salad. Plentiful well stocked. Pool is also great for a bob about. Close to the train station, close to amazing restaurants. Watching bats and swifts from our sea view room was a delight. We hope to return!

Even though it's clear this hotel is in need of modernization (which is planned apparently), it is lovely. Rooms are large with a convenient kitchenette, pots pans &kettle etc included, and a larger than normal fridge. Balcony views are outstanding. TV and enough sockets. Big bathroom. Staff was very lovely and always helpful. Good facilities for workshop. Also has in- and outdoor pool. Very close access to train station and promenade.

Nice hotel, good balance if price-quality. Big room, confortable beds, small but practical kitchen. Friendly staff and good location. Swimming pool areas are nice, both outdoors and indoors one. The room style is not modern and probably it needs a little renovation. However it is comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff are without a doubt top notch. From the time we checked in to when we left. The place is spotless. And the buffet breakfast is just perfect. The location is perfect also to walk to estriol or to take a short train ride to Lisbon. We can’t say enough about this hotel.

Hotel is very clean (cleaned every day). Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Balcony sea view is dreamlike, but noisy due to busy road, which is not noticable in the room when balcony door is closed. Swimming pool has towel service.

Lovely place with an incredibly convenient location. A short walk to Cascais, and an even shorter walk to the Monte Estoril train station.

I booked this hotel mainly for location reasons and I'm glad I did. The room we had although a bit dated carpet and furnishing wise was a great room. It was on the corner of the building on the 10th floor. But on reflection how long do you stand looking at a carpet and furnishings when there is an amazing view to be had from the balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the room also had a fridge (bonus) and a hob (which we never used). The bathroom had bath and shower which was also a bonus. The place also had indoor and outdoor pools which my wife put to good use. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and we're ever present. The local neighbourhood was quiet at the entrance side of the hotel with some nice shops and bars within 5 minute walk. There was a downside to the sea facing side of the hotel and that was the traffic noise and the noise from the frequent train service at the easily accessible station 3 to 4 minutes away but this is easily shut out by closing the very effective sound proofing windows. Two great Cafe's are within 5 to 6 minutes walk from the hotel on the promenade and we ate brunch there on three occasions. Cascais is easily reached on foot (about 25 mins)and as Edtoril is really quiet it is great for eating and drinking. To sum up....this Hotel is a great base for exploring and relaxing we took a taxi on one day to Sintra which was about 30 mins drive and got a train into Lisbon on another which took about 35 minutes each way. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone that likes a location for relaxing and exploring. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit so memorable. PS also a mention to the lovely gentleman that runs the paper shop attached to the building near reception...thank you for brightening our mornings.

The place was amazing. Information need to be clear from beginning of our stay. We found things out as we go along. There were not much choices for vegan at breakfast.

Wonderful stay here, will definitely return, great value. Buffet breakfast is wide and varied. Staff super friendly and helpful and most speak excellent English. Rooms are large and we enjoyed magnificent sea views from our balcony. Excellent location near train station, not far from Cascais. Didn't have time to use the swimming pools, maybe next time we will.
