As wedding photographers, Qtª da Conceição it's a top venues true hidden gem, charming place, incredibly beautiful everywhere you look. There's so much to explore every time we photograph there! Highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Quinta. The location is beautiful and quiet but easily accessible to and from Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the food and hospitality was wonderful . We loved that it was such a unique spot to relax and unwind while still being close to nearby towns and beaches. A perfect place in every way!

We had a 2 days stay at Quinta da Conceição Historic Country Retreat that was everything an more. Not only are the views breathtaking, but the staff is absolutely wonderful! The quinta, decorated in beautiful antiques, backs up to lush trees that is perfect for a relaxing get away. Our stay included breakfast which had homemade jams, toast, rolls, fresh fruit, and a cook waiting to make eggs and bacon if we wished. We will be back for sure! Update: We had our wedding this past week at the quinta. You cannot pick a better venue. Filipa planned the wedding after we had a bad experience with our previous planner. She is such an amazing planner as is the entire staff at Quinta da Conceicao. I’ve never felt my special than I did there. My wedding was everything I ever wanted! I feel blessed to have been able to work with such a talented staff in such a beautiful place. Nothing beats it!

We organized our wedding at the Quinta da Conceição, at the suggestion of our wedding planner. We couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed over for the weekend, and booked the rooms for close friends and family. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the meals (breakfast, sandwiches for lunch) were delicious and fresh. Maria, the manager, is very nice and helpful, and she and Matt helped us a lot with great suggestions that helped making the wedding a great experience for our guests. The most magical venue we have ever stayed at - like a true fairytale. We couldn't have been happier with choosing Quinta Da Conceicao for our wedding data and we hope to be back for more amazing times at this stunning place. The people running it, Matt & Maria in particular, are wonderful hosts and looked after our every need. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We stayed for two nights and it was fabulous. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We chose to eat dinner there each night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Matt is a fantastic host. We highly, highly, recommend a relaxing stay here.

Idyllic, beautiful and peaceful place. We were so well looked after by Matt’s friendly and hospitable team, with superb food (fresh veg from the gardens). Peaceful walks in surrounding countryside, with nothing but the sound of owls at night. The building has been immaculately restored to its baroque splendour, and the interior is cosy and comfortable. Unforgettable experience.

I just spent a lovely week here and only have good things to say. The venue is stunning, comprising a beautiful and spacious manor house full of delightful personal touches and facilities such as a pool and garden. The surrounding countryside also makes for a nice walk. There is excellent food and wine and the hosts were welcoming, professional and conscientious, ensuring that we had a wonderful time.

Beyond words! Our wedding at the Quinta was just as unique as we wanted it to be. Kudos to the owner for the sublime service :)

There was a group of artists staying in this wonderful place.. the food, staff & accommodation are excellent and it would be an amazing place to visit for a complete break from the rush of life. Highly recommended a visit and will be definitely staying here again when I’m in the area. It is a little off the beaten track but that is its charm. 30 minutes from Lisbon airport by taxi.. many thanks Matt & your staff for ensuring our visit was extremely enjoyable. Dougie..

I stayed at Quinta da Conceiçao for a short while and really enjoyed my stay. The house itself is so beautiful! The rooms are unique, the architecture is amazing and the grounds are so peaceful. The big drawing room was perfect for meetings as well as the out houses. Would really recommend it. Great food and wine as well.

We were doing a venue check for our bride + groom with the wedding planner we work with often + we all were amazed by how beautiful + well kept this gorgeous retreat is! We can't WAIT to photograph here!
