We recently bought a Cartier Santos Galbée ladies watch here and we are extremely satisfied with the service. The watch is in absolute mint condition and was delivered one day after ordering. The watch was packaged in the original box, with the documentation and even the Cartier bag and the wax stamp of the packaging were included. Contacts with the seller were very pleasant and questions were answered extremely quickly. A very reliable company where we would confidently buy a watch again. A recommendation!

Lack of professionalism, wasted my time! Initial communication was all very good, they sent me over a contract to sign and upload after I sent them pictures and all the necessary details. They even asked me to send them a photo of my watch with my passport (understandable). However, I was not comfortable with mailing a 2000+ euros watch with just a digital "contract" send over email, so I called them to make an appointment the following day at 11:00 AM. The following day, less than one hour from that appointment, I get a call to tell me they're not interested because of the few scratches and lack of certificate with my watch (which was all mentioned when they drew up the original contract). I was already at the train station, a complete waste of my time. There is another review on here with the exact same complaint, so this is not the first time they do this.
