Upscale and amazing AF! Men…you must have close toed shoes to enter the casino floor and there is a dress code that’s different in the afternoon vs the evening so make sure to know the dress code for when you’re going. Anyone can visit in the lobby. Bathrooms are $1 euro to enter. Absolutely stunning all around. Beautiful and exotic cars to be found parked outside in the front.

Maybe I was expecting too much, but this wasn't special by any means. First, they charge you a fee to enter, and the women doing so were fairly rude doing it. Next, you go through security, and I went to the cage to exchange currency. Their exchange rate was crazy and they pocketed at least another 150 over the rate. When exchanging, I asked if drinks were included, and he said yes. We go to a roulette table change out a grand and orde drinks. Drinks come, and they want 80 Euros for them and argue the cage was wrong. The place is as beautiful as every picture you have ever seen. In the stain glass, you can see the year 1889, and the architecture is magnificent, but unfortunately, and probably most important to a casino was the vibe. This place was as dead as a cemetery at midnight. I would estimate less than 40 people in the entire place. No excitement, no winning, no atmosphere, just a nice building where they take your money. (That said, I won 300 😉 and still felt it was a bust)

The casino experience was exceptional. The bustling atmosphere, combined with the elegant architecture, created a truly enchanting ambiance. You can have endless enjoyment at the front, gazing at the magnificent cars. The interior was equally impressive, boasting all the essential features of a top-notch casino. Clean, safe and accurate. Clean restrooms and friendly employees. The square is packed with luxury cars.

We didn't go in, but the outside and grounds are beautiful. The 4 stars are because it states clearly on their website what the dress code is for entering, but they were letting men in with shorts and t-shirts. I'm guessing that if yiu have enough money, they don't care how you're dressed.

So luxurious, majestic, refined - just like in the movies. Expensive cars, well-dressed people and aristocratic buildings are a real treat for the eyes! Everything is sparkling clean and the surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained! It will be a great pleasure for me to return there some day.

Wonderful casino, 100% worth the visit during the quiet season! Too many tourists during the summer however at winter the building can be seen more up close and personal with multiple nice cars and nice weather even into the winter months Worth the visit, looks great from all angles and the cool cars that drive around the casino is the cherry on top

I didn't visit the casino itself, I was there for the WRC open and closing ceremonies, but the building itself is absolutely beautiful. Casino Square is stunning! I'd recommend walking around the back of the casino to enjoy the view of Monaco 🇲🇨

We didn't go inside the casino to gamble because we were only on a day trip from Nice and preferred to wander around the city. It was pretty empty since it was still preseason and raining. Even if you're not into gambling, it's worth checking out the free rooms you can enter. And if you do decide to gamble, the prices aren't too bad for a world-famous casino, so it's something to consider.

My friend found the way to earn money here🤣🤣 just joking. It is a good Casino: quiet, clean, good service. Although the entrance ticket is 17 euros but you can spend 10 euros of this 17 euros for drinks or machine play. Attention!! You need to wear Correct clothes, no sports clothes. You need to bring Passport. That’s all! The Casino used to be a palace so it is gorgeous decorated inside! Enjoy your time🙃

Casino of Monaco good to use the toilet inside, where crazy people are playing stupid games. The square is pretty with "big block" luxury, expensive, sportive cars, but as the owners are rich and not intelligent, they spend there money for stupid things. Prepared tuning car or electric vehicle is faster and better for the environment.

One of the hottest spot in Monte-Carlos. It is amazing, historic and luxurious place. Its a must visit while in Monaco. The place is famous of luxurious and sport cars. Its well-decorated and has stunning marbling designs. The area is also good for shopping of the top global brands and also you can have some food. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe.

The Monte Carlo Casino is an exquisite masterpiece that transports visitors into a realm of opulence and sophistication. Nestled in the heart of Monaco, this iconic establishment exudes an aura of grandeur that is truly unparalleled. From the moment you step foot into its lavish halls, you're enveloped in an ambiance that effortlessly blends tradition with modernity. The architecture is a testament to the timeless elegance that has come to define Monte Carlo. Intricately designed ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and ornate detailing showcase a level of craftsmanship that is both breathtaking and inspiring. The roulette tables and card games are like strategic battles, where wit and luck collide in a dance of excitement. As a 15-year-old with a keen interest in history and culture, the Monte Carlo Casino provided a captivating lesson in both. Observing the diverse crowd of patrons, each engrossed in their games of chance, I couldn't help but appreciate the universality of human nature – the thrill of risk-taking and the pursuit of fortune. The staff's impeccable service further elevated my experience. Courteous and knowledgeable, they effortlessly guided newcomers through the world of gambling, making it accessible and enjoyable for all. In every aspect, the Monte Carlo Casino earns a resounding five stars from me. It is not just a place for gambling; it is a living masterpiece that immerses you in a realm of elegance, history, and entertainment. A must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable glimpse into the world of high-stakes allure. Christian

The casino is magical. But the best is having lunch in the salone rose. The food is amazing and prices are low compared to the location. But also, if you have a reservation at the restaurant, you don't pay the entrance to the casino. What else?!

Precisely as magnificent and pretentious as you would expect. The opulence of the architecture and environment are hard to match! Very fun experience just be prepared to be regarded with a hilarious level of contempt if you, like most of us, are not among the elite. Mind the dress code. Very reasonable €17 entry fee. For the experience, I’d recommend to dress up, have a cocktail, spend some time observing the tables and gamble a few Euro at the machines (they take as low as €5 bills)! Sorry, no photos allowed inside!

Phenomenal....So James Bond! The casino is everything that Hollywood has made it to be. The energy, the ambiance, and the mystery. It's worth your time to visit it twice. Come during the day and make another visit during the evening hours. You will walk away with different perspectives. There is an entrance fee to the casino (18E) that can be credited towards game play. The casino also provides daytime tours for individuals and families. Grab a beverage at the adjacent Cafe de Paris, and people watch to your hearts desire. There are also multiple restaurants within the casino that are open to the public (make a reservation in advance). Put the Monaco Casino on 'The Bucket List"

Came as part of a trip to Monaco and Monte Carlo. The casino is open to the public from 10am-12pm entry is €18 but as we were part of a group it was €15. We were told before we went inside that it was more like a Palace and it is. Its huge and very ornate. Paintings, chandeliers on a huge scale . Enjoyed having a look around.

A must go if you are visiting Monaco. This time they were not that strict about dress code, so you can wear a t-shirt, shorts and sports shoes if you are visiting it before 7pm, but after 7 you should be in proper formal attire. The entry fee is 17euro which includes a 10 euro coupon with which you can use to buy a drink inside.

Excellent boat ride. The staff are really funny and it's a quick ride to St Marguerite Island. The island itself is really Rocky so don't expect any sandy or pebbly beaches. It's mostly rough Rocky coastline but the water is amazing

Been there done that. The grandeur of the place is awesome. If you have come to see high end cars, this is the right place to be. The casino per se is miniscule when compared with the ones in Vegas. Still if it is on your bucket list, do go and tick it off.

Beautiful, well organized and clean place. All machines were sanitized after every use by the staff. Had some fun betting the 10 euros you get back from the 17 euros entrance fee!

The famous Casino that everyone should visit when in Monaco ! Very very pretty building, you can’t enter in Sandals so wear decent shoes and clothing or you will not be able to enter ! Definitely recommended the visit! Very much appreciated that good COVID measures are well in place even with temperature scan ! Excellent Casino!

Great place to be seen with your spare 100k. Don't bother with parking, valet your Ferrari. Plenty of shopping nearby at some basement bargains. Perfect for finding gifts for loved ones that preferred to stay on the yacht. Shaken or stirred, this is the place!

A wonderful building. We visited during the quiet season and in the morning, so we were able to explore the various halls and game rooms at our leisure. We were able to take photos without any restrictions, the helpful staff even took a picture of us in the grand entrance hall. The audio guide was very useful for finding out more of the interesting history of the place. All in all, we spent some interesting hours at the casino. A visit is definitely recommended!

Very nice the interior design of the Casinò. Very luxurious bar-restaurant inside and toilet is to pay 1€. At the entrance they check in your bag. The souvenir shop is not too expensive. To enter and see the game room you need to spend 10€.

An elegant casino. We went on a Monday. Lobby was open for viewing at 12 PM. They checked for vaccinations and a photo ID. Casino was opened at 2 PM. We had to purchase 17€ tickets which granted entry and one of the following: - 10€ on slots - 10€ chips for table games - 10€ at the restaurant - Full ticket refund (17€) if you spend at least 30€ at the restaurant We went right after opening. Only a few tables were open. Blackjack with 25€ minimum, roulette with 5€ inside/20€ outside minimum, and some poker game. For the casino dress code, I was able to get in with a polo, chino shorts, and black running shoes.

I saw that many people were hesitant walking in, probably because of the tough-looking security but don't you worry. No matter what you wear, you can go in up to a certain point. The securitys is in fact very kind and gentle. In order to get into the gambling area, which opens after 2pm, you have to get a ticket for 18 euros but you can see the lobby and the main hall.

So American Tourist here, I loved it, we were there in the afternoon, dress code is not as tight during the day, it’s free to walk in the front door and look around, and worth it. To get into the gambling rooms is 17 Euros or so, but you get a coupon for 10 Euros for each ticket good for gambling, or drinks. So I think well worth the money. The interior is incredible, the people are friendly, and I gambled where James Bond hangs out!!! The story is worth the price of admission and yes that is a carbon Fiber Rolls Royce,

Must see in Monaco. Basic entry is free. You can see the hallway and the lounge and buy souvenirs. To go inside and see the actual casino is 17 euro. Nice gift shop and cool place to be considering its history.

One can enter for free to see the main hall (which is quite beautiful). To access the casino, you need to buy a ticket for entry. The casino also has a theater and restaurant.

Monaco is an impressive city, built into the cliffs it feels like Hong Kong. Worth a visit. There isn’t a lot inside the casino for gambling but it is a beautiful building. I’d go there for the tourism but don’t expect a great casino experience. I was there on a weekday in the afternoon and it was a bit dead. Would expect more action in the evenings and weekends.

Amazing building where the rich and famous go to gamble their money. Exquisitely decorated like a palace it is a place worthy of billionaires.

A stunning building. The pinacle of casinos worldwide, the meeting place of the rich and beautiful of Europe. Outside on the square you will see more supercars and top of the line limousines in 10 minutes than most people will encounter in their entire lifetime. A place to visit at least once during your travels.

We visited on Monday late evening after dinner in the Alain Ducasse across the road. Historical location and outstanding interiors. A valid passport is required to gain entry and no other photo ID is accepted. The casino itself was pretty average and drinks were good. We didn't stay too long and the taxi was right outside the casino after late hours.

Good place to visit if you are in monte Carlo.... We visit on weekday so the crowd was less and didn't see much cars, you can go inside casino and play on machine. The look of casino is very retro type and has good parking space in front where all fancy cars are parked I recommend to visit on weekends

  • 5/5 Scott A. 1 year ago on Google
What a great casino to visit! I wasn't sure I could get in, but it is no problem to see the foyer, and the inside is beautiful - you just can't go into the casino area unless you're dressed correctly and your pockets are full of money. You can pay to have a tour, but it is worth your time if you aren't gambling to just go inside to see the grandeur of the building.

  • 4/5 Tausif B. 2 years ago on Google
If you go there with purpose, you may not need to read a review but if you want to visit as a tourist, make sure to dress up properly and dont carry any bags and you will make it in easily otherwise lots of security and they do look down upon you. So keep yourself a bit up to date to enjoy the rich kids casino trip ;) or just stay outside waiting for cars to come

For people used to Vegas or Atlantic City, the Monte Carlo may seem laughably quaint. The number and variety of games is small compared to the mega casinos of America. But I love it here. The rooms you play in are GORGEOUS, and surprisingly quiet, without the constant cacophony of slot machine noise that you get in a typical casino. The clientele is a bit more refined. And the staff is helpful and polite. I miss many of my favorite games, but I would happily return here any time.

Exceptional Building on a remarkable location swirling with non-stop excitement. The perfect place to park your hot-wheels and unwind after an amazing day of touring the twisting scenic ocean drives. The casino is in it's original glorious state, sure to please the upmost architects and glorious building aficionado's. Dress code of course and bring your wallet (of course!) with your ID, passport.

Go to say you went. Surprisingly few table games, but enough to have fun. Get dolled up and live the James Bond life for a few hours.

A complete rip off rourist attraction , need ID to visit and pay a fee to enter. Opens after 2pm the other smaller casino is open during general hours and nonfee to enter but need ID. Nice views of the port from behind the casino.
