Very good Asian restaurant. Phantastic tempura and incredible black cod. If you like desserts, you have to try the cheesecake! :-)

The Japanese food is very good! The Thai is not to recommend. The ambiance is really nice

I decided to give the restaurant a second chance, as in my first visit the service was very slow but the food was good. I changed my review to 5* as they were very accommodating and the service was great!!!

Very good and very fast service. The food is rapidly ready and brought to your table and the waiters are very friendly and nice. The food is ok, but not the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. It is ok, made with good ingredients and tastes okay. A shout out to the deserts that were better than we expected. The restaurant is nice and the music is nice inside. Make sure you make a reservation because it is always full of people.

Really great for a pan-asian restaurant. I didn't get a chance to photograph many of the things we ordered, which included a few really tasty dishes, but the food lacks just a little love. Fantastic interior and absolutely impeccable service. 👌

I wanted to be excited about MayaBay, but it ended up being a disappointment. I stayed at the hotel next door four months ago, and couldn't get a reservation because it was Grand Prix weekend. On this trip, I put in a reservation ahead of time. The service was excellent right throughout the meal, as was the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and made me feel like a welcomed guest. The first several courses were great. I had smoked scallop dumplings, calamari in a spicy sauce, two rolls of sushi, and a curry dish involving beef cheek. Then as a highlight of the meal, my favorite meat that I've ordered dozens I times, I ordered octopus. It was grossly overcooked. Not as in, oops it's been grilled a bit too long. No, no, someone forgot it was on the grill. It was barely chewable. I tried to send it back, and the kitchen told me that was how it was supposed to be. No, octopus isn't supposed to be so tough a knife can barely cut it. Yet instead of taking the L and cooking a new one, they sent the waitress back with a story that it was cooked correctly. Nah. Not worth visiting if this is the attitude of the kitchen.

Service was excellent and staff was very warm and welcoming. Some of the fish was very fresh and tasteful. Some things on the chef's menu were not available as they are in between transitioning to a new menu for the season so substituted items were slightly underwhelming. Dessert was presented nicely but was lacking in certain flavors. Nice, sheek atmosphere.

We dined in the Japanese section when we visited couple of years back. The ambience, service and food is top notch.

Food is fantastic ! I took the beneto lunch box with soja salad, salmon maki, shrimp roll and fish. We had creme brûlée for the desert. The tast was perfect : nothing to add ! Service is excellent, they always check if everything is Okay and have your back 😉 Drinks are little bit expansive but the fact that food is perfect worth it. I will definitly recommand it for a thai restaurant in Monaco. Thank you :)

I love this place! Every time I have been it has been a great experience. Dinner in the Japanese section is my favorite! I especially like the Mochi!

Very fancy restaurant. The air in the restaurant was heavily perfumed with airfresher. This disturbed my tastebutts to the point were i could not sense the taste of the food i ate. The entrée were some weired, hard green beans. It took me a moment to figure out that i could only eat the inside and not the shell. The main meal was served in a fancy coconut but the meal itself tasted very ordinary. To waiter was very nice and attentive. All in all i didn't like the restaurant and will not go back.

I went without a reservation but got a good table still. The ambiance was lovely, just like the food. The price on the other hand is peculiar to Monaco but far not regular for the meal served, if you know what I mean. So do not consider it if you are on a budget 😅 All in all, I will definitely be back!

Could not have had a better evening and so glad I followed my recommendation to come here. We dined last night on the new menu, which was amazing but too many pages for us! We asked for a selection of dishes based on Manon’s recommendations and she got our taste spot on ☺️ Manon’s service was impeccable - 5 star and personable, but without it being forced. She was natural and genuine and as someone who also works in service, I noticed this and for Manon (and the food) I would definitely come back! Could not recommend more for a fancy dinner. Thank you!

Great restaurant, fantastic food! We were a little bummed that our table was in the front of the restaurant (because the back was SO COOL looking) but the amazing quality of the food made up for it. A+!

The food here was excellent. The service was excellent. I'm really happy we were able to get reservations. It was SO hot inside though. Uncomfortably hot. How can you not have any fans moving air around inside. We went at 10pm. I had to wear pants for dress code and even that late in the evening it's so hot and you make me wear pants. Allow shorts or fix the temperature inside the restaurant. The desserts were excellent, meals were excellent. Drinks were great. My daughter is vegetarian and has so many choices.

One of the best thai and japanese in the area... 5 stars service & food is delicious. Lovely ambience and the music is TOP in the evening! Bravo.

I highly recommend this restaurant in Monaco. I was touched by their service and food. There are many good restaurants in Monaco, but I visited this restaurant twice while traveling to Monaco. And if I visit Monaco again, I will definitely go to this restaurant again.

We have been to Maya Bay many times and it’s always a wonderful experience. The food is always superior and also the attention to details and the service. Definitely recommended!

Food was great. Only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because service was lacking. Website says no sport shorts, but that is not clearly defined. Lots of people came in shorts on an 82degree day and only some were told they must change into pants. They don't have pants larger than an XL. The waiter also misheard us and claimed we ordered something when we didn't. He didn't own up to his mistake and argued with us saying we ordered it, hen threw the bill down at us. It's unacceptable for such a highly rated establishment to treat people like this. We spent almost three hundred dollars on a fantastic meal but would never go back due to the service.

Fabulous restaurant! It's one of the longest standing restaurants in Monaco... Which in my opinion speaks millions. Something for everyone. I would highly recommend for lunch or dinner

Good staffs, delicious dishes and expensively excellent prices I’ve ever had Thai restaurant! Maybe it’s Monaco price. Anyway the atmosphere of this restaurant is amazing!!
