This hotel was the best of our 3 week's stay in France and Monaco. We walked just 5 minutes to tennis at MCCC as well and we had a balcony on ocean side looking at the pool and bay. It's beautiful and the swimming pool has a sandy bottom. It's so cool. They're is an indoor/outdoor pool as well that's normal, no sandy bottom. You see millions of dollars of cars everyone you come or go. It's close to Maya Bay restaurant which is awesome and you can walk.

A beautiful hotel, right on the water. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The pool, in my opinion, is a real highlight. Absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The bottom of the pool is covered in sand and you can go down some stairs and go out and actually swim in the sea. Highly recommend renting a cabana for the day, it’s worth the price. On the downside, the front of house service really needs improvement. On more than one occasion I was left standing waiting for the bell staff and front desk staff to help. I don’t need to be treated like a king, but I shouldn’t be left waiting while the staff have conversations among themselves, or while they wait on customers who were seated after you. This is not what I expect from a five-star hotel. Another problem is transportation. If you don’t have your own car, you can expect to do a lot of walking if you plan to go down to the casino area. Taxis are hard to find, late, and take forever to find. The shuttle is a joke. Didn’t see it once the entire time I was there. On the plus side, it’s not a horrible walk if you’re headed down that way.

It's been a while since we were here, but I really forgot to rate you. We were here in September 2022. What can I say, simply, great 👍🏻 great service, stylish, very well-maintained facility despite the fact that Corona was just over at the time and everything was right! We'll be back, definitely. LG

I wish I could write a more positive review. When paying €800, one (or at least I) expect a certain level of service, overall quality of food, access to the cabanas etc. Here this is not the case. Everything fun is paid separately, for example the cabanas are €500 pr day. I did not ask how much they charge for using their seawater area to jump in the water. Of course one pays for water sports, but a swim in the ocean? 😳 Water sports from here is little heaven: jet skis etc. are available for rent and there is also a shuttle boat. Be aware that if you are a guest and your room faces east, you will be exposed to the noise from the beach club and of course also the water sport stuff 🚤 When calling front desk from the room expect to wait 'forever' for a reply. When finally the reply is there, don't expect that your wish is granted anytime soon. Breakfast is a mediocre buffet, so I would suggest you take it in the room. The 'sparkling' water is from a Sodastream machine. You can't get a coffee in the Blue Bar and I could go on. At least housekeeping bring a small bottle of Evian pr day when cleaning the room ✅💦 I felt like being in a 3 star tourist hotel but maybe I'm simply too cheap for Monaco(?) Now I've learned 😊 I would pay €500 🏨 Boris, the concierge, is fantastic and so is the lady who checked me in. Unfortunately I do not recall her name 🤷🏻‍♂️

Absolutely fabulous resort! We stayed for five days and had tremendous support from the hotel personnel and a perfect facility. I included a few pictures but they hardly do it justice. Previous reviews discussed how hard it was to get around and how noisy the construction was. We didn’t have any of those issues. We carefully planned our outings and the staff coordinated flawlessly to get us where we wanted to go.

It is a great hotel, nice, clean, all details are taken care of, the people are kind and friendly. I had a small issue with the wifi and it was solved in 5 minutes. Very nice swimming pool (indoor/outdoor). Excellent breakfast. Great view!

Phenomenal. Outstanding food, whether it’s pool side, or in the Michelin star restaurant, or the outdoor bbq listening to nice Cuban music. Spacious rooms, attention to detail, impeccable service, amazing pools and environment, great gym. Every need has been carefully considered and catered for. It’s not cheap - but you’re in Monaco - and I still think you do get what you pay for, even here. Do yourself a favour. Book it.

The hotel is far toooooo expensive ! The rooms are old, uncomfortable and in a bad condition! The Pool is very nice but since the check-in is only at 4 and check out at 12, there is not much time to enjoy the beauty of the park! There is no possibility to use the pool after the check-out. I do not recommend to stay at this resort!

I used to love this hotel and restaurant but apparently today I was not allowed to come in with my SERVICE dog. I believe it is illegal to refuse a service dog. I am Monegasque and am starting to become really sad of how my own country is evolving. Goodbye Monte-Carlo Bay, another place off the list.

We visited on 22nd October and purchased two day passes for a total €110. We read online that the indoor and outdoor pool were heated to 28 degrees year round. We visit pools frequently and know what a pleasant temperature feels like, and expected a pleasant 28 degree pool. Unfortunately, the pool was close to freezing and was extremely uncomfortable, both inside and out. We do wish we would’ve raised it at the time but were both too disappointed and left shortly after. After sending an email to management, the response was below what I would expect a hotel of this calibre to be, and has left us extremely disappointed. We will unfortunately not be coming back and do not recommend this pool unless it was very hot outside and you need a cool off.

Firstly, if you’re traveling with kids remember: Monaco is not kids-friendly zone. Everyone is smoking and there is zero smoke-free area around the pool. To the management of the hotel: consider to stand out and introduce the smoke-free zone for families with kids on one side of the pool. Passive smoking kills - proven by science. Why do you allow passive damage of kids health in your hotel? The rooms have great view, yet they def need renovation. Mattress are comfortable. Food is phenomenal in all areas. Coffee is very poor: 10 euros for cheap, over roasted espresso from automatic chimbally machine… 20 euros for iced coffee :) For management: hire coffee consultant and level up your coffee game with specialty beans. Then you have the right to charge higher price. Cleaning stuff on the floor (#4) is super pleasant, efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. There are few great restaurants on the beach, 7min walking distance. I will recommend this hotel if you don’t care about the disgusting smoke of cigarettes.

Overall a great experience, the outdoor pool is my favourite pool. The service was great as well. The prices during midweek are acceptable, I don't feel like the rooms are worth more than 500 euro though unless you are there for Formula 1. I have been here a few times and the rooms don't seem to have changed too much in 7 years, maybe time for a refurb? Staff at the pool and for breakfast were amazing, so professional and friendly.

Great location and service is excellent all around. The concierge arranged our airport transfer back to the Nice airport and the driver arrived 15 mins earlier. The car is excellent and our journey was so smooth. Porters are very helpful and called the taxi for us throughout our stays in Monta Carlo. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed and a balcony overlooking the view of the sea and garden area which was fantastic. Facilities are good enough for a 4 starred hotel and amenities are minimum. We cant complain much. We were authorised with a late check out but still happily to pay extra to have our room till 6pm in the evening. Thank you for accommodating us. Beautiful venue and the restaurant on the ground floor was good but it took them a few hours to bring up the champagne back to our room and the bottle went a bit flat. Overall, we had an excellent stay here and thank you.

We went for a 1 week vacation, the room had a beautiful view. We did have a few issues with the shuttle bus. The food is okay. The pool is great! But there was only 1 very small jacuzzi.

I was in the hotel for a work conference, so I can't objectively review every single part of the hotel and the facilities offered, but what I did experience was top quality. The staff from check in to check out were delightful with impeccable service. Food served was delicious and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was clean and well maintained with a lovely view of the bay and the sea. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, except twice they forgot to replenish some of the coffee corner supplies, which wasn't the biggest issue but something you would expect to be done. Apart from that tiny fault before I can't think of anything else that wasn't to a 5star quality and service.

An excellent pool and resort. But not a very good hotel. During our stay the main bar, Blue Gin, was closed for a private event. This wasn't communicated to us in any way prior to the day off. In addition, the rooms have very poor soundproofing. So we had to listen to what sounded like karaoke versions of 20-30 year old songs being performed very poorly. Should definitely improve the sound proofing of their rooms or at least get better entertainment

Amazing hotel, with incredible views of the ocean and Monte Carlo. Excellent service from all of the staff we dealt with, from check in to housekeeping. AMAZING pool area with a fab bar that delivers wine - loved it!!!!

One of the coolest places to stay in Monaco. Great atmosphere at night in the bar area overlooking the bay. Sheesha available too which was different! The whole place was adorned in cool artwork, great open spaces and beautiful furniture everywhere. Food was very good, lunch in the courtyard terrace was lovely. Nice large balcony with gorgeous view of Monaco at night. Not cheap but a great experience.

Amazing location close to the city, promenade and restaurants also beach in walking distance also w bus stop at the door and a mini beach next door. Unfortunately some wings are facing construction sites. The pool is one of the best l have ever experienced w white sand inside and huge space for proper swim in beautiful setting. In general rooms are very basic, bathroom is great w tropical shower, bed is comfi. Breakfast is rich but other catering is basic, not very tasty. Sweets are special though. The Beach Club of the hotel is at another location at 10 mins walk and very beautiful. Food there is much better than in the hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice except for the beach Bar at the hotel at the pool. They are not friendly. Drinks are over prices but as for MC it is still ok.

Room was regular, nothing fancy. Breakfast was a good variety. Service at breakfast was minimal to say the least. I had to chase down someone to make a cappuccino. In every other hotel we stayed in over 3 months not once did I have to chase someone down to get me a cup of cappuccino. Forget about a second cup. Terrible service for a 45$ breakfast. Cappuccino is made by a push button instant coffee machine not a real expresso maker.

Most unfriendly Hotel experience. No “Hello or Welcome” at the vallet Parking…. After asking if its possible to recharge my tesla, the answer was “NO”…. so i asked but why then they have a supercharger and i cant charge, he answered “cause i dont have time”…. Very rude and arrogant.

The whole resort is really beautiful with it's outside pools, the view from the room over the sea and Montecarlo is simply fantastic. Rooms are clean. Make sure when you have booked the kingbed, that you actually have it, as I had two mattresses put together!!! The price you pay, you should at least have what you booked. Regarding the food on the outside restaurant nearby the pool: quality compared to the prices: the food is really poor. Breakfast though is good also the one brought directly in the room. Always check your bill, they tend to make mistakes....not the first time I was there!

For the experienced travellers the feeling is a bit like an all-inclusive turkish resort, and that's not a compliment. I like the hotel at Christmas because they have one of the best decorations in Monaco.

For me, even given the fact that it is in Monaco, there was a complete mismatch between the quality of the food and the prize they asked for it. No complaints about the personel. They were very friendly.

What can I say it's a hotel in Monaco, are there any bad ones. We found staff very friendly ,professional ,courteous and very helpful. Their language skills a lot better than my French.

Amazing views from the room. Great quality, cleanliness also. The facilities and atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax with everything you need! Downside - service in l’orange verte restaurant. As a woman dining alone I felt I was ignored. I waited 15 mins each morning to be noticed and then nobody came to check on me at lunch/dinner. The staff are polite but not very attentive.

We stayed for 3 nights during the boat show (the price was 900+ euro per night), than extended for another 2 nights. Truly should say that that was a most unpleasant stay of my life from the night of the arrival and the un-support at the reception to the cleaning lady trying to kick me out of bed during the time my husband was speaking at the reception to extend the room. Not only this lady named Corine entered twice with her key while I was completely unprepared for that, she was refusing to leave and talk to reception. For a second I thought that I am in a hospital with a patient trying to assault me. Unfortunately neither the reception nor the duty manager provided explanation nor apologies for the ruined stay. Out of all MSBM hotels this has the worst attitude of staff, outdated interior and mediocre breakfast. Non of it says 5 stars. All could be overlooked except for the breach of privacy and rudeness of personnel.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel 3 times on different occasions while visiting Monaco. It has large outdoor and indoor pools with spa, which make it a relaxing location during the summer and winter time. The location is a bit far away (by Monaco standards) from the Golden Square, but in exchange you get more outdoor space with nice gardens. The hotel Staff was very helpful and friendly each time I stayed here. I've stayed at other hotels in Monaco as well, but this is my favorite. Also, the movie "Heartbreaker" was filmed here, which is not important in the context of this review, but it came to my mind while writing this. Thank you!

Hi folks! We had spontaneous trip through Switzerland and Italy towards Monaco. We are absolutely in love with Monte Carlo vibes.. Plenty of accommodation options around, make sure to book your stay in advance during major events, such as Monaco Yacht Show.. because places will be sold out quickly. Lots of restaurants and bars around Port Hercule area.. You can have a drink or dinner on top of Hotels during summer, which is creating an extra atmosphere of comfort.. (not all of them of course) Monaco Yacht Club is well worth a visit as well as famous Casino Monte Carlo or Cafe de Paris.. fabulous park nearby (if) you need to rest or read a book in privacy. I won't mention luxury shops because they are everywhere, but don't be pushed away (if) this is not your budget, fall in love with the vibe and special atmosphere of surrounding architecture. The culture of slow driving on roads is absolutely fantastic. Multinational culture is mostly friendly, the only barrier is language (sometimes) when you ask for direction, etc.. but as they say (if) you arrive in France, you should have the basics of French language :) I would suggest to have a car and drive around to feel the vibe. Most Hotels have a special valet team, so you can have your car ready in front of Hotel when needed. Doesn't cost you much and will be even cheaper (if) you drive in and out from Hotel all day long :) underground Hotel parking is another option and based on flat rate. (for example 24 euros) Plenty of public underground parking locations, way cheaper compared with Dublin in Ireland. (1st hour is free of charge) You can look at Monaco from the top of mountain, just set up your navigation to Tete de Chien and enjoy your drive as well as panoramic view :) (Many Thanks to Stephanie from Hotel de Paris for direction..) (if) you end up driving to the top.. not looking at road signs, due to excitement by the beauty of landscape :) don't worry, gate is closed but not locked :) French Police is very nice to tourists. (If) you like nigh life then central location of Monte Carlo is the way to go.. (If) you prefer more relaxed and calming atmosphere then Monte Carlo Bay area (Larvotto) is your home :) with fantastic promenade, restaurants and beach of course.. Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort was perfect choice for a couple of nights.. You've got Blue Bay restaurant here.. Blue Gin bar, Spa and swimming pool.. Morning breakfast outside is a must with never ending blue :) That's why they call it: Blue :) (If) you are Financial Times reader, you will get your newspaper here.. (If) you need to send a letter or postcard, you can get it sorted with concierge.. Japanease garden is very close (if) you need to go back to zen (or) re-focus your attention. Keep in mind that, Monaco is always expanding, so construction works are in progress, make sure to get room with sea view (if) you notice site work around your Hotel, but obviously you won't be there during the day :) Nice Christmas and florist shop is called: Narmino.. You can get your Christmas, Birthday.. cards (in English and French) from Hallmark in Larvotto area.. Make sure your roaming will work in Monaco (Monaco Telekom network). Car built-in navigation will be fine as long as you know address.. And don't forget to get lost a bit in Monaco, you will end up happy and renewed :) Let your magic shine :) Cheers from Ireland, Swav. PS Pictures attached from Monte Carlo Bay Hotel and Bay area (Larvotto beach)
