The most pleasant experience we have ever had an urgent care. Friendly staff, laid-back, the process was easy, we were seen within minutes of arriving. The doctor, Mark, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative

Really great customer service!! I walked in today for a quick strep culture and the receptionist offered to watch my kids while I went inside to see the doctor. She gave them crayons, coloring papers, and stickers!! I was so impressed!! The service was also super quick and efficient!!

Our family got covid test at Monsey Urgent Care for a few times. We had great experience at this clinic. The staff were very polite and professional. The wait time was short and the test result came out quick.

Had a great experience this past weekend. Supervising physician assistant and his staff identified an issue that was mistreated by a nurse practitioner at another practice and immediately corrected it and prescribed the appropriate medication. The whole crew working on Sunday night were wonderful.

What an amazing experience! Such a nice place! Clean and fresh! The staff at the front desk were really welcoming!! "Ita" the nurse was really nice! And Dr. Mark is really cool too! We're buddies now 😊! And best of all, I was in and out in 10 minutes! I'm almost looking forward for the next time I'm gonna have to be there🙃🤪!

Wouldn't even recommend going into this place. I brought my son because he said he had a sore throat and said he wanted to go to the Urgent Care. The check in was fine.But when the nurse practitioner came in it was unbelievable the way she spoke to my son. I don't know why she behaved that way when i requested the care for my son. You have to treat everyone with respect. Don't Discriminate Not a pleasant experience!

Monsey Urgent Care is an excellent Urgent Care. You never have to wait long to see a doctor. Very friendly staff. Great place!

Always in and out of this place. Great bedside manners and very professional and clean. It’s my go to. Despite living closer to other urgent cares.

The receptionist was very helpful. I was immediately summoned to one of the offices in the back to be checked out by a medical assistant. Soon after that a physicians assistant came into the room, took my vitals and issued my test and I was on my way very quickly. I wound recommend this facility to my friends and family. I even received an email soon after indicating the results of my test.

So glad I came here! The staff at reception is super friendly and helpful. Very attentive. I only waited a very short time to be seen by the doctor. Don’t remember his name but he was incredibly thorough. He actually listened , did not rush me to get to the next patient and was able to resolve my issue. Very helpful and efficient office filled with staff that offer exactly the same.

They were so sensitive and caring. I definitely recommend this urgent care in times of need !

Although we were seen right away, the Dr was heartless. She diagnosed within twenty seconds-which is great-but with zero empathy. But still recommend bc we were seen very quickly

My daughter went in walked in and they took her right away and she healed in 1 day I then inherited the same as her and the dr. on call was AMAZING I am trully happy with them and will continue going only to them. THANK YOU MONSEY URGENT CARE and the girls at front desk are also amazing and helpful.

I would not recommend this place if you want any of your needs and health concerns taken care of you're better off just going to any other care center. Went here to get a few evaluations done and they denied me they didn't say we're not giving it to you but they said go to a different place and my visit here was not a pleasant experience. They are not supposed to discriminate people There was no reason why they couldn't provide the service that they are supposed to be giving to the patients It's not worth coming into this place.

Don't come here my daughter said she was having intense headache and she wanted to go get it checked out and they just gave me a hard time here I usually go to the one in my area but I happen to be next to this one. So I gave this one a try the service in this place is unacceptable.. Please Do Better!! Taking care of the Walk-ins.

I travel from Montebello.Very flexible working hours. They give fidgets to kids and my kids love going there:) The most importantly clean clinic!!!
