    (0 Star) This location is worst! I had an appointment at 4.15 pm. and I checked-in around 4 pm. The system had an option between waiting inside (which were crowd at the moment) and wait outside for text message when it is time. So I waited outside. After a while before it closed at 5 pm, I got in and ask for my turn. One lady came out so I asked she said she called me many times and no response. So I said I didn't get text message. She said the text message didn't work. I said that was not my fault. I followed the system. And I asked her to draw blood for me. She said she closed now. Beside she took another patient who just walked in! This was a rediculous service I've ever experiance. If she at least apologized, that would be so much better. BEWARE! Do not waiting outside!!! And the lady was rude as well.

    Location is terrible. Front desk obviously assists the Hispanic patients over others. Will even skip you if she doesn’t like you. Not recommended.

    I’ve never had a bad experience here and have been coming to this location for at least the last 5 years. I schedule my appointments online. My appointment today was no different from prior visits. Checked in on my phone and waited outside by the elevators. They will call you to collect your info - ID and insurance card, and your temp by scanning your forehead. Then call you in again when it’s time for you samples to be collected. The guy who drew my blood had a gentle hand and I didn’t feel when he switched between vials.

    I went in and signed in through the kiosk. The lady there was nice and assisted me. I also had forgotten my paperwork for the labs. The lady let me go back home and get it and still took me in that same day. Even though, I came back late.

    Had great experience as walk-in, got in early before work and Lynn was able to find vein quickly to get my labs done- thank you 🙏❤️. It’s a clean, organized clinic.

    June 23, 2023.... I checked in, was put on stand by list. I sat there for about an hour before I asked the lady that was helping out people checking in a question regarding how long does it take for my Dr to get lab results, she was great, she answered my questions and told me I was next on the stand by list, that there were two appointments ahead of me, which I understood as I been getting blood work from other locations and know they take appointments first. I seen the Lady that was helping people checking in leave around 2pm. I continued to wait as other people checked in. I can hear people asking two woman that were calling people to draw blood get upset about waiting. I looked at the stand by list on the TV monitor and seen my name next and 4 people behind me. I can hear the two woman calling out names and saying appointment so I just continued to wait. As I seen and heard them call 3 people on the stand by list that were behind me I got up and looked at the TV monitor and noticed my name wasn't on the list anymore. I told one of the ladies that my name was no longer on the list. She asked the other lady about it, I can hear but not see the other lady saying that she called my name three times, which of course is BS. I explained to the lady that I was talking to, that no one had called my name and that I been here for 4 hours. She told me well she said she called you and that I needed to check back in and wait. I asked will I be next on the stand by list, she said no, you'll have to wait your turn again. There was 4 people more on the stand by list by this time. I told that she was Crazy and this is BS. Of course I left. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to the Arcadia location and might even all together avoid quest labs.

    It’s the worst Quest Diagnostic location. Their attitudes are really bad. We walked in before 10 am. They stopped calling walk-in people before 11:30 am even if they close at 12pm. And from 11am to 11:30 am they started to ask walk-in people out, however, the monitors in the waiting room kept showing they are currently only serving 1 or 2 patients. They just didn’t want to work or help patients!

    If you don't welcome walk-ins, then you shouldn't offer a walk-in option. My wife checked in at 4 PM and waited until 5 PM, only to be told that there were no spots available today. How would you feel if you were in this situation? Even ordinary restaurants wouldn't treat their customers this way. Despite having an advanced reservation and management system, you can't disrespect people, especially patients.

    Not sure why bad reviews! I had a good experience, only waited 15 mins. I did appointment online put all my information so I wouldn’t have to do anything at location. A lady very attentive asked if I had been helped, that was nice! The lady named Analyz who did my blood work was very professional and very gentle on my vain. Will definitely be coming back here. Place was clean and not crowded. There’s a screen on the wall where you can see the list of names being seen and monitor when you’re next like DMV. I liked that.

    Making an appointment online was easy and checkin was quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Only draw back was the checkin kiosk wasn’t built to read digital forms of ID which seems a bit dated.

    horrible experience, bad service,worker was rude and walked away midway thru my question ,I particularly felt bad for the people with specimens that were turned away....that office needs to revise themselves....it used to be topnotch but has taken a nose dive....I get better service at a laundry mat

    I've only ever come here with an appointment, so I can't speak to walk-ins (save yourself the hassle, and just make an appointment) All my morning appointments have started either right on time or within a few minutes. I've seen 3 different nurses here, and everyone's been perfectly friendly and nice. Only complaint is the tv in the waiting room is super loud.

    I didn't make an appointment, but the service at the front desk was friendly! The doctor who draws blood is also very good! Very good experience!
