Delicious food at affordable prices with decent portions! Our group of four shared the ceviche, which was fresh and plentiful. I got the Cancun Steak, which was heavier on the sauce than I expected but the meat was tender and flavorful. I also tried the Seafood Paella, which came with a lot of seafood! All the entrees came with rice, beans, and fried plantains. The staff was friendly and checked on us often. The food didn't take too long to come out.

This was my first visit, and it will definitely not be my last. Everything was wonderful! The salsa is a bit spicy, but rich and Smokey. The guacamole is just right. I tried the mushroom soup for an appetizer, then a margarita pizza for my main course. Both were wonderful! I tried a piece of my friend’s Cancun Steak. I highly recommend it! I’ll be getting that my next visit. I meant to take more pictures, but the food was so good, I forgot. This place is definitely a gem!

Five stars for Jaime! We stumbled upon this place last night and were pleasantly surprised. Our server/bartender Jaime was fantastic and friendly. He even made a drink he had never made before. Food was awesome and came out promptly too! Then after we left Jaime was nice enough to find us down the street to give my credit card back.

Walking in I was greeted warmly. The food, the service and the ambiance was first class. If you want great steak, you must try the Churrasco. Tell them the attorney Reyes Valenzuela sent you.

We dined in & their Cancun steak is DELICIOUS! I was kind of hoping for a more traditional Mexican dinner menu, but no notes! The staff was great, the music was good, & there’s parking.

Their drinks are made with real sugar cane that they juice in front of you for your actual drink. Everything on the menu is excellent. One of my favorite best kept secrets in LA.

It was my first time here, but it won't be my last. It was all wonderful! The salsa is rich and smoky, but a little spicy. The guacamole is perfectly made. I had a margarita pizza for my entrée and the mushroom soup as an appetizer. Both were excellent! My friend's Cancun steak was sampled by me. I heartily endorse it! On my following visit, I'll get that. The food was so delicious that I forgot that I had planned to take more photos. Undoubtedly, this location is a gem.

Update June 2023: Food and atmosphere remains great! Really great! However, although the restaurant was almost empty, they keep asking if you want your bill, pushing you out of there. The table didn't have another round of drinks because of it. If you come here, expect to have great food, but be ready to be kicked out an hour later. That's too bad, because I like this place. March 2023: Visited this location to quietly celebrate a birthday together with 5 friends. Great atmosphere, good food and drinks, romantic atmosphere actually. This could be a great location, however service disappointed me. After we stopped ordering, the server kept trying to push us out. I would understand that, and would leave the restaurant earlier on my own, if it was full, but it was more than half empty. If you are a couple trying to spend a couple, or want to enjoy a couple of hours here with friends, forget it. I think they want you out in 30 minutes, unless you never stop ordering. Again, loved the place, but maybe a place to come alone, and have a quick bite.

This was a delightful surprise! The mojitos and other refreshing cocktails are made with fresh sugar cane juice. WOW! Best mojito ever with authentic flavors no processed sugars so no hangover! All the dishes we ordered were off the charts and the sauces are made by Jose with various Latin influences. Try it you'll like it! Very reasonable prices.

Charming and delicious. loved the Carne asada, charred skirt steak. A bit noisy and as there was a party rather crowded.

Whether its a date night, special occasion, or you just want to eat something delicious, this is the type of restaurant that is a local favorite and honestly, will becomes yours too. Ambiance and flavors are top-notch! The outdoor dining patio is encapsulated from the street noise and the restaurant transports you to a feeling of fine dining without hurting your wallet. The food is so darn flavorful; you can't go wrong with just the shareable pizzas, but be sure to try the main dishes. My wife loves the Mango Chicken and I'm a fan of the Cancun Steak. For dessert, the coconut flan is fantastic, but I will knock over a small child to get more of the Apple Tart Tatin with its caramelized fruit in butter and sugar. The bar is also stocked with top-shelf spirits, and the mojitos are sweetened with actual sugar cane freshly crushed and squeezed right there at the bar.

Very nice comfortable restaurant. Large inside and outdoor seating. The roasted vegetable soup -$5.00 large bowl, enough for 2 people! . Good seasonings. Yucatan chicken , mango curry chicken and coconut shrimp all delicious and all come with rice, black beans and plantains. We also ordered the coconut flan , which is surrounded with raspberry sauce. Pretty presentation . Our bill came to $83.+ Change. We didn't have alcoholic beverages . Parking available on site . Staff friendly and accommodating. Good date nite restaurant!

Oh wow best dine- experience I’ve had in a long time. They had a server there I believe his name is Jaime omg that guy was just so wonderful his service was literally top of the line. He knew what I needed before I even had the opportunity to ask for it. Hands down a must eat destination.

Fantastic restaurant. Relaxing atmosphere on their lovely patio. We had the best server. He was so attentive and was very proactive. He knew the answers to my questions before I asked them. All the dishes were delicious. Two of us had salmon which was fantastic. It was perfectly cooked in a delicious sauce. Two people had shrimp which they enjoyed. One person had the mango chicken which I tried. It was amazing. Tender chicken in a wonderful mango sauce. Great chips and guacamole. Fantastic mojitos. Highly recommend. By the way, the mushroom soup was incredible. And they have free parking in the back

We were pleasantly surprised when we happened to find this place to eat last night. Jaime, our waitress and bartender, was excellent and welcoming. He even created a cocktail from scratch. The food was fantastic and was on time as well!

I love this place, this is a hidden gem in the area 100%. The staff is super fun, event he chef/ owner is warm and welcoming. The food is great, I can eat the yucatan chicken 3 x's a day for month straight and be perfectly content. Lastly... the mojitos are fire... like... fire fire! They use freshly pressed sugar cane, not lumps of white granulated & they have a cute outdoor area too.

The seafood and fish recipes are very fresh and well cooked. They have a good selection of drinks too. It is a great restaurant for lunch and especially dinner. The food was excellent, and I have to mention that the cake was the perfect end for a beautiful evening. I will definitely recommend this restaurant!

Finally! My favorite restaurant is open! The place looks great! Everything was upgraded; From the tables, restrooms, to bar, and outside patio! Music, taste and service still TOP NOTCH! MIJOTOS, ni se diga! The best in LA! If you want great food, service and ambiance look no further. Please do yourself a favor and check this place out. I promise it won't disappoint and you might just have a new favorite restaurant!

New favourite breakfast spot. The food was unreal, the prices were amazing. I had the bacon breakfast burrito, which far exceeded my expectations, also the strawberry smoothie was soo good. I couldn’t stop raving the whole time we were sat. The staff was also super friendly which made the experience that much better!
