From Rosy greeting you with nothing but positivity at the front desk, to Lili assisting you with preparations for a procedure with a positive helpful attitude, and Dr. Kim's nice and professional demeanor, they all make you feel relaxed and at home. I got my teeth whitened at JK Family Dental and had a great experience. The front staff was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Memo did a great job and was very thorough explaining the process & procedure to me. I bought the 2 session groupon which whitened my teeth by two shades. If you are a heavy coffee drinker, have significant staining or yellow teeth. I would highly recommend getting the 4 session teeth whitening package. There is parking in the back of the office which is a very convenient and safe location to leave your car. I’m very happy with the customer service they provided and I highly recommend JK Family Dental.

It was a terrible experience, J, K don't talk about credibility, negotiated a good price and how the treatment was not done. I had a crown treatment here. After the first time, I felt that the teeth were running in a bit high. After repeated treatments for 4 times, I felt that the teeth were running in better. But after 3 months, I felt pain in the root of the tooth, accompanied by fever symptoms, the doctor is not professional, and the technique is not good 👎.

Dr Kim is a very compassionate and caring dentist. She is also very knowledgeable and can do specialized treatments, such as root canals. I have been going through chemo for over a year, and she has been very sensitive to how it has affected my teeth. Her assistant Lily is very friendly and will put you at ease if you have any dental anxiety. Rosy in the front office is very friendly and has offered me fantastic dental plans and very competitive rates. Overall my experience with the dentist has been great and I highly recommend!

Be careful 👎👎these people are really practicing with your teeth it turns out that I went for a filling and a deep cleaning and everything at first was very friendly but when you enter you see the reality very dirty place 😡😡it seems that they do not disinfect the utensils that the supposed dentist uses I leave The guy who practices took care of my teeth. When I left, I went home and the filling had fallen out. I called to make another appointment and they never called me back...my people don't trust everything, these Asian people think that we are fools. Be careful, no. allow them to put anything in your 👄 mouth🤬🤬🤬 be careful not to confuse because before there was another dentist in this place and yes he was professional but he changed places I don't know where he went what a shame...
