I treated my first pregnancy here. Let me clarify that my 1 Star review is exclusively for Doctor Romanenko, who delivered my baby in 2017 and not the clinic itself. Nurse Irma is very polite and attentive, helped me with my birth plan and many resources such as Medical and WIC. She always made sure all the new mommy’s to be were taken care of especially the first time moms like myself. Made sure you were on the right track with all the paperwork and never made me feel rushed. Dr Romanenko was a whole other story. He doesn’t personally see you until you are close to your due date that should have been the first red flag. When he finally sees you, he rushes you out the door. I had a natural birth with no complications at all yet he managed to make the birth of my daughter a terrible experience. I went in to St Francis past noon and I was 3cm dilated so I was transferred to a room. The nurse taking care of me was very nice but was being hassled on the phone by Dr Romanenko to give me drugs to speed up the process. He was coming in for more than one woman that day and he wanted everybody ready at the same time so he wouldn’t have to come in again. He kept calling and insisting so I ended up giving in about 5 hours later because he said he might not be there on time to deliver my daughter if we didn’t speed things up. I went into labor that night at about 11:00 pm and was told he was in the hospital but was only going to come in until my baby was ready to come out. He walked in didn’t say a word, laughed with one of the nurses about how much pain I was in and made a perineal cut (that I specifically requested not be done in my birth plan unless 100% necessary). My daughter came out in the next push but I would have preferred to keep pushing a while longer instead of having stitches to recover from but apparently his time is too valuable to do his job right.

Doctors seem to care but I just seem to understand how we have an appointment and get seen 2 hrs later and the dr still gets upset because I have her attitude. Of course I’m going to be bothered. Every time I go I wait unnecessary time

Terrible experience! They gave me treatment for something after 2 months of doing my urine exam. I took a few of the medication when I went to ask my mom about not having any symptoms, my mom who is a nurse had me go into to a private clinic to get another exam and I had nothing. Not only are they careless but when they called to check up on me I let them know and they had no remorse about what they did. Trying to get my medical records released to be seen by a doctor and they are taking their sweet time.

The location offers the most basic support. Receptionists are not friendly or supportive at all. The check in process is a waste of time, aside from the time spent waiting for nurses, or receptionists to speak and communicate. It is stressful and aggravating sitting in their waiting room. Service is below average. Employees are below average. Only visit this location because of the proximity and accessibility to my driving route. Annoying experience. Be prepared to waste a good amount of your time. After finally pleading my case to be seen, the nurse still argued with me about how long after their check in survey was completed and how long I was waiting, to the minute. I said 30-40 min, she argued it was only 29min. Total time spent waiting in the waiting room was 2 hrs. Then she checked my BP, walked out and left me waiting in a room without being told what to expect next.

After a bad experience with my son pediatric Russian dr there. The manager confidence me for a 2nd chance with another Dr. MARIA REDONDO and I am beyond grateful I gave them a second chance. This amazing human being did her god as a dr should and went beyond her expectations. I felt in my heart that any concern I had she would help and explain to me and all I can say THANKS to this visit I decided to stay with them as long as she treats my kids. I know not all drs take there career very professional and take the time to care for there patients. But dr. Redondo even after I left the clinic she took the time to call me and made sure my son was in good hands and if I had any questions she would be there to help us. I recommend dr. Maria redondo THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN

I loved my prenatal care here the M.As were very nice as well as well as some lady nane vicky very nice person dr lamb was my delivery doctor. The reason for my 3 stars is because I liked the clinic so much that I decided to bring my newborn here for his check up but everything went down hill one time I waited almost 2hours for some white lady pediatrician that was very rude!!! Then I decided to give it another chance because maybe she had a bad day waited another 2hours with appointment I was very frustrated she was rude once again so never again! If you want to wait 2hours to be seen 5 min for your kids this is the clinic for you.

I’m not a fan when accountability isn’t taken. I relocated from GA to Long Beach with the promise that I would be seen by this “complete care” and have my blood drawn for medical purposes. The relocation only happened because we found them as a last resort to schedule us on a short notice. They changed my appointment time with out consulting me, to an hour earlier, we found out when we called them to verify the day before. We arrive and waited almost two hours for them to not draw my blood, take 30 minutes to verify my insurance when we offered to provide it to them before our arrival, and charged me 25 bucks for information that we arrived knowing, and no blood tests were drawn. They told us come back first thing Saturday morning to run the blood test, we arrive Saturday at 8:55 to only be told their system is down so they can’t draw my blood because they did not verify with insurance if blood tests were covered, but they should have verified this two days before during their initial 30 minute phone call not to mention that was the sole purpose of our appointment. The staff is not the friendliest. They are not apologetic. They are not honest, and Irma was kind the first day, and the second day was rude as if I did something wrong. Never again. It’s a community medical space which we were not aware of since we moved from another state so. Just a heads up.

The wait time is a little tough,but I always try to go to the first appointment available. Dr.Bridgett has been amazing. She takes her time,and listens to every concern I have. Send referrals when necessary, and makes sure you're up to date with your necessary tests and physical

I like the clinic. Mainly, Dr. Maria Arredondo, who is my primary doctor, understands me and I speak with her very well about my problems because she speaks Spanish.
