This place is horrible.. The aides don’t seem like they want to work and seemed to be bothered when I asked them for help with my dad. Don’t pull my dad from his wheel chair to his bed and from his bed to his wheel chair. Ask him to stand up helping him. No bedside manner at all. They treat my dad like a piece of meat. I told the aide my dad has memory issues and she said that’s a part of life. What an answer… Short staffed. I don’t understand if you are taking care of someone’s family member you should be dedicated and have patience. I’m at a point where I don’t like going in this place have a lot of anxiety but I have to visit my dad.. If something bad happens to him not only will there be a lawsuit and I’ll report this facility to the state.

I would not bring a dead dog here. The wound care specialist put in orders for my cousin to see the surgeon, four weeks and everyone claims they knew nothing about it. Even the doctor himself told me to stay "up in their face!" I spent 300+ dollars on new clothes, what is in his closet, 4 white t-shirts, and YES his clothes had his name in them and printed and labels! It is their way of getting the family to do their work. The director and his side-kick Joseph yes you to death to shut you up, but never take care of anything. The social workers lie and tell you the patient doesn't want them to talk to family. The nursing unit manager has done nothing, even though the Dr. himself spoke to her over a week ago. I won't even start with the food service. I hope the staff knows better than to retaliate I am not the family member to play with. I had to give them a star in order to post this

This is a HORRIBLE place, mainly due to the heartless administration!!! The social workers are uncaring paper shufflers. The nurses and aids do their best but all have way more patients then they can take care of.

Seeing the reviews on here, my family and I were terrified to send my father here. The first week, the staff was so nice and caring. We noticed how they’d take great care of other patients as well. We were there EVERY SINGLE DAY, so we saw how great they are. This was one of the hardest times of our lives but Northern Manor helped make things easier for us.

Do not recommend placing a loved one there, if it wasnt for my dads sister going to visit on 7/30/23 my dad couldve died. They did not take care of his trach. The care is horrible

My grandmother was moved to this nursing home just 4 days ago. We visited every day until yesterday. When we saw her today, we found her in a pool of urine, clothes soaked. We tried to find a nurse to help us change her but no one was around. We asked an administrator who was on shift to change her, and no one could tell us. They claimed they couldn't find the paper that listed the shifts. I wouldn't be surprised if this nursing home was shut down due to elderly abuse and neglect.

Came here a few time , I want to PERSONALLY SAY THANK YOU NURSE MANGER VENESSA . I had some minor questions & she was very helpful and proactive. Far to often we find reactive people and she wasn’t please show her this note . She is a 5 stars RN thank you

My wife is in this facility over 9 years the dedication and compassion is next level in all this she never had to be transferred to a hospital. Keep up the amazing work
