Today
is
the
first
time
I
have
experienced
the
assistance
service
provided
by
Jiao
Sheng,
and
I
am
very
angry.
Last
month
I
went
to
Jiao
Sheng
in
person
to
make
an
appointment
for
today's
meeting.
The
appointment
time
was
clearly
written
on
the
paper
from
10
to
12
o'clock.
I
got
there
before
10
o'clock
and
wrote
down
my
name.
I
waited
until
it
was
almost
12
o'clock
before
it
was
my
turn.
Until
there
was
another
customer
who
might
be
in
the
same
situation
as
me,
so
he
went
to
argue
with
the
counter
staff.
When
I
saw
something
was
wrong,
I
went
up
to
inquire.
The
staff
said
that
my
appointment
from
10
to
12
o'clock
was
called
standby.
I
thought
it
would
be
better
to
go
there
on
the
same
day.
Only
then
can
I
say
standby.
If
you
were
ready
to
give
me
a
standby
last
month,
you
should
have
made
it
clear
last
month
to
prevent
others
from
waiting
for
a
full
two
hours
and
forty-five
minutes.
Even
though
such
service
is
compulsory,
I
really
don’t
dare
to
be
complimentary.
I
am
writing
this
matter
in
Chinese
today
because
I
know
that
most
of
the
people
who
go
to
Jiao
Sheng
for
help
are
our
group
of
elderly
people
who
do
not
understand
English.
I
want
everyone
to
be
mentally
prepared
before
going.
