    Everyone at the front desk here seems to be suffering from manic psychosis. They are impatient, shouting, and disrespecting the patients. They cannot ask more questions or say more. I suggest the staff inside to receive psychological treatment before coming to work. We are here to see a doctor, not for you to vent your emotions.

    The service attitude at the front desk here is really bad, especially the boy. He couldn't help the patient solve the appointment problem, but he was scolded by him. I want to say that your job is to help the patient make an appointment. If you can't be patient, Work, please leave here. No one is here to listen to your scolding. In the end, a Chinese named Keyla helped solve the problem. She has a very good attitude and is very responsible, but I can't help it because of her good attitude. Good reviews here

    After waiting for someone to answer the phone more than 10 minutes to let them know that I would be a little late. Arrived about 5 minutes late at the office and take another 10 minutes to get a parking spot . I was 15 minutes late to my appointment after driving 45 minutes getting there. I still have to stand in line to be called on . After it was my turn I told her I was late and she asked for my appointment time I gave her the time and she told me I was really late I. I was 15 minutes late and every time I was there on time I have to wait 30-1 hr. She told me she had to reschedule my appointment. I asked her what is the grace period for being late and she said 10 minutes. I was never being seen within 10 minutes. What a joke. They don’t value my time getting there and wait those other times. The receptionist is rude and the person who does the mammogram is inconsiderate. I was able to be seen at the industry dmg and within 30 minutes done with my mammogram. I would recommend this place instead of San Gabriel.

    Extremely long wait time (more than an hr )Terrible customer service attitude from receptionist front desk especially there is a Asian woman with fake long eyelashes and strong makeup who speaks Cantonese and mandarin,just like the patient owes her the money,I have been there 3 times ,she always there with a very loud voice and super annoying!she had no patience ,I have no idea why she is still working at there! She should be fired

    No appointments taken for X-rays, just walk-ins. I experienced a very chaotic and bossy staff that routinely yelled at customers while I was there. I walked into a full waiting room of about 20 people and 4 working behind the desk. A customer in front of me was irritated that she was told to get a mask and now had one, so could they help her now? I also personally got treated badly. It was kind of irritating to hear the yelling at other customers while I was waiting. One I got called in, it was more orderly but the tech was not that professional either, pushing my body to the right place for the X-ray to be taken without saying much. If you want to hear my experience in the waiting room, the staff worker who helped me took my ID and paperwork but similarly said she couldn’t help me unless I wore a mask. (They didn’t provide one.) I walked to my car to get one. When I came back with my mask they were helping other people but recognized me and gave me a form to fill out at the counter. I filled it out and was about to hand it back when another lady yelled at me to get in line at the other end of the room (it wasn’t crowded) I believe she said, “don’t you see the sign that says you need to line up?” I stood by the sign and waited, then another lady called me and asked why I was waiting there. She took my paperwork and I believe she said “why are you standing there? Sit down!” Not a great vibe for the whole place.

    The overall atmosphere is very unfriendly, and the quality of the staff is too poor. I saw them yelling at the patients. I saw the security guards playing with their mobile phones just after entering the door. The sanitation inside is also unclean. I saw a lot of dust on the signs. I won’t do it next time go again.

    The a-hole front desk guy should get his things together. Do you know how to treat customers or hate your life when working in this office? You are rude to customers over making an appointment for no reason. Please avoid this place at all costs.

    Every time I call to make an appointment, the person who answers the phone is exhausted. Is it going to cause trouble for the patient by saying a word and sighing? I'm not here to see a doctor to see how you look. If you're not sick, you're sick😅Don't come here unless necessary.

    I am new to this place but hardly give a fair comment because I don't deeply understand the whole situation Carpark place is very limited not enough For visitors! This is what I don't understand why they put some many patients at the same time??????? The restroom is horrible!!! (The fact is it is OUT OF ORDER) Why do I amending my review? Because the staffs are friendly and Patient to the clients Especially the Asian staffs Suggestions for the lab: Enlarge the lobby area and carpark

    If I could give a zero star or .5 star I would. I called asking for some information and the lady got mad and started yelling at me saying there was nothing they could do and clicked on me before I could talk.
