I can't say enough about Mike and his team at Roys Cyclery. In this pandemic stricken world they have been a source of reliable bike repair quality of a service that I really appreciate. I have now purchased two specialized turbo levo's from Roy's and Mike pulled out all the stops to get me a back ordered bike so I could enjoy and last minute trip to Mammoth and &Tahoe.

These guys knocked it out of the park for me on a refurbish and cleanup of my Trek Marlin 7 mountain bike. The bike had been sitting outside for some time and they were able to remove all rust from the shocks. Excellent full clean up of the bike, it looks and rides brand new. John and Mike were great.
