I took my daughter here for her first dental visit last week. From the first time calling in, Patty has been extremely helpful in helping with patient on boarding, setting appointments, etc. When we visited, the office was fully decorated in Halloween theme. It felt warm and welcome. The staff here were all amazingly friendly and helpful from Patty, Miriam, Desiree to Dr. Young. I have been to a several dentistries and Premier Dental is by far the best. If anyone is looking for the best example for excellent customer experience, come and take a look. My favorite is that everything can be done through texting, this makes life so easy. Highly recommended.

I've had a wonderful experience with my dentist office! My introduction to them was when I needed to shadow a hygienist for school, and they were incredibly welcoming. I later chose them as my regular dentist due to their great ambiance and excellent patient care. In fact, my husband is now a patient there too. Highly recommended!

The experience with Dr. Young was great. He was very gentle and explained everything that was going to happen. Phyo was my hygienist and she also had great knowledge and was about to teach me new techniques for my dental hygiene. The office staff was also very kind and truly welcoming.

Both Dr. Young are wonderful! During the pandemic period, I was afraid to see the dentist so I got a lot of issues on my teeth. I started to visit the Premier Dental Esthetics since the beginning of 2023. After first visit, Dr. C. Young made a plan on my teeth to solve the problems step by step. I took deep cleanings, removal of wisdom teeth, fixing the cavities, replacing the crowns, etc. Every time I made an appointment, I will receive a couple of reminders via email and message, which is really good to me. Every time I visit the office, the front desk ladies are super kind, warm and patient to communicate with, explaining the pricing, benefits of insurance detailed. Dr. C. Young is very professional. During the process of the treatment, he always check my feeling first before the next step. The assistants are also friendly and helpful. After more than a half year, I brought my husband to this clinic for his teeth treatment as well. His Dr. Peter Young is also very kind and professional to him. Now, our teeth are getting better and better and we both are satisfied with our dentists. We highly recommend Premier Dental Esthetics!

Patty at the front is amazing. She helped guide me through the best options for my dental plan. Gabby, the dental assistant is kind and answered all my lingering questions that left me feeling confident with what I was receiving. Dr Peter Young was direct and walked me through my options for a large filling I needed. He did an excellent job at numbing me without me even feeling the pinch of the needle. Very smooth for the entirety of my visit. Glad to have found a great place!

Dr. Young is an excellent dentist with a staff that takes incredible care of their patients. Their facilities are clean, spacious, and they take extra precautions to make everything very safe. Dr. Young went above and beyond to make sure our retainers fit correctly. Excellent customer service. Incredible experience! Would highly recommend!

I visited Dr Clifford young for implant supported upper dentures. I paid Dr Young $11000 before any procedures were done. Dr Clifford Young has done nothing but lie to me since day one. I am left with dentures that don't stay in my mouth. It is going to cost me another $ 10,000 to correct the damage that Dr Young created. Don't make the same mistakes that I did. Find another dentist.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk is very welcoming every time I visit. Dr. Young has done my dental work with care and precision over the years. The dental office location is quite convenient from points of interest too, I recommend this place because they take care of you!

As a nervous patient. It was uplifting to be received with a smile. From the check in process to assistants and doctor. Everyone is delightful. Gentle and very thorough. If there’s a dentist that inspires trust- it’s with Dr. Cliff. You won’t regret coming here. I only let Dr. cliff do all my treatment. If he travels to his other locations., When he is around- quality of care is above and beyond. So, I go where he goes- and will drive the distance.

Premier Dental is a full-service dental provider, servicing both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Young and the entire office staff are highly professional and very friendly. My daughter was seen by Dr. Young for braces and several dental surgeries and never experienced pain or discomfort. I have been a patient at Premier Dental for over 4 years for routine well-visits and have always enjoyed the flexible hours, friendly atmosphere and convenient location in Arcadia/Pasadena.

I had cracked my front two teeth in half and my bonding fell off during a trip. My regular dentist couldn’t get me in before my next day of work, so I frantically searched for emergency dentists who would repair my teeth. Dr. Young’s office set an appointment up for me within the next hour, and seamlessly repaired my teeth. They also encouraged me to permanently fix my teeth with veneers, which I did with them as well. The veneers look amazing- better than my original teeth (which I really took pride in and was devastated to have broken). I can’t thank Dr. Young and staff for being patient, professional, and damn near perfect in their dental work. Thanks to everybody at Premier Dental Esthetics, I can smile confidently again. I can’t recommend this office enough!

First impression was the staffs were all easy-going and they took good care of me. They each explained to me what to expect for my appointment today. It was a smooth process overall. Their technology for dental services is also advanced. Dr. Cliff is a friendly, patient, and professional doctor. He was clear with answering my questions and concerns. He would check in with me throughout the procedure in case I’m feeling uncomfortable. I would come back again and already referred others if they need any dental service.
