Found some great items for back to school shopping. The sales assiciate, Raul, was so nice and engaging. I ended up applying for and getting approved for a store credit card because it gave me 30% of my entire purchase. At first I said no Thanks but once he showed me the savings of over $70 i said what the heck and applied. I'll just pay the card off when it arrives. My daughter found a cute squishamellos backpack, my teen some graphic T's and my 6yo boy some pokemon and nondistinct shirts and shorts to his liking. Thanks Raul!

At the time I entered Old Navy, which was about an hour before closing, I found dmthe store nice and quiet. I was attended to immediately while in line. The customer service employee was friendly and attentive. I much more prefer a quieter shopping interaction.

This location is extremely disorganized and over priced! I had to purchase a button down shirt and a pair of pants for work and was shocked that it came to over $50 especially when they were the very last ones in that style and size! The staff was nice but not the most helpful or knowledgeable. I spent over an hour in that store digging through piles of clothes like it was a thrift store and waiting in a long line because they only had one cashier during the holiday season?!

Good prices, nice staff. On a Sunday, not too many people and worth coming. Did all the shopping in less than an hour during Thanksgiving weekend. Nice selection. Only problem, wanted to get teen shoes and they were all piled up and hung on the wall. Other than that great place.

50% of sale on jeans brought in early Christmas shoppers and long lines...However the store much of had team meeting with goals to hammer done that lines in minutes. In other words ALL registered were open and I moved from being in a line that extended in another department to a apologitic Cashier within 10mins or less. I didn't even have time to watch a movie on YouTube!😀

Your standard Old Navy. Most of the staff was nice and willing to assist. I had to go back the next day before flying out because the sales associate was preoccupied and didn't take the sensor off my items.

Went here to buy a gift for my boyfriend and the sale associate, Autumn helped me. She actually went out of her way to help me, by walking me to the section I needed to get to. She was very sweet. The store was very neat and the staff were very friendly. Thank you!

The clerks here are absolutely amazing. I was looking for q style that they didn't carry in their stores nor in their warehouse, but they looked deep into the issue and saw other stores had some pairs. They called em and had the stores ship direct to meet and the staff comped the shipping. What's a wonderful experience and great example of customer service. They genuinely wanted to make sure that I could get these pants.
