HUGE bed bugs!!!! I didn't sleep at all, it was a horrible night. By the time I saw the bed bugs it was too late for me to leave the hotel with my 2 kids, they were already asleep. I stayed up making sure my kids didn't get any on them while they slept. I took off the blankets and pillows, I caught a big one crawling on my pillow. I left early morning.. I informed the front desk guy about the bed bugs and he said "we don't have any bed bugs in the building" I told him that I was not asking for my money back just letting him know that they have bed bugs and not tiny ones but big ones. He said "well I will let my manager know about it, if we do have bed bugs we will give you your money back" ( yeahh right they would..) But yeah never going back...

Room in a decent location. Not too far away from anything and another of places within walking distance if you don't have a car. Room were reasonably priced for LA. Only complaints were the carpets needed to be cleaned & the mattresses were SUPER hard. The front desk clerk upgraded our reservation to a suite which was great because we needed the extra space . No bugs

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4 STARS THIS HOTEL HAS. if i could I’d give this hotel 0 stars. I checked in and yes the lobby looks clean and organized, but when you enter the room it was HORRIBLE. The bed sheets were dirty and RIPPED. The bathroom walls, floor, doors were disgusting. The toilet BROKEN. Smelled HORRIBLE. I literally was in the room not even an hour until i said that was enough. I went to the front desk and demanded a refund and he said he couldn’t give me a refund and i had to call Wyndham personally to request a refund even though i paid at the front desk which is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

You get what you pay for here I guess. I wouldn't bring my little ones if I had any. My sheets were burnt and questionable stains on them also the bed was hard

bedrooms smell so bad seemed like it was barley cleaned. since it’s near the airport it’s kinda loud due to the planes. and you have to pay for parking. the beds were okay enough to sleep on. the tv was kinda foggy as quality but works fine. bathroom sliding door is super hard to open, bathroom floor is all messed up.

Room was nice and clean, however the only downside was that every morning you get woken up with the loudest banging noise you could possibly hear it goes on for hours and does not stop it’s absolutely ridiculous

We have bedbugs now. There was hair in the bathroom and fridge. Also mold above the shower. People hanging out in parking lot in the middle of the night. Overall terrible stay.

Worse place ever. Very noisy. You could all the traffic within the parking lot and street and I was not able to sleep at all. Neighbors were very loud. Will not recommend to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. Mold in the bathroom, no front desk personal had to call to get checked in. The paint was chipped and old, the walls were dirty, noise all night long outside, someone knocked on our door in the early hours of the morning, no breakfast, wouldn't switch us rooms once informed of the issues in our room. Just not a good place to stay.

I don’t know why people have left some negative reviews. I think the rooms are very comfortable and welcoming! Clean. Ac feels great. Tv cable is good! You can bring ur own fire stick. Beds are super comfy. They are tempur pedic beds which is a plus for me I’ve been coming here for like 3 years now. The front desk have always been nice. Love the suites! With big jacuzzi, living room and 2 restrooms. I highly recommend.

The site says they offer free breakfast. They don't. Their excuse... COVID-19! Room was nice and clean and service at front desk was great but misleading advertising on Breakfast.

Would not recommend tbh! Really dirty beds had burn marks in them, bugs in the room. Not cleaned properly.

I had to run to an appointment that took way to long and they were nice enough to hold my room until u could get my things out. I appreciated that so much.

The rooms reflect the price. You can't really get a more affordable and safe stay like this in the area. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to change my room when I had an issue

Avoid at all cost. So this story is going to sound wild, I went to this hotel to have some time to myself not long so only 3 hours. I check out and get home and get a call from an angry manager telling me there was a dog in my room and they're accusing me of abandoning it there and trying to charge me extra for cleaning. I really do not know what is going on, the security guard explaining the situation was being aggressive, I wasn't fighting him I was trying to figure out what was happening and get more information and no one wanted to share any information with me. I really don't know if I'm being scammed, but please avoid this hotel

Room was clean but smelled strongly of cigarettes. Graffiti carved into bathroom wall. Lots of odd holes in the walls. Definitely won't stay there again.

Ok well not the best place exactly. You can hear everything pretty much. We could always hear every time they turned on the water in the other room. Last night we saw a cockroach in the bathroom 😱🤢. That kinda killed it for me so I leave it up to you guys.

Before making the reservation on the Travelodge, I read the reviews on the website. It only appeared two reasonably good ones, one stating that it was a cozy night and the other one about the ice problem. So I decided to make the reservation for only one night. The only reason why I picked this location was that it was close to my parent's house, and I didn't want to be driving a long distance coming back late at night. We stayed at this exact location a few years back, and the stay was reasonable. I checked in on 3/19/22, around 3:34 pm; the lobby looked clean with professional customer service. I asked for a second-floor room; the clerk mentioned that since I have a child, I would like to be bottom floor, and I told her we were coming to sleep; therefore, my 7-year-old son would be sleeping and not walking and jumping and disturbing the guests downstairs. We decided to leave our bags in our room and see where we were sleeping. As I opened the door, the room reeked of cigarettes, basically an ashtray in Las Vegas. So I returned to the office and complained, and the clerk told me that side of the building smells like cigarettes naturally. I said, " So that's the smoking side, and she said all rooms are nonsmoking. The clerk said the whole hotel was booked, and there's only one more room left. Common sense, I asked, so what if the room smells like an ashtray? Then she said I don't worry; I will give you some air freshener. This room on the second floor did not smell. It looked like an okay appearance, so we dropped our bags and left. We drove back to the hotel around 11 pm. The parking lot was filled with cars. Luckily, we found some parking space. As we entered our room and entered the restroom, I noticed some mold around the tub and floor and the edges of the wall with dirt; the walls were filthy. They were never clean, with brown stains and water splashes or urine. I have never seen a dirty room like that, the towels appeared clean the shower curtain, but after inspecting, I found some hairs assuming from the other guests. The sink was barely clean, the wall edges of the room dusty, the walls were never wiped down. They were footprints on the ceiling; the sheets and blankets had cigarette butts; the phone in the room was dirty and dirty with some white stains on top I did not want to investigate. The only clean thing was the inside of the drawers, and I did not find a bible, so I was disappointed. I ripped/stripped all the blankets sheets off the bed and pillows. Lucky the mattress had no bloodstains. We were tired and didn't want to be looking for another hotel, so we decided to stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, so I gave it only three stars. Honestly, I have never seen a hotel room this dirty. I'm not a clean freak, but come on, at least clean the walls once in a while, paint the room, shampoo the carpet. The carpet close to the bed smelled like feet. I kept thinking it was my son's shoes, but it was the carpet. For the night, I paid $150. It should be the opposite pay $100 to sleep in the room. I would not ever come back to this hotel, Travelodge.
