Staff were attentive, friendly and offered fast service,despite short staff due to pandemic and actual situation. My little one was really hungry. Plain bacon cheeseburger with fries 👍👍. Thank you for the fast and efficient service. I appreciated it!

Ruby's never seems to be as good as I remember it to be. That probably says more about me than it does Ruby's, but still. Breakfast was mildly OK. When I got to my sunny side ups eggs I started enjoy them and soaking my toast into yoke. Didn’t realize I taste something I’ve never tasted before since I was a kid. That’s when my mom put a bar of soap in my mouth every time that I cussed. But when you get taste of soap in your breakfast that is on your plate it doesn’t really taste good. So I told the waitress and she said I’ll tell the manager. So I waited and I waited and I waited. Doesn’t look like a manager really doesn’t care. So I’ll won’t be back to this Ruby’s anytime soon.

Cool american diner with old-style vibes. Service is good, waiters are cheerful and eager to help. Food is good: had the chicken tenders for starters and then a burger with a shake. Burgers are tasty and shakes are amazing (with an ample selection)

I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are hungry after shopping at Citadel outlet. The food were cheap and tasted good. The service was excellent. We ordered two classic ruby burger with cheese and a cobb salad. The burgers’ patties were juicy, and the buns were nice and crispy. If you don’t know what to eat at the outlet, this restaurant will not disappoint you.

Us: got the melt and the original. The melt is pretty good considering the price. And the chili fries...I mean fries are always good, but ruby was worth getting the chili for. Others: surprisingly enough, this place is very affordable and have a dedicated parking for the diner as well, which is nice. I hear good things about shake& malts but it was late so we didn't get it. I will say that their fries are pretty good considering the type of diner it is. I had dinner here with my son this Memorial Day weekend this Sunday evening. It was a little bit crowded but the wait was about 10 minutes. The service was great and our waitress was very attentive. We ordered and our food and our order came in no less than 10 minutes. Great food and great service, we will definitely be coming back here again.

Food and service was really good, we really liked the Cajun fries. I wish my salad had a bit less of lettuce and more chicken, but it was really juicy and well cooked.

We went for mothers day, it was a wonderful experience . The service was friendly, and very fast. We got seated right away and someone came to offer us something to drink. We ordered 4 malts, strawberry banana 8/10- it could've been colder. The food was delicious, well cooked and served with a lot of French fries. We loved this place, from the food to the v aesthetic.

Seafood combo and cob salad were decent. They had reserved parking for customers next to $6Valet parking which was nice.

Stopped by for lunch with the family. I ordered the Fresh Roast Turkey Breast and everyone else ordered the Deluxe BLTA. The sandwiches were nothing extraordinary but they were good. I also substituted my fries for sweet potato fries which were not too warm when they arrived so it was s slight disappointment. As our server rushed by continuously we found it difficult to get her attention since all I wanted to ask for was a side of ranch for the fries. By the time our meal was over she finally was able to help us and brought us three servings of ranch even though only one person still had fries on their plate. The server cleared the two plates for the folks that had finished eating and as we were about to ask for the check she asked if we wanted more fires as they were "bottomless" we didn't notice that on the menu but it would have been nice to know q lot earlier or at least before practically clearing the table. A few minutes after she brought more fries for the person that still had their plate with them, we decided to ask for the check but again had trouble getting her attention. I suppose what made this more frustrating is that the Point-of-Sale machine was literally to the left of me and I couldn't get her attention. Overall my experience was not great but then again this could have been an off day for the restaurant. Since the food was nothing to brag about I'll probably choose somewhere else to eat next time but at least we gave this one a shot. If you appreciate the Diner experience as far as decor goes, the place looks great and is a lot fun for fans of this style. Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think.

We order for 9 pll and the 2 times they got thr order wrong and to get a replacement took 4 ever although the tip of 55 dollars was taken out no problem . I will think twice to go back again ... food ok nothing out of the ordinary. But the service needs to improve 100%

Came when we were at the Citadel outlet on a hot summer day, and we were desperate to find a place that had AC to eat and relax. (Yeah shopping is tiring haha) Ruby’s diner is located near the entrance/main parking lot, also right next to Levi's. You can’t miss it! Liked the old diner retro decor, service was pretty friendly. I especially enjoyed how the servers greeted us with smiles on their faces, and also how nice they were to all the customers. The only downside would be the flavor, but glad that all the food we ordered came out fast, and the portions were big and shareable. Overall, it’s convenient! A good place to enjoy AC with comfortable seats to rest from the big shopping!

Came here after a day of shopping. Family likes diners. We got in just in time for the dinner rush. They were just cleaning up a table and then we were seated. We haven't been to Ruby's in over 4 years so it was great to be back. We started with peanut butter cup shake and chili to share. The A/C was cranked up and the chili unfortunately got cold. I also got a strawberry lemonade which I really liked. For mains, 3 of us got the Guacamole burger - it was great but a little dry. I got sweet potato fries which was great and the other 2 got fries which were also great. My son got mac and cheese which was good but too small - he was still hungry. Food was great. Server was friendly albeit a little slow due to the number of customers. Place was bustling with customers and so was a bit noisy. We'll be back.

Back again 11/16/23 almost the same order 50/50 orange milk shake Ruby's club and sweet potatoe fries 🍟 😋 had to come in and sit down for lunch. It has been a while since I stopped at this location. Service was fast food was out be for the milk shake, ambiance was typical for a Ruby's restaurant.

Our waiter Jose' was the best. Never had to ask for a refill, it was just brought to the table. Always checked to see if anytning else was needed. The food wasn't bad, but the burgers lacked flavor. I had to look to make sure the burger was really in there. I don't know if they steam the burgers to keep them warm, but the flavor was washed out. Fries were crispy, onion rings were good. Even the sweet potato fries were good, but they could have used a cinnamon butter or honey to dip them in. The hot fudge sundae was awesome, definitely the star of our table. I'd return for convience of the location, but only because of our waiter Jose' and his unmatched customer service.

Went there 4 months ago lol It's a cute diner with very fast moving staff & crew! They decorated the whole place with Christmas stuff, so the mood is very festive! Great food too!

My friend and I went to the citadel to check something out. We were hungry so I suggested Ruby's. He was like the food probably isn't that great you know how these places are. So I convinced him to try it. He was very surprised how good the food was. In fact he was really surprised how good the food actually was. We both had pancakes with eggs ( I had bacon and he had ham). Came with 3 thick pancakes. He raved about the coffee. And when the bill came we were both shocked. For the food we ate we thought it would have been more. Imagine that good coffee, good food, good prices, and great service. Will definitely go back there again.

Atmosphere was great the decor was awesome! Staff was very attentive and very helpful. Food was yummmm! Definately recommend!
