I’ve heard a lot of great reviews about the food in this place and thought that whoever wrote the reviews probably knew the owners. We went, we didn’t see the owners, and the food is still as good as the other reviews. Please excuse the photos of half-eaten sandwiches, because we only remembered to take them after the first few bites. Support local business!

A perfect Masala dosa is one that is crisp, aromatic, flavourful and has a potato masala or spiced seasoned potatoes stuffed in it. My search for one of these crispy crepes in the USA ended today at AFARAKA. Presented on a banana left as it should with the ends so long it hung off the table. Try but I warn you they are quite addictive and delicious.

Decent Indian food. They have a great drinks menu. The table service is great Very nice and clean restaurant. Food presentation is great. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and goat dum biryani to go. The garlic naan were on point. The chicken Tikka masala was average. Overall very well presented, decent tasting Indian food. We also ordered the masala chai which was disappointing as it felt like regular chai.

Excellent food ! Curry chicken and naan bread was amazing. Nice and super clean inside too. Very fancy joint with friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back and explore the menu more.

First time here. Amazing food, top notch service, great ambience. Dishes we tried and liked: eggplant chaat (the eggplant in it was in the form of pakoda and was very light and crispy), chole saag (has a hint of mint, very unique flavor), aloo Gobi (the red style with medium size cauliflower chunks), chicken curry, paper dosa and strawberry milkshake. It’s kinda far from us but we will try to go there again and also it’s a good place to take your friends to. They will rave about it afterwards.

Food is delicious ,Had a cheeseburger burger deluxe and chocolate shake was so good .My neighbor Carlos had a mushroom burger and fries absolutely love it .He had mineral water with his. The family that owns it are very friendly and they're fast to get your orders out .Nice atmosphere .Enjoy it here food prices are reasonable. Update went to here 5/26 Had lunch there steak Quesadilla and chocolate shake was so good love the owners and a great staff the food is so good.

This is by far my favorite place to dine in and take out! The prices are just right and the food-Excellent! They get the flavors just right every time! The portions are generous to say the least. The service is extra attentive and the atmosphere is pleasing..including the background music. I get take out whenever I want to celebrate or treat the family.. otherwise dining in is nice since the smells of spices sets the mood…can’t go wrong here. Want a quick nutritious lunch with a pice that is reasonable- stop by and give it a try!

The ambiance is very classy . They elevate the experience, it feels homely. Each dish we had was full of flavor….. curries ,bread, tandoori chicken,Biryani etc… Service was extremely friendly and prompt. This place is definitely worth a visit!

We are used to eating Northern Afghani style and have difficulty finding Indian food we like. This place is awesome especially the biryani. The menu explains what regions and they get the spice just right. Staff is exceptionally polite and accommodating.

Fabulous. They have added lots of organic dishes since our last visit which was some time ago. We will be back soon. Thank you to the great waitstaff for excellent service.

The food was decent. The vibe not so much. There was a woman vaping at her table. Just my opinion but it's very confusing to see reviews from the not too distant past when it was an Indian restaurant described as 'a classy experience' when now it's a diner. It surprised me that its the same owners as Adaraka, don't see anything similar.

Has my Gender reveal here 2 months ago. The food was great, presented well, the service was was great as well. it was so easy to work with the owner to get everything picked out and set up.. I would definitely have another event here.. Thank you for accommodating my party of 25 and going above and beyond to make sure things were in order.. I appreciate it.

Nice ambience, friendly staff. We went for dinner with family. It’s a quite little place. The portion size is HUGE. The food is delicious, one thing I’ll suggest to chef is to use less food coloring, other than it , everything was fantastic.

Picked up some food from Adaraka and it was amazing. Ordered the Rogan Josh, the chicken tikka masala, the chicken biryani, garlic naan, and peshwari naan and all were delicious. I haven't been able to find any peshwari naan in the US as every restaurant I have been to that has it on its menu doesn't actually have it in stock but they had it here and it made my day. I've never has Rogan Josh but if it's always like the one I had here, I might have to start ordering it more often. Chicken tikka masala is always a staple and this did not disappoint. Ordered online and the estimated time was 20 minutes but my email notification said it would be 45. Got to the restaurant in 25 just in case and it was already good to go. I was easily able to find some street parking right out front. If you're a fan of Americanized Indian food, Adaraka will not disappoint!

Great service. Food was good. However, the pricing is a little high for it's location. $38.00 for a kid meal and one adult. Seem like NYC price for a girl ok cheese, fries milkshake, and a coke-fried calamari.

Found this great gem in Suffern , New York … a cute little place with great ambiance and amazing attentive service ..The menu has an amazing variety of breakfast lunch and dinner … full bar as well !! Run do not walk !!!

Food was extremely large portions. Fresh good quality wraps and pans is. The owner is very kind and gracious, so appreciative to the customers ! Will be going back ! Hours are 7am -10pm.

My daughter & I went here for dinner tonight. We are here visiting and happened upon it while driving through town. We both had the chicken parmigiana, it came with a nice salad & loaf of garlic/cheese bread. The food was delicious & portions were generous. The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. We chose to dine outside, the patio area was very clean as was the inside of the diner. I would highly recommend this establishment, and plan to go back again before leaving town!

I came here today with a friend and we had a wonderful experience. The food was good and tasted fresh, I ordered a panini and my friend had breakfast. Of course we sampled each other's plate and we both enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly and attentive to us. Our food came to us in a good amount of time and the portion was more than enough. I had to take the rest of mine to go! If you're in the area, definitely stop by for a bite!

Well, I've been out of town for 6 months, decided to get something to eat. I noticed this new restaurant in town. Not too big nor small. Good jazzy music too. The host/owner was quite cordial and invited me in to eat. I ordered the caesar salad with shrimp. He offered soup and bread to go along. It was tasty and I enjoyed myself. Thanks

A great diner in town. They have a bunch of booths and a bunch of tables. They have a lot of options on their menu and the hot sandwiches that we got were delicious! They have a full bar there with cocktails and beer. We also got a pitcher of sangria which was really good. Their prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was a little weird because it felt a bit like a diner, but they also had random fancy decorations as well. It felt like an interesting combination, but everything was clean and the waiters were very polite and friendly.

Dinner for 5 on Friday was terrific. Interesting wine list. Lots of great food choices from different regions and eras. Mix-and-match proteins with delicious sauces. A great variety of fresh pita breads. Attentive, professional service. We loved it.
