This place is very unprofessional, can't get any answers about the bruises on my antie arms, they take a lady to change her, her hair is never combed, I'm taking her away from here, this place smells awful it smell like crap soon as you come in the front door, somebody has been stealing my antie clothes nobody knows anything get your family away from this place,all they want is their money😠😠😠they don't care about the residents and you can tell,this is a place from hell....

I was a patient there. I would not recommend it to anyone. Food is nothing worth rating & too small a portion. Patients are neglected. Not a good place@ all.

I was a resident here for two months and while I didn't exactly enjoy it, I was comfortable. The staff is friendly, caring, and skilled, and made my stay a lot better than it otherwise would have been.

Poor assessments on a family member health. Wound care is poor, caused infection. No communication to family members of patient, and claimed they did. I wouldn't send my loved one there ever again.

This was the very worst place that I’ve ever been. Nurse Lovely was terrible and very unprofessional. Made me miss several doctors appointments and just didn’t care. I told her that they weren’t giving me one of my insulins and she told me that that she didn’t see it on my medication list. I got a copy of that list and it definitely shows it on the list. The food was horrible and the breakfast was ALWAYS cold. I wouldn’t even send an enemy there, if I had one.Whatever you do don’t ever send a loved one here.

I called the facility and was very polite I asked where they were the person on the phone Was Asian she said what what I just want to know where you’re located please after going back-and-forth she gave me the address and I asked her are visitors allowed she said yes and she says I said She hung up. I asked her if visitors were allowed to see patients she said yes I said he’s not there right now he Is supposed to be there this evening she said no you’re not allowed please get somebody on the phone that knows how to converse in English I believe this is the first time I’ve ever put anything negative up

The staff is good to the residents and there social worker is very professional and sweet.

My Uncle is being cared for here and tells me everyday how well they treat him. He especially enjoys Karaoke in the activity room. :) The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and greets me pleasantly when I come to visit. He always looks clean and very happy. I asked which nurse he likes best and he said, "All of them!". The staff communicates with me regarding his progress even when he gained a few extra pounds. When I call they with a question they do not hesitate to get my question answered. Overall the experience here has been exceptional.

A unique Place Were Every Body is Very Profecional How Can I Help you...And Very Clean And Nice.

Myself and my Dad are Veterans. We were fortunate that the VA Hospital sent my Dad to Beachside for a 32 day rehab assignment. The entire staff is what makes this place deserving of a very positive rating. The facility is well run, well kept, clean and an overall great place. Especially for what it is, a Rest Home and a rehab facility. The staff starting with the Housekeeping, Business Office, Case Workers, Physical Therapy, Dining room, Care givers and the Nurses were very professional, organized, receptive to our questions and needs/concerns. Our family wanted to thank everyone for providing my Dad with the best care possible.

I am pleased with the care that my husband has been given. Everyone is very attentive and willing to help me with any concerns that I have. My husband seems very depressed but the nurses are watching him and will consult with doctor. Hopefully his spirits will get better.

My dad is there and getting the best service and therapy. Staff is excellent and very caring. Thank you Beachside Post Acute

This facility has been great. Their staff is awesome. Pt was excellent. Bells are answered promptly and they really care about their patients. Today my husband needed new medication and the DON (Rachelle) drive to the VA herself to pick it

Fact is your screening process is durable for your safety and quality of health and life before entering your facility I like that,and I appreciate it thanks.

I was thankful for the care given to my loved one, he looks much better than he looked when he came there. Thank you for excellent care.
