Ok,
this
is
not
toward
the
bike
shop
itself,
but
the
bike
fit
they
offer
with
Abraham
Perez.
I
did
the
most
expensive
option,
the
Retul
Premium
Fit.
This
was
back
in
December
of
2021.
On
the
day
of
the
bike
fit,
the
business
was
closed
for
inventory.
I
didn't
get
a
phone
call,
didn't
get
an
email,
nothing.
Door
was
locked.
I
looked
inside
didn't
see
anyone.
Eventually
someone
came
up
and
I
told
them
I
was
there
for
a
bike
fit.
He
went
inside
and
found
Abraham,
and
was
finally
able
to
start.
Now
Abraham
is
a
nice
person,
he
was
thorough
with
the
fit
process
itself.
Some
kinks
as
it
was
a
new
process
for
him,
but
honestly
I'm
a
pretty
easy
person
to
make
happy.
Overall
I
was
satisfied
with
the
fit
itself,
even
though
I
changed
some
stuff
after.
Now,
on
to
the
problems.
I
was
told
I
would
be
able
to
see
my
measurements
of
my
fit
after,
so
I
can
transfer
them
to
other
bikes
etc.
Also
had
a
date
for
a
follow-up
fit
about
6
weeks
later.
Never
received
another
word
from
Abraham.
I
didn't
make
the
appointment.
I
never
received
another
phone
call,
email,
or
anything
from
him.
I
emailed
him
back
and
asked
if
I
will
be
able
to
see
my
measurements
from
the
fit.
Never
received
a
response.
It's
been
months.
Not
exactly
the
type
of
service
you
would
expect
for
a
$400
bike
fit.
