I ordered a rack from these guys and it got stolen from my front porch but they sent me a replacement rack at their own cost which was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend these guys!!The customer service is next level! They got me the replacement product with in 2 days shipping from California to Columbus Ohio! I was ordering the rack to start a side hustle of delivering for Uber eats via bicycle. A good way to get exercise, do my favorite activity (riding my bike), and make some extra money to save up for an ebike. I’m super super super pleased with everything about this company!!! The staff were very helpful and they have a great selection of bicycles and E-bikes. Make sure you have pre-approval for a car loan because these bikes are more than I paid for my first three cars combined. My issue with all these is the lack of any E-bikes that have a removable battery for charging. This seems like a poor choice in design engineering to me. Swapping batteries would be a better idea than all the weight of a large battery. Again, great staff and selection if you have the money.

Went in with my better half to buy bicycles for our boys for Christmas. This was after going to another Incycle location where the salesperson had to go online to look up answers to my questions. Patrick was a wealth of knowledge and helped us with all of our questions and concerns. Picked up bicycles for both of our boys: We’ll definitely be returning for our next purchases.

Bought a new Specialized Levo Carbon from Incycle as a first time customer and discovered there were charging and battery issues. Took bike in for diagnose and was given a new charger. Bike is now charging. On it's very first ride on an 18 mile trail, the bike shut off twice. No major incident but inconvenient. Took the bike in again and the team including Matt, my tech, were very accommodating and was able to get me a new battery that resolved the problem. I love this bike and to glad its back in action. Great team with fantastic customer service. They've earned their reputation.

Don’t shop here if you believe In good American values. The owner employs a violent employee by the name of Armondo Silva who believes it’s a good idea to throw heavy objects at cars when there’s children in the back seat. You should be more careful who you have displaying your company logo because it’s a direct reflection on your company itself.

This is the biggest amazing bike shop I’ve ever been to in Los Angeles County, It’s bike world compared to all bikes shops I’ve been to by far. Me and my daughter Ava went in, they recommended a 24 “ beach cruiser I was skeptical but took their advice. I routinely stop by and cycle because it’s convenient for my commute. It’s become a staple for me because they have excellent customer service and seem to hire great people. They have figured out what makes a business succeed. Every time I visit it is a great experience. They have lots of stock and lots of expertise on whatever details I am looking for.

Ordered bike online during Covid. Bike shipped fast and arrived in Michigan in pristine condition. The packing job on the bike was some of the best I’ve seen. Bike was also sold at a very fair price. Excellent shop for online orders, would do business with again in the future.

Incycle consistently carries the tubes and tires my electric bike takes. Sometimes I may receive my components from another location but I believe this one most often is the one sending my orders. This location is closest to OC, so I receive my orders within two business days withOUT paying for 2-Day shipping.

First time visiting the location with a recommendation from my neighbor. Big SPECIALIZED/Cannondale shop, so expect to shell out some money. You're not getting some Wal-Mart/Target janky bike, but some of the best quality bikes out there. You get what you pay for. We purchased a nice turquoise Cannondale Quick for some relaxed riding. Also replaced some parts on my old Trek. Everyone there is knowledgeable and wants to help out. They can also tune up your bike if something needs to be replaced and make recommendations if you're a beginner like me. Overall, loved the vibes and would recommend to anyone learning to get into cycling.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff with great prices on their service. I came with a wheel repair for tuning, and they first checked to make sure it was serviceable. I brought two wheels in, and they said only one needed tuning, which was great. They also talked me through any questions I had, such as the different spoke options and costs/benefits of each type (bladed vs standard spokes). Once I came back to pick it up, I also browsed the store because why not. There were a couple of employees who asked if I needed anything, and they were more than happy to direct me to specific bike parts. Very happy with the staff, and I'll definitely be constantly coming back.

Ok, this is not toward the bike shop itself, but the bike fit they offer with Abraham Perez. I did the most expensive option, the Retul Premium Fit. This was back in December of 2021. On the day of the bike fit, the business was closed for inventory. I didn't get a phone call, didn't get an email, nothing. Door was locked. I looked inside didn't see anyone. Eventually someone came up and I told them I was there for a bike fit. He went inside and found Abraham, and was finally able to start. Now Abraham is a nice person, he was thorough with the fit process itself. Some kinks as it was a new process for him, but honestly I'm a pretty easy person to make happy. Overall I was satisfied with the fit itself, even though I changed some stuff after. Now, on to the problems. I was told I would be able to see my measurements of my fit after, so I can transfer them to other bikes etc. Also had a date for a follow-up fit about 6 weeks later. Never received another word from Abraham. I didn't make the appointment. I never received another phone call, email, or anything from him. I emailed him back and asked if I will be able to see my measurements from the fit. Never received a response. It's been months. Not exactly the type of service you would expect for a $400 bike fit.

I odered a Scott Scale 970 and am very pleased with the service from Incycle. I could not find the bike anywhere in MA so I decided to try Incycle. The bike was shipped fast, packeged extemely well and the price was right. I will definately do business with them againg. Oh, I am very happy with my bike as well!!!!

Came in to get my flat fixed. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about fixing my bike. Prices are a bit high compared to what you can get online but they make it up with great service. Would recommend novices and veterans to come here and check it out! Thanks to Bernie for helping me out!
