My husband and I were looking for a good storage unit to get and had been to a couple, all of them were rude and were not patient or informational to us at all until we got here it was the best customer experience I have had in awhile, I don’t give time to give reviews but the whole process was customer focused, the staff member who helped was Varron, he was helpful and engaged with us I had an amazing conversation with him. If I ever have a couple of my family members need storage I know where to send them now. Great service👌

I am leaving this storage at the end of this month. I have never been told that staying at your unit more than 20 minutes was loitering. I have congestive heart failure and work very slowly, I explained this to the Manager Brianna who has no idea what I am trying to explain to her. She has reported me so many times and never once ever came to speak to me in person. I lost one storage because of her and so I am leaving before I loose my other one.

I really recommend this facility,lts a very clean place, the staff is helpful and friendly.Ask for Brianna she is perfect customer service.Its because of that quality customer service that that l would recommend friends and family.

Office worker Name Burma Was so helpful and very friendly any questions that I ask she was so kind to answer in a professional manner. She also help in Assisting me to get a push cart to load my Boxes . And when I was driving out my phone was having trouble picking up signal to open gate she also help assisted with my needs of departure.

The place is well kept and Jennifer did an awesome job! She walked me through the process and answered any questions I had, she was very personable and helpful. One thing I do recommend is I wish they had more dolly/karts through the location. But other than that, I recommend this place! Make sure to get app access as it makes it so much easier to open the gate without having to get out of your car.
