an
entire
new
account
when
my
partner
and
I
already
have
a
linked
account
together,
I
called
and
spoke
to
the
manager
and
was
very
understanding
at
first,
told
me
the
steps
to
take
and
so
my
partner
again
had
issues
with
MaryAnne
today
stating
we
had
to
call
customer
service
in
order
to
fix
it,
yet
we
spoke
to
the
manager
of
the
store
who
told
us
to
come
back
in.
Now
my
account
no
longer
has
my
info
and
only
of
my
partner's.
She
question
my
partner
on
where
"Christian"
was
when
he
gave
her
their
name
when
it
was
not
me.
Now
I
have
to
go
back
when
I
do
not
work
in
order
to
fix
this
entire
issue.
I
have
never
had
any
issues
like
this
before
and
the
fact
that
she
asked
for
verification
after
my
partner
expressed
that
I
was
at
work
and
couldn't
come
myself
is
ridiculous.
I
have
also
always
priced
matched
with
my
app
and
my
partner
expressed
that
she
had
made
him
close
the
app
and
open
it
again
and
scan
the
barcode
to
make
sure
it
was
correct
and
then
she
checked
her
system
to
make
sure
it
was
correct.
Why
go
the
extra
4
steps
for
this
?
I
am
upset
that
this
whole
thing
started
because
she
created
an
entire
new
account
just
because
I
was
not
physically
there
with
my
partner
during
the
purchase.
