    I was having a wonderful day , up until I walked into this store ! I walked in there to buy a pet for my kids as a surprise and I thought why not go to petco! I promised them pet ! Now I’m empty handed after they been gone for 2 weeks all thanks to Mike the manager ! I called him for assistance over to the reptiles section and told him I’d like to buy a bearded dragon. The price tag said 39.99 , quickly ripped the tag off and started asking me question that were irrelevant to him , then starts ripping off the tags . The worse part about it was he didn’t want to sell me the bearded dragon due to the price but I’m sure if I were to buy it for the regular price he would sold it to me . He was also being sarcastic spelling out his name walking away .

    I bought one bag of food for my doggy and this food have a little animals inside... Be careful because I putted this food for my doggy and I don't it's bad for he. 😠😠😠😠

    I ordered a Aquaclear 30 aquarium filter online. When I came to pick it up at the store, the manager could not locate the filter anywhere and there is no other one in stock. She then gave me a next larger size for the same price as the one I paid for online. That was very nice of her.

    I’ve been taking Bella to get her grooming services done by Chris for the past six months and I love it! He is always so gentle and supportive of Bella (she has anxiety and is needy). She always looks so darn cute after her groom 🥹 not to mention, he provides good feedback on how to take care of her (she’s a poodle). Will continue to come back!

    Horrible experience due to Groomer ISIS WITT! Don’t trust your pets for grooming with her. Horrible attitude makes you not feel safe or comfortable leaving your baby there at Petco. She rushes the process and complains that she is over booked and has no time for anything else or to listen to your concerns. Will definitely never go back after 10 years of taking my pets there. Canceled my pets insurance and accounts due to her insensitive attitude and care. Don’t recommend!!!

    My experience here was great; I went in to look at items for my aquarium and was greeted promptly with a "Welcome to Petco.", the best part was when I asked Sebastian for assistance, he is very helpful and knowledgeable, I left with so much information that day! I am grateful for my experience there and for how much help I received. Please do speak with Sebastian for anything in the aquatic department, as it is the section he runs at this store :) 🐠

    Today I stopped by to buy crickets for my pet🐉 and I always to walk around the store or ask the cashiers to help me out. Not today Pancho was very welcoming as he approached me to ask if he can help. Very nice guy, friendly, and helpful i hope more associates were that nice. Thank u Pancho for the awesome customer service

    Friendly and helpful staff. The carry XXXL dog costumes which is a huge plus for my great dane puppy!! Pro tip: dog costumes are 50% off 6 days before Halloween!!

    Woulda got 5 almost everyone that I asked a question about getting a snake was pretty helpful except when it came to me buying one no one wanted to help me take it out of the cage and the person who did help me was rude about it seem like he was trying to convince me not to buy it

    It's one of the few stores that keeps it cool inside during hot days. Really.nice considering a lot of people.bring their pets with them. The only issue I have with this Petco is that the vet showed up really late when we had an appointment and didn't offer an apology and was even a bit rude. We have another appointment coming up, so I hope the vet is on time.

    New strip mall visible from the street. Plenty of parking. Overall very clean so far. Very well stocked the store. Friendly staff. Jason was very knowledgeable about fish even told me about other Fisheries nearby. Restroom could have been a little more clean.

    Dog trainer is not the best. We chat more than training the dog. In 3 classes my dog has only learned to sit. I also feel they push too many products to buy during classes.

    MaryAnne created an entire new account when my partner and I already have a linked account together, I called and spoke to the manager and was very understanding at first, told me the steps to take and so my partner again had issues with MaryAnne today stating we had to call customer service in order to fix it, yet we spoke to the manager of the store who told us to come back in. Now my account no longer has my info and only of my partner's. She question my partner on where "Christian" was when he gave her their name when it was not me. Now I have to go back when I do not work in order to fix this entire issue. I have never had any issues like this before and the fact that she asked for verification after my partner expressed that I was at work and couldn't come myself is ridiculous. I have also always priced matched with my app and my partner expressed that she had made him close the app and open it again and scan the barcode to make sure it was correct and then she checked her system to make sure it was correct. Why go the extra 4 steps for this ? I am upset that this whole thing started because she created an entire new account just because I was not physically there with my partner during the purchase.

    Sebastian ( your fish guy as he called himself) was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful to me. He answered all of my questions and suggested the correct product to buy and why.

    Ample selection, pleasant customer service and plenty parking. Must say, and this goes for all Petco, I STRONGLY dislike having to answer the "yes" or "no" question when paying, "Do you want to save an animal?" Seriously, please stop trying to guilt me into spending more. I love animals.

    Great service n friendly staff. Recently did our 1st pup training classes n pleased our puppy is mostly house Trained n basic commands, mostly really sound puppy advice for a 1st timer <thanks Joseph >. Excited to start next phase to curb biting n walking habits and helpful in the store to determine good recommendations for my puppy.

    I brought my recently rescued Goldendoodle here and Layte did such an amazing job! I am so pleased at how my furbabe came out. Copper (my pup!) will definitely be a regular here and will be requesting Layte each time.

    Great place for all pet supplies but the customer service is not the very best. Went to pick up an order curbside notified thru the app took 5mins called in to make sure notification was received and call was answered by Uriel. Informed him I was waiting outside for an order and response with give us a few minutes literally there's only 2 people here what's the name on the order?. First off no apologies for the wait straight off said literally there's 2 people, which is not of my concern if they are short staff it not something customers should be aware of or told. As he walked out I asked for his name and rolled his eyes and turned around. This type of customer service is not acceptable I'm very understanding if there's a wait but the way he responded was not appropriate.

    I gave the one star cause 0 isn’t an option…but, came here to buy GOLDFISH for my daughter. We got a 10 GALLON (w/ kit) tank & everything for them I wanted 3 small ones…these people would not sell them to us saying “ the tank is too small , & not capable of captivity for 3 GOLDFISH. & also said it was company policy that they can’t sell us fosh if they aren’t going to be treated right???” Seriously? They’re GOLDFISH…I Ended up going to petsmart and buying them..& a whole bunch more tank decor and necessities…
