One of the worst places to be seen and taken care of. Nurses are absolutely Incompetent, rude and lazy! My mother got worst from her health going here. Most patients do not get the care they need. Patients get ignored, and nurses act as if peoples health isn’t their priority. Im sure if you ask the patients they will all give a a bad review. Im sure they cannot post their experience and reviews but this place would have worst reviews if people posted them. If I could give 0 I would.

I had a CT scan in the hospital was told that I had pressure in my brain so I went to the doctor to schedule an appointment right away the doctor seen me right away was treated was sent back to the hospital for further testing very good doctors and nurses I would recommend this doctor's office to anyone and everyone great stuff

Surgical masks weren’t enforced, no surgical masks were available and when I got taken out blood no bandages were given to cover the wound, but the workers were friendly and quick.

I just recently changed from a different clinic to this one, and I am very glad I did, as this clinic is very professional and clean. The wait time for appointments actually feels like getting an appointment set, unlike at other places where they take 20 mimutes or more to attend to your appointment time.

I have never ever had a bad experience with any Altamed doctor until my daughter had an appointment with Pamela Roper. She is unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m glad she is not my daughter’s primary provider because it would be a nightmare. Every other doctor who has seen my daughter before has been respectful and compassionate. Would not recommend this location.

It is worse now with the virus. We were refused treatment. They said we would have to get a phone consultation. We went someplace else to get medication. Stay away. Their apology. We tried again, same result. They should close they are just wasting insurance money. Just got worse it should be shut down for fraud. Their excuses and lies did no good. Then they froze our records.

Not too much info as it's a medical building but I can say they are disorganized and it gets me frustrated at times when they forget to pick my people up for their appointment. As a clinic it's a good spot

take a o long take o check in in when is your turn they don’t want to see you when you arrive early but is their fault because they are slow …they don’t care if you are dying and have a chronic disease they just told you NO and plus the parking lot is full with employees car so you waste time looking for parking
