I did find some pants at a good price. The female at the register was rude & a thief! Horrible service from her.

I really like clothes quality, the texture is so soft and comfortable. Taking advantage of the sales I buy a lot of tshirt for my son and cute t-shirts for my daughter.

I took my daughter to store 30256 and was deeply disappointed as we have been loyal customers for years. My daughter made a purchase and handed the money to the cashier, but cashier 02273610 showed such unprofessionalism and disrespect to put my daughter’s change on the counter instead of placing it in her hand. Either your staff needs better training or more supervision because things like this places the entire store/brand in a negative light. I’m an HR professional and I will be sure to take this to the next level.

Alissa at the West Covina Hollister was so incredibly helpful! My daughter was exchanging a swim suit and Alissa went to the back multiple times to find the right size and color. She was super cheerful and made our exchange easy. We so appreciate the great customer service!

Sells such cute clothes!!!!!! And the service is amazing!!!! They are always checking up on you and very positive it feels very welcoming. I was attended by multiple people but Andrea was amazing!!!! Love her!

I have been shopping in this young and trendy, sporty clothing shop for over 10 years. However, before when I got here last a few years, I was not able to carry all the good quality and excellent price clothing with my two hands! However, today, I walked in with empty hands and I walked out with nothing in my hands! The clothes there, are much less choices, much less qualities, much less styles, all the classic styles are gone! What happened to my favorite clothing store?

Hollister has very great prices on their clothing and making shopping very easy on the customer. I definitely suggest stopping by!

Very intimidating. I was in the store. All eyes were in me like I was going to steal something. I actually bought something so they wouldn't look at me like I couldn't afford anything. I used a coupon. 1/10

Rude service! I will never go back to this specific Hollister. I recently went to return an item with my receipt in my phone and they have the nerve to tell me they can't accept because, I originally bought it at Santa Anita Westfield. the nerve to make me waste my time and money because, thier none productive & none caring employees felt like it! RATE 0.

Always rude service. Staff always doesn’t feel welcoming. Id rather shop elsewhere where I don’t feel I’m intruding their time shopping there.
