This Michaels located at the Quad at Whittier is a great location for all your crafting needs. It is always overly easy to buy more than you were intending so it is perhaps wise you use their convenient curbside pick up and just order what you were looking for in advance. I tend to like the selection at the Michaels on Imperial Highway but depending on your location this is certainly nearly as good.

Baby was awesome! I go to this place all the time for my uncle. They always encourage me to look for deals online and they are so pleasant!

I love this store, the employees are always helpful and friendly. They have crafting classes and tons of kid friendly crafts. They are priced a bit above average, but since it's a one-stop shop for art and crafting needs, the time saved makes it worth it.

Horrible they don't let customers use their bathroom because they don't want to clean them. I was told by staff and to add only staff can use them. The put a rope and sign in the hallway to public restroom . Families go in the along moms with small children this is the only store that does this. Guss what I went to hobby lobby and joanns a few blocks away. I don't support this

called ahead of time to make sure they had an item in stocks before driving over with my kids. I was looking for a specific item, so when i asked, they confirmed they had the item in store . After telling them again what i was looking for and repeated that they had it in store, they said yes. I stopped by, and when I arrived, the item was not available. I spoke to the person and said they don't know why they told me there was when there wasn't. all they said was to try another store.

Staff needs to be more friendly n meet the demands of customers..this is supposed to be an arts n crafts store?? they stopped supplying certain items cause it "inconvenienced them."

The crew that was working on this day was very helpful. The store was very tidy even though they were moving stock around on different shelves nothing was in the way of customers, where they could trip over it.

Was there today, looking for black felt sheets and a cute sparkly 1/2" black ribbon. The felt shelves were absolutely bare today, and not much ribbon to choose from. However, if you're looking for ANY Christmas items, now's the time to head on over!

I have shopping here for 5 years, still have yet to meet an employee named MICHAEL. Slightly disappointing but irrelevant to the review. Regardless, the amount of arts and craft supplies always keeps my family on their toes. The customer service is top knotch and knowledgeable of the locations of most things. Nothing negative so five stars by default. (I await you Michael.)

I forgot my debit and credit cards at home. I was able to order online for in-store pickup and pay online with my stored payment method. When I was done with order I was able to speak with a really nice and helpful employee about my situation. I offered to pick up my items from the shelf and bring them to the front for her. I did and she was able to take care of everything on her end. I was in and out withing 20 minutes. It was great. I always come here. I appreciate how clean and organized the store is and how willing and helpful everyone is.

The cashier that day made jokes about all the green items I was purchasing. I liked his attempt at being warm and friendly. Overall Michael's is a nice store.

this Michaels had a much nicer, open walk-in and display. The Halloween section is much more eye catching than other locations. also, this store had way more decorations and items to display other than what my original Michaels (in Anaheim) had. also, very organized.

I visited the store today to purchase some items that were available according to the website. Upon my arrival, the items were not in stock even though it still stated they were in stock online. They had the same items in a bulk package that I was going to buy individually (BOGO free versus full price) so I asked if they would honor the same prices as the individual items as shown online. One of the workers told the manager that I wanted to speak to her and I was told she would be right out as soon as she finished her lunch. Of course I asked if she would be awhile and I was told that she was on her way. 15 minutes later I had to ask for her again. I think she was hoping I'd just leave. I waited near the isle where the items should have been and was then told the manager was waiting near the cashier. 20 minutes later I was told she couldn't give them to me at that price. According to the manager, Vanessa, the website often says the store has items that it actually doesn't, which was upsetting because not only did I waste my gas, I also wasted a lot of my valuable time. Customer service isn't what it use to be.
