I
visited
the
store
today
to
purchase
some
items
that
were
available
according
to
the
website.
Upon
my
arrival,
the
items
were
not
in
stock
even
though
it
still
stated
they
were
in
stock
online.
They
had
the
same
items
in
a
bulk
package
that
I
was
going
to
buy
individually
(BOGO
free
versus
full
price)
so
I
asked
if
they
would
honor
the
same
prices
as
the
individual
items
as
shown
online.
One
of
the
workers
told
the
manager
that
I
wanted
to
speak
to
her
and
I
was
told
she
would
be
right
out
as
soon
as
she
finished
her
lunch.
Of
course
I
asked
if
she
would
be
awhile
and
I
was
told
that
she
was
on
her
way.
15
minutes
later
I
had
to
ask
for
her
again.
I
think
she
was
hoping
I'd
just
leave.
I
waited
near
the
isle
where
the
items
should
have
been
and
was
then
told
the
manager
was
waiting
near
the
cashier.
20
minutes
later
I
was
told
she
couldn't
give
them
to
me
at
that
price.
According
to
the
manager,
Vanessa,
the
website
often
says
the
store
has
items
that
it
actually
doesn't,
which
was
upsetting
because
not
only
did
I
waste
my
gas,
I
also
wasted
a
lot
of
my
valuable
time.
Customer
service
isn't
what
it
use
to
be.
