The store is very large with a very wide selection. Check out moves along and the staff is very helpful.

I love this store. Always clean, great selection and great customer service. I visited this store on Labor Day in the afternoon. It wasn’t too busy. The clearance section was nice and organized with sizes in the correct place. The denim tables were neat and organized and I was able to easily find my size.

To be black Friday it wasn't full a lot of deals.

Found a great holiday dress! Scarves on sale. Cute warm red jacket… Great customer service except the long line at checkout. Had to ask them to get more help.

Took my granddaughter shopping there for her birthday. She was able to find some really cute clothes. They did not have her size in the shoes she wanted , but the sales associate was so helpful in ordering what we needed. They arrived in few days.

Never coming back to this Old Navy again this woman is a Karen and is racist she wants to talk about gender‘s man and woman I guess she doesn’t support transgender obviously she is judgmental and a narcissist I bought a jacket the other day for $13 she proceeded to tell me that she would honored it if she would see the receipt and I showed her a receipt and then she told me she can’t do it she wears glasses and has short ugly red orange hair take my advice don’t come here

I just want to say that I’m impressed with a Gentleman in that store Named Albert as soon as I walked in I noticed him greeting everyone and the way he approached my family with such a good attitude and asked us if we need anything to let him know was such a good feeling. We been to others stores and people don’t even greet you or acknowledge you the whole time your there. And the fact that he just keep delivering his customers service to us was just amazing he brought my son and my self this jacket to try on and was just recommending clothes to us. We just want to say that he made our experience amazing. I will be definitely be coming by here again. If anyone has any Questions Ask for The Manager (Albert) thanks again for the help

Good selection but not the best for bigger boys (12 to 18). Stood in line for over 15 minutes with another customer breathing down my neck even though there's floor markers for social distancing. There were 4 customers ahead of me and all I bought were flip flops. Next time I'm doing curbside or ordering online. I don't have extra time to be waiting that long for sandals!

I love this store. I bought a few things on sale and 2 different days Old Navy charged me lower than the red tag price. Maybe it was because I signed up with my email. Thank you. I love your cotton clothes.
