Very noisy. There is no AC control within the rooms. The result is the room gets warm and hot. Not the most comfortable environment to sleep in. My biggest problem was the noise. The sound of doors slamming all made it hard to sleep. Not sure what is going on at the hotel where people were up at midnight going in and out of the rooms constantly but it probably wasn't anything good. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Great hotel serviced by a first-class staff. The staff made the Marriott Platinum staff feel welcomed with the tentive treatment. The rooms lack soundproofing. Lackluster area and the 👩🏼 stopped providing services.

A useful base whilst travelling up from southern Italy to Germany. There was no food available during the stay, except for breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat in the town. The bed is comfy and the bathroom a good size. Friendly staff and a good breakfast offering. Yes the hotel is not in excellent shape, but absolutely fine and a steal for the price paid.

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable.

Rooms, unfortunately, are warm for daytime in summer/fall. We have been in three AC hotels.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I have stayed here multiple times and feel like I'm visiting family.

The hotel was clean and the service is ok in general, during our stay there was like two days that in the second floor aisle one can barely breath due a heavy smoking smell. the menu in the restaurant is bit limited however the food quality is real good.

Just outside of town 15 minutes from where I was working (Vicenza Army Health Clinic). Staff was very good during my 1 week stay. It feels very urban/commercial and there is a lot of traffic along the front. Hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Restaurant and room service were both good, fast service. Plenty of cappuccino/coffee when you want it. Gym was small, but good equipment and facilities that were well maintained. Parking was free. The breakfast is not available till 0700, which meant I was already gone most days, but it was large with lots and lots of options when I was able to enjoy it. Security was iffy, no key required to enter, use the elevator, or access gym area. The commercial area And the ‘affordable’ housing structure next door didn’t inspire confidence. There are plenty of places to eat and local grocery shopping. But the room I was in had no way to even heat water for my mornings, no coffee maker. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent, I did not enjoy trying to shower here. Free wi-fi was available throughout, but it is complete open without any passwords or security (so I used my own hotspot). Not sure if I would stay here again…unless I was using my Bonvoy points.

AC because the AC worked in June, heck yes! I was able to get anywhere I wanted for under 20€ and yep, like MANY areas in Vicenza you have the gals out front making a living, not easy to avoid so I’d be silly to ding you. On par with chain standards and a slight tick above par for the Italian culture. One should expect more than 2 minutes to be waited on. Great breakfast! Not once were you out of an item. I had a few silly first-world requests that you accommodated with ease and I’m sure any other silly request would have been promptly addressed. The sound of a door closing against wood didn’t bother me because I needed to roll my butt out of bed by 0630, but maybe take a look at the pressure specifications on the doors closing. Just kidding, no pressure or too much, people are going to be inconsiderate and slam the doors, nothing you can do. I noticed it didn’t click so I needed to give it a little nudge. Excellent steam room!

Nice rooms, very clean and modern with everything you need, good mattress, big clean bathrooms, breakfast was good, big free parking spots in front, staff was super friendly and helpful - special thanks to Alessia from the reception, she was awesome! Definitely a recommendation. Fully valued the money.

Absolutely beautiful!! Loved our room. Mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Shower was pretty, but not practically designed. Water was all over the place. Clear glass sink was not optimal. Shower pressure was amazing and the A/C worked above and beyond! The morning view was spectacular! I would have liked to see some more healthy choices at breakfast. Although the array of sweets looked beautiful. Location was not as ideal as we thought. When we called, we were informed it was a quick 5 minute bus ride away. Definitely not! And buses are not frequent. Cabs are no where. If you are traveling by car, I highly recommend this location!

Stayed at this hotel during the middle of the pandemic and had quite the experience. Being a valued member of Marriott I would have think i would have gotten a better treatment. From day 1 was treated like we had COVID, charged for everything and nothing as far as quarantine procedure and the front desk worker were all quite rude, I mean you do not have to be nice to me but at least be respectful. Definitely would not recommend staying there and the area was quite sketchy.

The hotel is in total alignment with Marriott standards. Spotlessly clean, in fact maybe the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The bed was perfect! Full size toiletries, of a very well known Greek brand, Korres, dental kit, shoe shine, shower cap even a comb. Everything needed was there. Not forget to mention the hair dryer that was great (really rare for hotels). Last but least, Vincenza is a good place to explore North Italy. The hotel is 12 minutes drive from the city center' s parking station.

VERY VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! Staff was so nice! Martina and Alessa so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was always fresh and full. Mmmmmmm the fruit was always sweet and juice fresh. We enjoyed this stop on our Italy trip. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. THANK YOU!!!

Great place good people. All amenities are spot on. Not much to see near by. Many snack in the room and have to pay for em.

Great place for a weekend trip! Giving 3 starts t the room because we had no control over the thermostat, so the room was hot. We had to open the window, which was a little uncomfortable for us and we were facing the highway so the car noise was very noticeable.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Would've given 5 stars but for the fact that we were in a suite on the top floor and had no control over the climate controls and the room got extremely hot. We actually had to purchase fans and open the windows. Our suite was very spacious... had 2 bathrooms, a living area and a separate bedroom. The bed was firm and we slept wonderfully, the wi-fi was very stable and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience.
