Our first impression was great: Hotel is an old classic villa, surrounded by hills and in general a nice landscape. The view is top-notch! Our room was fine, we had nice wood floors, a modern shower and a huge double bed. The view out of the room was amazing! The aircon worked well and we barely heard neighbors, except when they walked by. The breakfast room is nice, the food ok and the coffee really good. After a few days we realized, there seems to be a lot of room for improvement: - everything needs to be restaurated: pool/pool area (lots is broken & dirty), bathrooms in the private rooms (shower moldy, flush broken & room not clean, insects in the room) - cleaning is superficial and not thoroughly done: service forgot to fill up toilet paper and tissues more than once, two times a shirt was thrown off the bed or a chair during cleaning and not picked up, floor was not cleaned well (we found nail clippings) - the prices (!!!) - they are on the verge of being impertinent: Small Coca Cola for 5€, Spritz for 10€, a small meal for 15-25€ (adding to that it it's just not being very smart - would've consumed a lot more, if prices were reasonable) - dinner and bistro food options are very limited and not vegetarian- /kids-friendly. Two vegetarian dishes, both not that appealing. At least have some simple pasta pomodori or vegetarian lasagna on the menu. Our suggestion: Add pizza! Perfect for sharing at the pool, even in the heat and would attract more people in the evening for dinner. - No simple snacks at the pool. You can mostly get the same there as you can get for dinner (who wants to eat heavy meat dishes in the midday heat?!) One time we tried to order French fries, but the guy at the bistro said "not possible". Something else, we personally found really disturbing: On the 15th of August there seems to be a national holiday. The hotel decided to throw a little celebration for that, which is fine of course. BUT you have to pay 40€ per person to attend, otherwise you are not allowed at the pool area that day... You have to find a spot somewhere else, further away. Then you were either directly in the sun or in the middle of 100s of insects. Well, at least you were still "allowed to use the pool"...  First, we overhead that a family with small children was tried to be whisked off to a spot completely in the sun (no umbrellas or trees) during a 36 degrees day. Then our neighbors told us they were not able to order food in the afternoon or sit there "because of the event" (they were regular staying guests)?! That's more than a minor inconvenience... The Manager even got snappy and very unfriendly with some guests, as they complained. Professional? Don't think so. Adding to all of this, we were not being made aware of the whole thing and had to pay the regular price for the whole time. All in all this hotel has immensely great potential, but with all of these mentioned aspects there is no reasonable price-performance ratio. This hotel tries to be something it's not (it's more likely a 3 star hotel with horrendous pricing). Our suggestions: Put some (or more) work into the place, drop prices to at least a reasonable amount and enlarge options at the pool bistro and for dinner. And definitely ensure cleaning is done well in the rooms.

We liked: - Friendly staff - fast check in and check out service - clean and nice breakfast with various options and good coffee. - the view - the seating area on the terras - lots of parking - hotel was easy to find - lots of towels in the room - staff followed corona rules strictly except for the cleaning staff who put on their maskes when we passed. - aircon - flatscreen We disliked: - cleanliness of the room is superficial - the pictures of the pool are from when it was built, now the pool is dated (stones are coming loose and it is dirty). I spoke with management about the dirt, leaves and general grime in the pool. They told me since the pool is in the open (half covered) animals are expected to come in. I've stayed in hotels where pools were clean and completely in the open. I had my own pool which I kept clean. It's not too hard to do. I was also disillusioned when I told them wasps were making a nest on the balcony close to the pool. This was also seen as normal. We were a bit disappointed because we looked forward to the pool but the outdated and dirty furniture, pool, music, ... really opened our eyes. We didn't go a second time. I want to warn you for this because on every website I've only seen the pool clean and brand new. - guests don't follow corona rules - you will hear every toilet visit, flush, shower, water drop and conversation of your neighbours. We are deep sleepers so at night we slept well but I can imagine light sleepers will be affected by this. - the bath/shower (tiny) and shower curtain (dirty) - the attic rooms have a tiny window with no view. - we ordered a bottle of sparkling water and 2 glasses on the terras for which we paid a whopping 5 euros. I know hotel services are expensive but this seemed excessive. Overall I wouldn't stay in this hotel again and I would not advice to go here unless you are by car and you have small children. I do want to make another remark on how many languages the staff master, it's lovely to have a good communication.

Set in a beautiful scenic area this hotel offers stylish well appointed rooms and ensuites. A quiet setting to relax in. Transport by public bus to Vicenza via a picturesque route takes 15 minutes if you don’t have a car. Buffet breakfast with lots to choose from and the on site restaurant is good. Vicenza is a great central hub to stay at and venture out each day via train or car to amazing places such as Bologna, Padova, Milan and Venice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I was there for an event. Employees were nice and food was good. Bar tenders were friendly. Parking can become congested but is still manageable.

Absolutely horrible accommodations…. Specifically, We had the unfortunate experience of staying in this hotel. In the weeks leading up to the conference, we’d researched the information on the hotel website and expected to be enveloped in beautiful grounds, warm ambience, panoramic views, sleeping or sitting on time captured furniture pieces. To our chagrin, we’d stepped into one of the most horrific hotel experiences of our time. Before arriving, we had even considered extending our stay to a second night to relax and enjoy a certain elegance. However, this thought was soon put to rest as we found the accommodations completely ghastly. The hotel is classified as four-star but provides one-star accommodation services. Firstly, we had to wait to early afternoon to enter the room. Our luggage was placed in the room by the staff (assuming) and there’s an objection to this as I will explain. Secondly, there was no mention that the room was more adapted for handicapped guests with some limitations. Foremost, (handicap or not), we were in the attic and the room had no window. Even the “sky roof” does not allow the guest to look at the sky. In addition, the room has no bidet. Just about any typical hotel in Italy would provide this amenity. Last but not least, the very simple antiquated shower, that you would not expect from a “four-star hotel” contributed to more water being on the entire bath floor than the guest wanting to have a relaxing shower. Moreover, I believe for sanitary purposes, plastic shower curtains were phased out ages ago; I felt the plastic shower curtain had been used by other guests. The room did not even have an appropriate bath mat. In regards to the food provided, uncooked pasta lunch was served at lunch. It was not al dente, it was uncooked. As for dinner, I was not served what was indicated on the menu. Although all the conference attendees were served branzino (as indicated), I was served uncooked, tasteless-vomit looking merluzzo. Needless to say, it was presented in the most unappealing manner one might can imagine. The smell was offsetting and it was downright awful. Additionally, the wine served was very modest at best. Additionally, the wine served was very modest at best and the lasagna with peas left one feeling that the chef had gone on vacation and something was put together at the last minute with no ingredients by the staff. On a positive note, the staff was professional and available. Even though the receptionist made the argument that as we were not available to see another room, they decided against the room change. As we had had our luggage taken to room without seeing the room, as we had a previous appointment, I think the two light pieces of luggage could have been easily moved. I found this excuse to be a bit flimsy. Side note: Other guests had similar room complaints but managed to have a room change. Unfortunately there were even elderly conference guests that were required to take stairs in their room to go to use the bathroom. All in all, we rate our accommodations and food experience completely unsatisfactory and hope not to ever have another conference in this facility.

Ladies lunch outdoors on the patio. Beautiful ambiance. Waitstaff was prompt and kind. 4* as the food was just ok… the ambiance is what we loved. Will be back for wine in the evening and use of the pool!

Really nice place if you want peace and quite. They have a restaurant and bar on location. Rooms are your typical European size and the people that work the desk are extremely helpful. The only thing I didn't like was its not really walking distance to anything. It's two miles from the city but it's down a road that can only fit one car but somehow is a two way street full of sharp turns. But all in all, a very pleasant experience.

One of THE most delightful places I have stayed in. The grounds in which the hotel stands are visible from afar, on the top of a hill. The facilities, well the pool particularly, are just magnificent, half-in , half-outdoors. The views are purely magical. The family room was large and the beds were high quality. Staff were excellent. Definitely planning a return long weekend as Verona✈️ is only a short drive. Venice✈️ is 1 hour.

Very nice hotel with awesome views from the mountain. Room spacious and clean. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food was quiet overpriced and not always tasty. The breakfast was ok but I expect more offerings from a hotel like this. It was not many options available

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly as well is the service at a 5 star hotel level. Rooms are spacious & charming and the beds really good. The price quality ratio is spot on. The only downside: you have to shower in the bath and the prices of drinks are quite expensive. All the other: great!

Great hotel, great personal, great ambient, everything is just perfect. Year ago I put 5 stars now I will give 2 stars with eplanation: - dirty tablecloth - hotel receptionist didn't say hi at any time and were rude a bit - portions are so small in comparison from last year (when I was full from 2 dishes) that one plate contain just for two fool spoon of food (main dishes). - rooms were smelly (we booked 4 rooms) - There is no greeting from chief from kitchen - pool is dirty - rooms were not so clean for my expectations - just breakfast were fine overall

After quite a long time , I have been there to pick up some clients, they were extremely pleased about that magnificent location, cozy rooms , gentle and helpful staff! And yes that view is unique, this is the best hotel on the Colli Berici, just a few miles from the Andrea Palladio city : Vicenza !

We thought that this would be a nice quiet hotel in the countryside. It is not. It is a huge conference venue which was full of noisy accountants at a business meeting. There was inadequate service for the number of people and we, as paying guests were ignored.
