Food
was
decent,
but
service
was
less
than
what
one
would
typically
expect
even
in
Italy.
We
thought
it
might
have
been
that
they
didn’t
like
us
because
we
were
Americans,
but
I
think
they
just
simply
don’t
care
about
their
customers.
We
asked
if
the
waiter
spoke
English
to
make
sure
he
understood
us
correctly.
Order
came
out
and
was
wrong...
half
order
of
BBQ
ribs
when
I
definitely
ordered
the
full
order
(even
pointed
at
it
and
made
sure
he
understood
the
16€
order
and
not
the
half
order
which
was
11€).
He
said
he
could
bring
me
another
half
order
and
I
asked
if
I
could
just
pay
the
difference
(5€)
because
I
had
asked
for
the
full
order
which
was
16€.
He
said,
do
you
want
a
full
order?
I
said,
no
I
just
want
the
other
half.
He
said
he
couldn’t
do
that
and
it
would
be
11€
for
another
half
order.
I
finally
just
told
him
forget
it
then.
To
top
it
off,
when
I
was
paying,
the
cashier
ask
if
everything
was
okay
and
I
said,
“no,
not
really.”
She
asked
what
I
meant
and
I
explained
what
had
happened
to
which
she
replied
“Okay.”
So,
I
just
paid
and
decided
this
is
yet
another
pitiful
excuse
for
a
restaurant
with
mediocre
food
and
poor
customer
service
from
snotty
employees.
One
more
place
marked
off
my
list
of
places
I
will
ever
return.
I
just
simply
do
not
understand
how
so
many
businesses
here
do
not
understand
how
customer
service
can
either
grow
the
business
exponentially
or
result
in
stagnant
or
dwindling
business.
