Food was decent, but service was less than what one would typically expect even in Italy. We thought it might have been that they didn’t like us because we were Americans, but I think they just simply don’t care about their customers. We asked if the waiter spoke English to make sure he understood us correctly. Order came out and was wrong... half order of BBQ ribs when I definitely ordered the full order (even pointed at it and made sure he understood the 16€ order and not the half order which was 11€). He said he could bring me another half order and I asked if I could just pay the difference (5€) because I had asked for the full order which was 16€. He said, do you want a full order? I said, no I just want the other half. He said he couldn’t do that and it would be 11€ for another half order. I finally just told him forget it then. To top it off, when I was paying, the cashier ask if everything was okay and I said, “no, not really.” She asked what I meant and I explained what had happened to which she replied “Okay.” So, I just paid and decided this is yet another pitiful excuse for a restaurant with mediocre food and poor customer service from snotty employees. One more place marked off my list of places I will ever return. I just simply do not understand how so many businesses here do not understand how customer service can either grow the business exponentially or result in stagnant or dwindling business.

I like this place a lot. I have tried almost everything from the menu and I was satisfied with everything. I am also very satisfied by the decoration of place and very pleasable staff. My recommendation!

I was a little disappointed in the quality of the menu. My husband's steak wasn't cooked rare as he asked for it, though mine was! I thought there'd be more variety of steaks on the menu. Rather than importing expensive Argentina steaks, what's wrong with Italian steak? I buy it in the grocery stores and if cooked properly, it's very good. No Fiorentina on the menu. Why not have a little bit of America, Germany, Argentina, Italy & etc.

Can't cook a steak if their life depended on it. It was cold to the touch... As if it was removed from the refrigerator and served to me. Med. rare was a deep purple and chewy and cold. I'm talking Barney the dinosaur purple throughout. There were no juices either 🤔 no blood, no juices when I cut it... Am I going to be sick? The dipping sauces for the "nachos" were also cold. I'd compare it to a nacho Lunchable (if that translates) The red velvet cheesecake was dry and had a funny taste. I think it was also frozen and thawed out moments before serving. Ever taste freezer burn on your food? That's the taste! Their french fries were good 🙄

Really enjoyed the staff and food.

Gave a three because service was excellent; however, the food was barely adequate. Fries came out warm and cooled rapidly, kids not happy with burgers, and we learned not to order veggie burgers. And the meal was expensive! C'mon, these are burgers, one step above a Happy Meal.

Friendly staff. Very well maintained restaurant. Unique ambience as always by the Old wild west. Delicious burgers and variety of options to choose from. Good one

Very good meals with reasonable price

I am appalled at the restaurant sitting us in such a discriminatory area. We are African American people dining in and sitting in front of a Noose. I don’t think it was purposely intended but she and this restaurant is NOT culturally AWARE. I Will not comeback here.

Food is delicious, the vegan/vegetarian options are amazing too. Last time service was a bit slow but overall I had a good experience.

The cow burger and the rosemary steak are the best. I absolutely love this place. The service is good. And the ambience is cozy. Highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The restaurant was very clean and it had a relaxing atmosphere.

I go fairly often for the Arizona salad. Great servers dedicated to making me comfortable physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
