One of the kindest staff I have ever seen. Always with a smile and always willing to solve any issue you have. The three bed bedroom actually had a double bed and a single bed instead of a sofa. Breakfast was diverse and of excellent quality!

The stuff in this Hotel is incredible! But mostly the manager Gianlica that was sensitive and understanding, and went out his way to make sure we are pleased. In addition it’s a clean hotel, great breakfast and it’s good value.

If you are Asian, you won't get good service. The staff at Cafe refuse to refill foods when the tray is empty, they start to bring out foods when the other customers come in the restaurant, they will service their drink and bring them to the counter to get their foods, at the mean time, they stopped us to pick up the food, and asked us to make room for the local travelers pick up first. Even though we had been waiting for a while 😡 in additional, we tried to find a complaint, they responded by Italian to us!

The hotel is clean The service is excellent Very good breakfast. One disadvantage is the distance from the city center. But the receptionists are welcoming and helpful.

In short, everything you need. Fantastic bed size, it's huge! Great breakfast. Too bad there isn't a balcony.

Everything in the hotel up to standard, rooms well equipped and clean, breakfast better than most Italian hotels, hotel staff accessible, multilingual, I recommend this hotel to everyone

Hotel staff excellent and pleasant. Restaurant was closed. Room was clean, but widow was broken and unable to close properly hence every train sounded like it was coming through the room. TV was dodgy. All in all, needs money investing in it.

Stayed here as I was away on business, these places usually feel soulless but not here. Great hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Tip: At night they put a selection of food (meats, cheeses and pizza) out at the bar to help yourself too. Really great. Rooms are a little small but have everything you need.

Great hotel as a stop in between Venice and Verona. Rooms were neat, beds very comfy, breakfast delicious! And friendly staff :)

Excellent serviceminded staff. Well maintained hotel. Rooms are smaller than normal but with good function.

the single room was horrid. really smelly. no possibility to change.. had to keep the window open all night and it was really noisy as it was located 20 meters from the train track. bin man arrived at 5 am :( worst experience ever

Ranks down there with worst hotel I’ve experienced in my 44 years career. No air conditioning and room is very warm even in November with window open. TV will it broadcast in English. Room has an unusual smell.
