I had been a long time customer (15 years ) of this hotel before the pandemic. They customer service was outstanding from every part of the hotel and they made every effort to accommodate you. But after my experience of booking directly with the hotel and their rigid attitude to any and all requests under the new rules of the new owner I would suggest that you book another hotel. As an expert of customer service who has worked with many hotels and hotel chains I would say that in my 21 years of experience this was the absolute worst example of customer service I have ever encountered. I cancelled and will never be going back or recommending this hotel to anyone.

this hotel has only and exclusively good accommodation and is well located for those who want to stay close to other cities to visit. Otherwise, the employees are not friendly at all, only two gentlemen who worked at the bar were kind. The other employees are just forced to be kind with customer, but you can feel the tension. there is a tremendous lack of communication with the customer about what he has to pay, for example city tax, cap for the exterior pool … how they can tell me I have to use a cap to swim in the pool outside, if in your website you have presentation of the exterior pool with photo of people swimming without cap ? Makes no sense ! 15€ full day a sun lounger by the pool ? this is stealing. when people are already accommodated at the hotel and should have a discount on the value, at least. very basic breakfast, the weakest I've found so far. Overall, the hotel only has good accommodations and that's what makes it 4 stars. for everything else, it's the weakest hotel I've visited so far. To not repeat, for sure !

Vicenza Golf Hotel is a nice hotel with comfy rooms and a superb breakfast. Since we were here in the off-season room prices were quite affordable. Note, though, that spa and pool are subject to extra charges even for hotel guests.

I would give zero If I could Idk where where start honestly But the worst experience ever Bad customer service Remote doesn't work we had to call the reception with their magic hidden remote to come put up and down the volume and this n that !! This is crazy A 4stars hotel with not even 1 % of wifi working Disaster!!!!! They said they would've fixed the remote and they didn't Let's not talk about the bed thanks .. I won't recommend

Very nice hotel , nice and comfortable rooms, kind staff but for a hotel 4 sup is the internet speed very poor.

A bit far from city centre but the staff was really nice and rooms were very clean. The only problem with rooms is that beds were 2 separate units put together which created a hole between the matresses...also they are quite couch quality so sleep wasnt the best... Otherwise staff is very kind especially some young barman who worked in the evening shift. Breakfast was amazing too

Chose to stay here due to conference being held in the hotel. Initial impression was that the hotel was clean and modern and aesthetically pleasing. The interactions with the staff were nice and helpful. The reasons for the 3-stars are the hardness of the bed and waking up with excruciating back pain each morning and the weak water pressure in the tiny shower. Breakfast was just ok with watered down juices and a coffee machine that didn’t work. Would I stay here again? No. I would take my chances with the Marriott close by.

Rooms are very nice. Brekfast poor for such hotel. Wellnes have to be paid additionaly, for this price its to much.

An interesting place. I would visit them again. The staff were outstanding and I really can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The location was perfect for the work I was doing. My only concern was that the restaurant was a bit too fancy. Some more general options would likely increase patronage.

One of the best hotels in Italy. The location is perfect, there is free parking. Nightingales sing all night long. The cleanliness is incredible. The cuisine is beyond praise. Great Hotel. Rooms are very spacious with excellent amenities. Perfect for summer and winter timeframe. Can get crowded during summertime due to conferences. Plenty of activities. The staff is amazing, respectful and quick to answer any questions. Service is perfect. Would recommend to anyone in the area. The views are amazing too.

Been using this place for a half a day getaway by the pool. It's very clean. Need reservations.

A little disappointed with our stay. My husband and I checked in around 7pm on a Friday with our kids, they were tired and we were tired after a long drive. We got into our room, very modern very clean, nice bathroom and toiletries. However, The receptionist told us that there was an event going on the weekend we booked so the bar and restaurant were closed. I didn’t care for that. The spa seemed nice but everything online was booked for the weekend probably because the event? little did we know that there would be extremely loud music playing until 1am Friday. Saturday night they played music until about 11-12pm. I had no email about this in my reservation and I would have booked elsewhere. The people at this event were rude(stood in the middle of the road for about 5 minutes and we were unable to drive our car around them) some of the staff at the breakfast area were rude, asked for ice at the bar for all four of us- nope wasn’t allowed to do that. Clearly just not our best family weekend and the hotel being stressful with 2 kids didn’t help. I would suggest letting people know who aren’t attending special events at the hotel that there is one going on.

If you dont care about communication with the outside world or dont need access to internet for work or just leisure. Maybe this hotel is for you. There is no cellphone signal in the rooms and the wi-fi doesnt reach the rooms either. Also, a queen bed is two twin beds put together, which is very common in Italy, except that these ones have wheels and dont stay together. Wont be comming back.

Progold organized a pool party but someone one guy come to at 11.30 said you are so noisy and tat stayin in the hotel is complaining.and owner of Progold getting angry and fighted that's why I didn't suggest this hotel if you giving rent to pool neither you will not sell the room nor will say to your customer pool is rented and if you get uncomport from noise you can stay here

In reality it could be also 5*, but we were there for very short time to be sure. Restaurant was nice, food was delicious, only live singing was not perfect, but at least it stopped at 22:00h.

Will change my review if this God awful music stops by midnight. It's 2324 and I can hear the event music from the basement on the second floor. Having kids who need sleep, and having driven 7 hours to get here... this is absolutely terrible. Can't believe a hotel would let music be this loud in total disregard to all other guests. Also, I went to the bar to get a bucket of ice for water etc. The bartender told me he could only give me a glass of ice. I said it's for 2 adults and 2 children and he said no, he cannot do that. Extremely rude. Go vacation in Germany or Austria, not around here.

We got a room here for a bargain. Very modern and clean rooms. Got everything you would need. Fantastic bathroom. Professional staff. But I can't recommend the restaurant which is too expensive for what you get.

The hotel was nicer than expected. Our rooms were great and modern, the staff friendly. My issue with this hotel is the Spa and the cleanliness of all the water facilities. Do NOT come here for the spa! If you can do without it, it is a nice place to stay. They advertise it as a spa hotel and I was really looking forward to it. No spa personal available - last min, I understand ... but what really ticked me off was the cleanliness of the the 2 pools. The "Spa" pool looks great, but has a brown grease, dirt crown on the walls, really yucky! The outside pool is very old with tiles missing and in dire need of a good make over. Oh .. and I forgot the rest of the spa and the sauna were closed. Bathroom has a similar cleanliness problem, brown, moldy corners ... This is really to bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice.
