Very Friendly and great service. We didn't have to touch our luggage once. Also informed us very precisely for our cruise ship. Best Parking in Genua, but a bit difficult to find. Please make sure to head right under de bridge heading west.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit am Parkhaus empfangen. Einen Tag vorher gab es noch eine Handy Nummer mit der dann der Whatsapp Kontakt auf Englisch prima geklappt hat. Die zugewiesene Parkbucht ist relativ breit und bequem zum Aussteigen. Der Autoschlüssel blieb bei uns. Der Transferweg zum Schiff ist sehr kurz. Bei der Abholung hat der Shuttle Fahrer bereits an der zuvor beschriebenen Stelle auf uns gewartet ohne dass wir vorher noch Kontakt hatten. Einfach den Aufzug nach oben nehmen und das Gebäude in Richtung Taxistand verlassen. Das nächste Mal nehmen wir auf jeden Fall wieder diesen Parkplatz mit diesem hervorragenden Service. Grazie!!

We parked here for the duration of our cruise. The attendant was very helpful with parking our large vehicle and the shuttle service was excellent. We had some trouble finding the shuttle when we returned to port but I called the garage and the attendant helped me. We had no problem finding the garage. Great location! Great service! Highly recommend!

Very good service for resonable price. Staff is nice, give goood and understandable instructions, service is fast and on point. Definitely going to use this parking house in future. Highly recomended.

The car (and I) was in good hands from start to finish, everything went well. On board on the ship I was in doubt if I had remembered to close the window in the car and phoned them, shortly after they called back and could calm me down. I can not recommend them enough :-)

We parked at Lanterna Parking in Genova because we were on a cruise ship for 11 days. Everything was more than perfect. Very friendly worker who all speak English. Very good organisation, they were punctual and friendly. Also the price is much better compared to other parkings. Thank you!

Amazing service. Arrive by car at 08:00, park in a safe spot, shuttle bus to the cruise terminal is waiting for you. Your car is safe during your cruise and nothing to worry about. When you get back from the ship, a shuttle is waiting in front of the terminal. Will use again next year. Can strongly recommend this parking if you take a cruise from Genova.

Perfect organisation starting with entering the parking deck, shuttle Service to the port and pick-up from port back to parking deck after the cruise. Many thanks again for this very convenient experience and to the whole team. I can fully recommend this service without any restrictions!
