We had a very bad expirience. The parking is at very busy place. Once we arrived, the entrence of the parking area was occupied by a different cars. So we were not able to reach the garage. Due to the very heavy traffic (the street is very narrow) we had to go around the block again. That took approx 10 minutes. On second try we were able to park near the garage (slot for taxi). After we showed a confirmation and asked if they can park our car. The staff was ignoring us. We asked them couple of times if they can park our car. They started to be quite arogant. They did not want to speak english. At the end they parked our car after 25 minutes wating. The parking is quite expensive, we paid from 10AM. We arrived in time, but as mentioned. We were wating approx 25 minutes. So, I give only one star and I cannot recomend the place. It was very bad welcome to Milano. I think one of the reason was that we are not from Italy (we don´t speak Italain) and our car had foreign plate.
