Ideally located a few minutes from the Cornwall Regional Hospital and the town centre of Montego Bay, Rosemount Gardens is a quiet community close to Supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc.

Went to look at a place that was advertised has furnished that had absolutely nothing on top of that I had to be waiting how long in the sun for the owner to show me the place. Then he was all about how soon mi can pay the rent even before I even looked at the place physically and want me to confirm to him sending me a video of the place instead of viewing it physically and kept on asking me how much I saw it for online. Big red flag if you are the one handling your business why would you be asking me how much I saw it for and want to force me into paying rent for somewhere I didn't even confirm. Then again this is mobay renters ever a look ppl to scam.

This is a middle class residence constructed in the early 90s. Most of the homes have been updated and expanded. The community is relatively safe but may be prone to instances of break-ins or other forms of violence. There have been a few shootings in the area but they are infrequent. However a fairly good place to live.

Good proximity to downtown Montego Bay, and very near to the regional hospital. But houses are very close together and the roads need work. Frequent utility outages.

Nice place however road needs repair

Spacious with a wide selection of foodstuff and other household items. The checkout time can be a bit lengthy sometimes but it's made up for by the nice staff that they have working there.

Although it was on a sad occasion that I was there the place is fine and the person's that I went to visit was warm and accommodating

My dream is to somehow find a superstore or grocery store that has the things that I truly truly want at a reasonable price
