I was planning a trip to Jamaica and upon seeing the way that this hotel treats its workers— I have ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of patronizing this BULL! They need to be exposed for their inhumanity against the local Jamaican people. SHAME ON YOU!!!

This hotels owner (ISSA) is a Racist. Capitalizing off the backs of Jamaican workers by paying them minimum wage and disrespecting them. If you are black/Jamaican and have any self respect do not stay here they don't respect your kind, however if you are white go right ahead

Booked my trip a few weeks ago and decided against going. Will not support a business that does not look out for it's staff.

It's now all inclusive since last week (last week in March 2022). They made the change recently they said, to be competitive. Food was ok. If its now all inclusive, need more food options. Breakfast had only eggs and callaloo etc.

Treat the staff terribly. This is happening throughout our beautiful country to our people who have no choice but to work for foreigners.

Awesome staff and hotel is located in a central area with easy access to food, Beach and clubbing....management staff has excellent customer service....will definitely stay there again...shout out Lisa....

Wonderful experience, very professional staff, very breathtaking room, excellent facility, and a really nice beach with plenty of natural palm tree shade, infinity pool is amazing, a lot of WOW factor to this hotel, breakfast was amazing too, definitely recommend

Hotel staff were friendly and easily accessible. Self check in and check out available. Room was clean, decent size. Bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. Room was a bit cold due to structure. The hotel is well connected so quick access to airport via tram. Quick access to the city centre. Enjoyed my stay.

The level of customer service was some of the best I've experienced in some time. They went the extra mile to re-book a hotel that we otherwise would have cancelled and lost all our money. The team understood the fact that we had a sick child and went about liaising with the hotel directly to sort everything out.

We love this place as it's always super friendly and clean. The place is one of the cleanest places and the staff is always super friendly. Rooms are spacious and always clean and the beds are comfortable. The AC in the room is a bit noisy but you get used to it when you are sleeping. Breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel service, reception & amenities were great. It's a nice cute hotel building within walking distance from train station and has few eateries around. Overall we had a very good experience and highly recommend it if you're on budget.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also great, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the beach.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel made everything perfect for our stay. They were very accommodating and we’ll definitely be back! The food, the pool, THE BAR!!! Everything was just perfect!
