We were on our honeymoon and wanted to see more of Jamaica than just our resort. Our tour guide was Bailey, and he was awesome. Bailey spoke passionately about Jamaica and let us know all about what we were seeing on our drive from Montego Bay to Blue Hole and Dunn's River. It was great to learn more about Jamaica. Firstly we went zip lining and walking up Dunn's River. It was so much fun and really fun for any age with full mobility. Then we went off to blue hole where we jump off cliffs, ropes and all sorts into clean blue mineral water. We also got to trek through the forest to each jumping zone. We had so much fun on this trip, we booked to go to 7mile beach and Rick's cafe. Bailey was an amazing tour guide and Jamaica Terrific Travel Tours team made it easy to book and amend as required. We booked Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios with Jamaica Terrific Travel Tours. The website was easy to use to book the excursion and the contact before the excursion was great too! Ryan was our driver and host for the day / trip and he was fantastic! He pointed out some of the other well known hotspots on the way and also offered us refreshments whilst on board the private taxi (the air conditioning was great too). Both Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls were fantastic experiences which were made better by the service that Ryan provided - he sorted out our wrist bands at both places and made us feel like VIPs! We were able to explore and enjoy both experiences with the comfort that Ryan was waiting for us when we were finished. He also kept our bag and belongings safe in the car as we didn’t need everything at both places. Overall, we had a fantastic day trip - it was well organised and the service was brilliant! We’d highly recommend booking with Jamaica Terrific Travel Tours if you’re looking for a stress-free and fun experience whilst travelling in Jamaica :)

Mr. Bailey was our driver for the day and was excellent. He made us feel safe while driving and planned our day well to take the most advantage of the sites. He was very accommodating and answered all of our questions as well he pointed out and told us about many things. Our experiences at Dunns River Falls and Blue Hole/Secret Falls were exhilarating!!! My family conquered a lot of fears on this day! We were however disappointed in a couple of things. We booked our tour through Viator, in the description it said Bottled Water and Red Stripe Beer were included/complimentary - Mr. Bailey had neither of those but was accommodating in finding a good stopping place to get those. Also we booked our tour for Easter Monday (not knowing this was a BIG holiday in Jamaica), when we arrived at Dunn's Falls Mr. Bailey had to work some "magic" to secure us tickets otherwise he would have been waiting over an hour in line to get them - thought perhaps this would have or should have been taken care of in advance???

This will be a review which will include multiple activities organized by Jamaica Terrific Travel. Our family was finally able to travel to beautiful Jamaica (after 2 attempts stoped due to Covid). You can imagine having a group of 10+ adults of different ages can make organizing acitivies a bit difficult. We can definately say, with no doubt, Jamaica Terrific Travels met and exceeded all our expectations. Starting with our first City Tour. Mr. Bailey (our driver and guide) who patiently waited while all our party got their check-in done at our resort, then drove us around Mobay town and answered every single question we had, even included a stop at a local groceries store (ladies wanted to shop for autenthic Jamaican spices). Our next tour was the Blue Hole + Secret Falls day avtivity, taking our family from Mobay to each stop. This was a full day filled with fun and enjoyed by all (from our eldest member of the part to the youngest). The final arranged tour included a visit to Rose Hall guided visit at night (this is where they went above and behond). Our party of 13 sudenly changed to a party of 8, and they accomodated our last minute change with no problem. Even after our week long stay in Jamaica, they texted just to make sure we got back home ok. I didn't include details of each tour on my review (you can find that on their website), but considered sharing our personal experience with the company more important. Planing a return trip to Jamaica next year, and will absolutely call them up again!

Our trip was phenomenal from beginning to end!!! Bailey was great he help with everything we needed from Authentic food to the Excursions to shopping. He was the best!!! When we come back we will definitely use your services again as well as I’m definitely passing your information out to everyone who’s visiting.

This was me and my Wife’s firs Time in Jamaica & We loved Every bit of our Tour! First our Driver Mr Bailey made sure we were taken care of from Picking us up with Refreshments & Treats All the way until we were dropped off at our doorstep! Me & my wife aren’t typical Travelers we love to be in the city with the people opposed to resorts and Mr. Bailey & Mrs. Dennicka (forgive my spelling) did just that and we felt as if we were right at home! From Experiencing Fresh Coconut Water from a nice lady at her stand up to going up the hills 2 hours to visit the Legendary Bob Marley at his final Resting place along with meeting the pretty cool people in the area as well. So many beautiful Sites and so much information he provided as well! I can’t forget the awesome area in Ocho Rios where we climbed up a waterfall which was another great experience to cap off the already Humbling,Exciting & Grounding Experience! We will Be forever grateful and this will not be the last time we’ll take this tour. We are actually already planning to come back sooner than later with friends and family so we can share the same experience with them as well! As a first time visitor, i can say i actually enjoyed my stay in Jamaica as it is Lester as my favorite country thus far. We used Terrific Travel Tours and Bailey was our driver. He was amazing and made the experience fun and comfortable! Since i do plan on coming back, i definitely will book with Terrific Travel Tours again. We had a wonderful time in Jamaica, and Terrific Travel Tours definitely contributed to this! Communication from beginning to end with Danica was excellent. Dantay our driver was lots of fun! He answered our many questions and did not flinch when my kids got restless in the car.

This tour was absolutely amazing. I am with my girlfriend for vacation. Our Tour Guy Bigley was super knowledgeable and super awesome. He took us around Montego Bay and we got a good feel for the city. I strongly recommend doing this if you’re Montego Bay also strongly recommend working with jamaica. Terrific travel tours.

I had A blast!! I came to Jamaica for my birthday and they made sure I was safe and had fun everyday.
