Great food. I had coconut shrimp. Others with us had jerk chicken which was fab and mini tacos.

The food and the drinks were so good! The food was fresh, and the drinks were perfect in every way. Shelly was my server and she was awesome! Check her out. You won't regret it. The perfect end to a perfect vacation.

We waited a very long time for our order. The burgers were mushy and I had a stomach ache later. The service was unfriendly and we did not even get napkins. At the end we were charged 18% tip without asking. Absolute cheek and rip-off. As a tourist here, you are not perceived as a human being but as a dollar.

My wife and I thought it would be nice to sit down and have a drink/food preflight. After we got sat down it took 15 min to get a menu. All while we kept seeing people being sat around us and get drinks before we got our menu's. Waited another 15 min and left as other people had gotten their drinks and had arrived 20 min after we did. Would have left earlier but the waitress told us that she would be back in a bit to take our orders somewhere in our 25+ min wait at a table.

We were here grabbing a bite to eat before traveling back home. Our waitress was very polite. Unfortunately as we were eating our food, I noticed a roach crawling on my friends food. We looked around a there was another crawling on the wall and one dead on the floor. Appetite immediately spoiled. They did not charge us for the food or drinks and apologized but we were beyond over it at that point.

Awesome place to wait for a flight. The kitchen is very quick so that you can get in and out. Not to mention they don't cheap out on the drinks. If you've been eating rice and peas on the island I'd pass on them here. Other than that the food was great! Prices weren't terrible but weren't the cheapest. But would totally recommend it over the food court!

Sorry to say. This one is absolutely the worst. We sat there fo 35 minutes before the waitress came. I ordered the volcano nachos. with bbq pork. It pork came doused with spaghetti sauce. And also cols. The table next to us ordered the same but with chicken. It also had the same sauce. I hate to say it. But my beer was just above room temperature.

This is one of the better airport restaurants I’ve been to and is definitely the best restaurant in this airport. Just make sure you find the one by gate 9-15 and not the one by gate 1-5. There is two and they are not as nice as each other.

Outstanding restaurant to hang out in before your flight! I was recently traveling with my family and we arrived 3 hours before our flight home. Although there is free internet at the airport, the speed is quite low. We decided to go to Margaritaville for some food before our flight. Not only do they have a great selection of food amd drinks, but they have their own Wi-Fi. And this Wi-Fi is substantially faster than the free airport one. Nachos were great and easily enough for 4 people. Lemonade was made from scratch and a hit with the kids. Great food, service, and internet.

Pretty hilarious that this is both the best food option in Sangster and the worst dining experience I had in Jamaica. It’s also quite funny that this was the place I felt most ripped off during my entire trip to Jamaica. Food was HORRENDOUSLY overpriced and service was some of the worst I have had in my life. We truly felt as though we were in the Twilight Zone for a while as we ate the plastic food. I was quite certain I would be sick on the plane ride home. What a great send-off from Jamaica!

First, I understand it's an airport, everyone is in a hurry, etc. When you arrive there is no one at the hostess stand to greet you or advise you of the expected wait time. Upon entering the temperature is about 10 degrees warmer inside without the nice breeze. Took 10 mins to take the drink order and another 15 mins for the drinks to arrive. Was advised to wait another 10 mins because the kitchen was backed up. Customers are approaching the servers to settle up, grabbing to-go boxes as their food arrives...pure chaos. When you checkout they say your tip options are 20,25, or 30%. Although the handheld machine doesn't say that and you can use the 'other' option and put in your own amount. The food was not the Margaritaville standard. If Restaurant Impossible wanted to shoot their 20th season, I found them one.

Slow service . Food was vwarm at best. Plates were taken before we were finished . Took ages to get the bill. Next time we visit I hope the mobay lounge isn't fully booked

Loved it! Came in from a catamaran and had so much fun!!! Lots of drinks, good food and so much dancing! Even the rain couldn't dampen the party!

Enter under Air Margaritaville sign. Add your resort bag tag to the wall decor. You can order apps for entries. Soft drinks and lemonade served in small glasses. Food quality pretty good. Chicken quesadilla didn't have much chicken. Shrimp tacos were messy but tasty.

Was waiting for my flight so decided to grab a bite. Waitress took a long while to come take our order and after dropping off the food, she never came back. They forgot the guacamole with the taco salad but again, no one came by after the food was dropped off. After waiting more than 20 mins after we finished eating I got up to find the waitress to pay. (a table was seated behind us during this time and they got up and left since no one came to take their order) When I gave her my cash she returned it because "they don't accept bills dates before 2019". That didn't make sense to me at all because she said that the bill was legitimate and legal but they didn't want to deal with the bank since it was before 2019. I had to break a larger bill and when she returned my cash she said that the bill didn't include any "service charge", implying I needed to leave a tip. She made sure to give me 10 $1 bills to make sure I left her something too.

The service was quick. I had the double cheese burger and chips and ate the lot. Not because I was starving, but because from the first bite, I knew I wasn't going to leave anything on my slab of woodplate. It was delicious and just what I needed before my 8hrs flight home to London England 🇬🇧 😋

Crowded as usual, but staff kept the orders flowing and service was as effective as it could be with limited resources. Some patrons were obviously concerned about getting served before needing to head to their gates. The drinks arrived on time, and we were happy with our choice. There appeared to be some confusion on how to be seated, via a hostess or just independently and this led to folks walking away.

1st and only club visited in Jamaica. Great atmosphere, but small establishment. The drinks are higher than I'm used to, I assume because it's a tourist spot. Music was a mix of 30% American/ 70% Jamaican. Women free, but men $10 @ the door. The club starts to get packed @ midnight from the locals.

My wife and I visited your establishmen in July 2022. We were at your establishment in 2019 and it was pleasant...not so much this year. We were ending our trip to Jamaica and stopped into Margaritaville before our flight home. The service was very unwelcoming, in fact- the JA TSA workers were friendlier. We plus two other couples were seated, and took it upon ourselves to further sanitize the tables...much needed. The only soft drinks available was lemonade, not a problem, but we were given small glasses. We kept trying to signal the servers for refills but they were very reluctant to make eye contact. Our flight gave us notice that they were loading early, so we asked to have our meals put in togo boxes instead. There was a long line of people waiting to check out. The problem was, the waitress added a $6 gratuity to each of our tabs...we had already left tips at the tables and were not informed before hand. Due to the long line, we did not have the available time to dispute the charge due to our flight call. This was the worst part of our vacation and not what we've come to know of Jamaican hospitality or Margaritaville.

Good morning I am writing in reference to my visit to maragaritaville in MBJ at gate 4. I visited for a take out service but the bartender was very rude and her customer service sucks. It is Tuesday 10/11/22 around 11am. Can’t remember her name but at least you should know the shift. Besides her food was great. Thanks 😊

Food good but prices just ridiculous, $1000 JMD for a Redstripe! 300-400 normal , and I thought $650 in Negril was over the top but $1000 that's just a ripoff.

Really over priced. Was out of 3 different items on the menu. Ordered a shrimp salad. Was tasty but didn't eat 1/3 of it as it was drowning in dressing

Shelly who was working as bar staff at my time of visit (08.01.23) made the experience enjoyable by her interactions with other customers as well as myself and family - ordered a rum punch which tasted both sweet and strong - perfect drink to start a long flight back to London lol - chips and nachos were also really nice. Based on my experience, I'd recommend anyone to make that stop before boarding the plane =) hopefully you get Shelly too! Thanks again!

Service was pretty slow despite not being full. Avoid the jerk pulled pork sandwich - it was meat sludge that seemed like it had been in a pressure cooker several hours too long. Quesadilla, fries and margaritas were good.

Probably the best menu of any of the airport restaurants. The food takes only slightly longer than you'd expect but the real issue is the sparseness of tableware. Eating a proper meal with single-use plastic utensils is a bit much.

This was a quick stop while waiting for transportation. The hubs and I considered a meal, but we decided to go with drinks instead. The service was okay. We understand it gets busy, but we also figured it would be easy to get two drinks. The atmosphere is upbeat though. If you're arriving for a vacation, the music will get you in the mood. if you're ending your vacation, this is a good last stop before you get on the plane.

Service on the bar side was slow. There was no rush when we asked for the check and boxes a couple of times. Drinks were good, and the jerk chicken was cooked to perfection. The stickers everywhere and people writing with Sharpie all over the restaurant and bar is tacky, but the food is good.

We had our last meal in Jamaica at this restaurant and it was delicious!

After a day out with chukka, we were taken to this place for some lunch. My partner had jerk chicken and rice after which he fell very ill. I didnt have any food at that cafe. For two weeks straight he couldn't get out of bed, he couldn't eat anything and couldn't control his body. We have managed to get him home, the entire 10 hours flight spent in the toilet plus i had no choice but to give him 6 pills of imodium as just two didn't do anything which we dicovered after 4 packs of imodium consumed during the rest of our stay in the hotel. When we were back, our doctor said it was salmonella! He was 95kg and dropped down to 75kg in just two weeks! Please stay away from this place if you want to enjoy your holiday, as it was only our second day in Jamaica!

The design and atmosphere of this place is simply amazing. Even though it's located in the departure lounge and everybody is getting ready for their flights, yet Margaritaville here offers an oasis of tropical experience, reminding guests that they should certainly come back to Jamaica again! Great fast service, delicious food. Expensive (which is expected, it's the airport!)

I have pretty low expectations for airport food, but this place was really good. I got the BBQ Jerk chicken and really enjoyed it; it was quite a generous portion too. The service was reasonably quick, and the drinks were good too. If this were a normal restaurant (not in an airport) it would probably be 4 stars instead of 5, but taken in context I have no complaints!

Surprise! Very good food at an airport. Frozen Pina Colada was good - even had a rum floater on top. Appetizer platter was more than the two of us could eat: tasty Lava Lava shrimp, great chicken quesadilla, wings with a nice side of sauce and blue cheese and spinach dip. Plus a wedge of fresh coconut to gnaw on. All nicely presented on a big, blue glass platter. Yeh mon!

Amazing service I had a cheeseburger that was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Friendly and fast less than 1 hr. Even asked for a warm beer to go, I can't get back home and was accommodated. Best airport food!! Thanks guys!!

All Margaritaville's are awesome, great drinks and good prices. During our vacations we got to go to 2 different Margaritaville's. The one at the Jamaican airport and my favorite and the pics show Margaritaville in Negril Jamaica.

A great spot for some authentic Jamaican food and great service. You’re free to dip your toes in the sand, they’ve got plenty of tables in the sand and throughout the bar. With an island with such great culture and vibes there’s really not a bad view of the crystal clear water. I’d definitely suggest all their Marg’s and anything with the Jamaican Rum! Definitely a good recommendation if you’re in the area!
