I certainly got no cheese and was overcharged by your thieving cashier who clearly can't do math. You must have not paying the employees well so they steal. ( new location in sam sharpe square to be exact)

Place was clean. Pleasant staff. Good customer service. Food was warm.

Bogged at from every angle. Waste of time. If there are more 5 people then forget getting anything for an hour. Slowest Drive through place in Montego Bay! Was at the back of the line. Didn't move for over 10 mins. Went inside, 3 people before me. Orders took forever! Air conditioning NOT working either. What is going on in this place!? Fix it please!

Delicious burgers, unique menu items that arent available in other countries (like the Italian sub)...and amazing view of the sea! In the heart of Montego Bay with shopping and the famous doctors cave beach within walking distance

Service could be lot faster in drive- thru. Got to have more than one person preparing the food. Faster the food gets out, the more customers will be drawn. Pleasant cashier & servers on the inside.

I had the worth experience there this morning. After waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes for a Nugget meal for my son. I was only told they had no nuggets for the meal. This was then topped with disappointment from my son and cries if hunger. This made me very upset and I pledge never to return. When I was young Burger King was my favorite now. I have no desire for it because of this. To add uts not my first bad experience with this location Went their a few months ago and wanted breakfast and I was told they would open until 9am.

Ordered a burger and chicken nuggets. I had to wait about half an hour to get it despite a very empty restaurant. Once i got it imagine my shock, the chicken nuggets were so stale and salty. Like it wasn't over night either but some ten day nugget out the fridge. The burger was ok but wouldn't recommend buying there nuggets. Imagine kfc coming up with new chicken nuggets and burger king giving out stale nuggets.

Food is typical of a fast food chain. Service varies but the drive-through is usually quite active. Recent visits were met with a dirty space.

So the opening time is suppose to be 7:30, ppl have to stand outside for almost an hour while the security tells you he'll have to find out "what time to open" and that's it. Poor service and quality at the Bottom Road and Westgate Branches

Outside Burger King waiting for them to open at 7:30 which it says on the door and this is the second time they’re opening after 8 o’clock. Not good enough really.

Go there daily & always get through quickly even on weekends when it is the most busiest. If you can wait, you can always try the drive thru, if not then going in is always the next best option. One of my favorite food spots to go.

I went there they should open by 730 and almost 8am they are still closed. Couldn't wait any longer I left and went elsewhere 😔 They claim they are short staffed. I'm pretty sure they know that before hand , make the necessary adjustments before hand to ensure you have happy customers.

Eat breakfast here most times when i stay in Montego Bay for work. Food is what you would typically expect from a Burger King

They are the fastest Burger King I have dealt with but they seriously need to fix their ac unit. Not even a fan they have blowing on their customers.

The Chicken Tendergrill sandwich tasted like rubber and the bread 🥪 tasted bad today. Then to top it off, my order was sat on the side while the server was trying to pickup some British tourists🤦🏾‍♂️. In addition , The parking is being shared with multiple businesses. So the drive thru can be confusing and cluttered 😕🤔

While I didn't mind the wait (wait is a Jamaican thing lol) I was shocked that the servers DID NOT wear gloves and when I complain they only wore a glove on one hand.

This was the quickest I ever got through at any BL worldwide. Even with the speaker at the drive thru broken, the staff was hardly everything well. The customer service was normal, nothing outstanding.

Food is consistently on point. Location is easy for me to reach. Depending on the time of day they might be a bit of a wait to get through but the food is good.

Burnt burgers for sale. I purchased 2 burgers and both where cold with burnt patties, I reached out online and you guys said I would be contacted. Its been over a week and no calls or responses. This is frustrating.

It was good. Eating space available. Though the drive thru was long, there was no line inside.

The worst service ever their card machine never works and you have to come off the drive thru to pay for your food inside blocking the drive way. NO common sense to say let me put a sign up before the drive thru that card machine on drive thru not working. That one star was mandatory to post this.

I feel like they’re rationing the ketchup lol my friend did not get any ketchup in his bag at all, I had 2 different takeaways and got one ketchup each in the bags. You need to stop using those cup holders, I had my drinks with no ice and the darn thing busted through the cup holder all over my dress. There’s a lot of restrictions but customers still need to use the bathroom. Other than that the BK tasted great but I should have left the drink instead of it all over my dress

Their whopper will definitely take your tast burst the amusement park. Everytime i go to this location I get great customer service whether its the drive-through or instore

This site is really shabby. There was trash on the floor along with grease stains. No evidence that the floor is cleaned regularly. We were there for 45 minutes and saw no staff on the floor cleaning tables etc. The drive through was closed. This restaurant overall looks really shabby especially as its situated in the heart of the Hip Strip tourist area. There is one entrance which also serves as the exit. The other door was locked. Health and Safety??? There used to be a seating area upstairs which is no longer in use. The stairs were blocked off by a mish made of items and looked rather tacky. Overall I am disappointed with the look and feel of this place.

BK at this location not on form. Order was mis-filled, we ordered hash brown but got fries and the sandwich was so so. Not pleased but hungry and out of time. So just wolfed down the chow and got out. Place was hot, no A/C. Staff was working hard but could've been short-staffed that Sat. morning

Service slowwww ..I ordered coffee and got no milk or sugar with it.. and there was a guy harassing customers for money in the drive way while they are in there car even at the wait area where we wait for our orders

My favorite fast food restaurant, its name is Burger King for a reason the burgers there are amazing and it has the same good taste every time. Regarding the service I mean it's okay it's what you'd expect from a busy fast food restaurant, the service are not that attentive but they do their job it's a busy restaurant so it's understandable as long as there is no one being disrespectful to customers then it's okay. The overall atmosphere is also what you'd expect from your typical fast food restaurant is almost always busy filled with a lot of hangry people or people in a rush.

Not the service experience I hoped for in the tourist capital. Restaurant space was cramped, so I opted for the drive thru take out experience. Drive thru monitors did not work and had to wait a long time to reach the teller window to place the order!

This location is open from 7am. Children wanted to try it out. Everything fried of course, it was a treat! They had the French toast sticks which is served with fries or hash browns. Breakfast sandwich's and a veggie burger. Everything is fresh made to order. Covid protocol's followed here. No dine in. Toilet available if required. Hot chocolate is served as hot water with packet chocolate on the side.

I went to burger king to get a number 1 whopper with cheese, after receiving the burger was when I realized it wasn't properly made, the was tomato in my burger only onion and lettuce with a little ketchup and a whole some of mayonnaise, the cashier, didn't notify me so I decide if I wanted to get it or no, I am disappointed and very upset about the situation 😒😒😒and this is not the first time the cashed my order without saying something is not available,it's just that I've never complained before

I was here on 11/3/23. Ordered 3 sandwiches and was charged 32400.00. Purchased at 1pm and i was still in store till 4:30pm trying to get my money refunded.. I have never seen a less knowledgeable team. Manager on shift was at lost as to what to do. I have never seen such rediculousness in any business operation. I even had to point out to manager that one of the cooks was making orders no gloves on. Touching buns, beacon bare hand, a total food preparation violation, these burgers were still sold to customers.

Be aware that this places opens and closes whenever they want. Tried multiple times to eat there, but wasn’t open or they were closed despite the hours posted on their door.
