I'm from Houston and I came on vacation to Montego Bay. It was so beautiful. I sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing. He made made me a pure white Hennessy and cranberry. I had the jerk chicken rolls! Wow so good. Then i had the oxtail with white rice. Just know i are my entire plate❤️ Lastly the bartender made me a chocolate martini! Honestly i loved everything about the place. Everyone was nice and friendly thank you so much for treating me well and making me happy.

I don't know what happened but this was the worst part of our trip to Jamaica. Bad luck or a new server or something... We came in on Sunday afternoon - New Year's Eve but still. It wasn't busy. The place is mostly foot traffic as it is set back from the road in a compound with limited parking nearby. There were half a dozen staff on the floor. We were seated and gave a drink order, which showed up 15 minutes later. (The shots are only 1oz, FYI.) We intended to order an appetizer, entrees, and dessert. This was going to be our big meal for the day before walking down the Hip Strip. We ordered our appetizer - the sampler thing, which was good when it eventually came - almost an hour after we ordered it and delivered by a different server. Our original server never checked on us, so we never got to ask for another drink or to order entrees. We tried to wave her down but were not seen. She was VERY interested in her phone, the TV, and the bartender on the far side of the dining room. When we asked someone to send our server back, we asked for the check, paid, and left. Total time there: 90 minutes, 80 minutes waiting and 10 minutes eating. It was a shame because this was a full service restaurant we were excited about since so much nearby has limited menus. Wound up being the WORST part of our trip.

Very clean and spacious restaurant. The food was delicious, the customer service was excellent. The bathroom was very clean too. The music was nice and the the fact that there was a barcode menu, was very convenient. The drinks were a little too sweet and outside sitting area was hot because the fans weren't on. Nonetheless, it was a great experience and I look forward to my coming back here.

The food was total fail for me a Jamaican...the drink was the worst cheap liquor. Very nice spot that my kids enjoyed because of Bolts memorabilia but everything else 👎 thumbs down better them have a gift shop and leave the food alone...we had jerk platter, curried goat and ribs...wasted $$

The jerk chicken spring rolls were amazing!!! I also loved the coconut shrimp. The place is so clean and cute. The music there is what made this place so vibey…they played the best jams. The staff was phenomenal, especially what seemed like the manager. He was busting it to make sure everyone was happy with the food and service they received and was just running around helping everyone. This was our favorite restaurant while in Montego Bay!! Highly recommend it here. The ONLY negative is the wait for the food took awhile but it also was busy!!

The ambiance is great, sport bar type of settings. Ordered a ital pasta dish, instructed the server not to add pepper... When I received the food it was so spicy. I could not eat it. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy everything took long. Jerk spring rolls were too spicy to eat. Check menu properly before ordering.

Tracks and Records definitely lived up to the hype. The food was great as expected and the service was on point. I enjoyed the music and soccer games playing on the big screen. Not the typical touristy restaurant given the location but definitely worth a visit if you’re staying nearby.

Nice sports bar/restaurant next to Decameron and S Hotels. Great interior rich with memorabilia of a great athlete and Jamaica-themed posters. Very welcoming service, but we felt sorry for the staff. After all, they are the ones apologizing for many things missing from the menu. Having said that, the food we ordered was delicious.

Dinner was pretty good. For a starter we got the jerk chicken egg rolls and they were delicious. My boyfriend's oxtail was a little salty but we got the curry shrimp and it was good. The shrimp were a little overcooked but didn't ruin the dish. The atmosphere is definitely a vibe. Cool place to get a drink and watch a match or for a night out to chill. The little ice cream spot right across is great too

Staff was superb! Went over and above to ensure that my mom had an awesome birthday dinner! Food was great! Great ambiance and vibe! Catered to both locals and tourists in a cordial fashion...locals were not treated less than the tourists, which was an awesome feeling!

Overpriced and underrated. Bartenders Jourdan and George made my night. Server was something else. I ordered the her platter and said leg and thigh please, I don't eat breast. She brought out breast. I had it sent back. The peppered shrimp was good though

The staff was very friendly and nice. The food was good. But the side of vegetables is the saddest veggie side I‘ve ever seen… Dear kitchen, make your vegetarian customers happy and serve them a bigger plate of veggies :-)

WOW...WOW...I don't know what to say seriously. I kept thinking of this review. I am from NYC, this restaurant was above and beyond anything I have experienced. I will try my best to put my experience into words. I got in late, around 10pm (I beleive they close around 11pm). I was politely greeted by Zeena (I apologize I am sure I am misspelling the name). I was dressed in a tank top, swimwear and water shoes. I was treated with respect and kindness the entire time I was there. I was shown the menu and Zeena explained to me everything clearly. By this time, things are starting to hit me. I am realizing how extraordinary and unique this place is. The TV behind the bar is gigantic. The music was the perfect volume; not too loud and not too low. All the workers seemed professional, happy to be there and the whole place seemed to be running smoothly. When Zeena came to bring me water, she told me that it was filtered. I am pretty picky and I do not like to drink tap water so for her to tell me this without me asking was very much appreciated. She brought me the cup of water as if I were a King. Not even joking, I felt like a king the way I was treated. It was all very professional, so when I say this it was not coming off as fake or "trying too hard". Highly trained and professional service, for real! Again, Zeena (without me asking) told me the food will be ready in about 5 minutes. Something I appreciated to know without asking. I received my pickings order of Tostinis...My God, I was in heaven. It was perfection, I can't describe this experience well in words. I was literally just happy I ordered it and felt I made the perfect choice. When I got the main course the presentation was beautiful. I already knew beforehand I would enjoy it. I mentally prepped myself for some really serious flavors and man was I right. It was all too good. That shrimp was delicious! Everything was! Again, I feel weird putting this experience into words as words can not describe how I felt and what I was going through. I was happy to be there but I was also thinking "why can't I have anything like this in NYC?!" This restaurant would crush any competition in NYC or anywhere in the world. This restaurant is exemplary for all restaurants. I am so happy to have experienced this place while being in Jamaica for the first time. This is the longest review I ever wrote in my life. I just had to write something for future customers, for the owner! I hope he is extremely proud of his team and his restaurant because WOW everything was just 5 STARS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way!! The ambiance is good, customer service even better (big up Big Daddy J 😅) but the food was my biggest issue. Either something was too sweet or too salty. That aside, I will be going back and I definitely recommend you to try them.

Such a great vibe hate they were out of the oxtails but my sis was still very good, we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Location was perfect a walk from our hotel.

Very cool restaurant. Sort of a tourist/hip joint but if you are a fan of Bolt then this is a must. The statue out front is cool and you can check out his records, and even his WR track shoes. Food and drinks were decent. I had the Oxtail Mac and cheese. Tasty!

Very poor service here!!! I had to wait over an hour for my order and still didn’t get what I ordered! Apart of my order was fries and The waitresses response to them not having fries was that the kitchen is closing up and the chef isn’t making anymore, I was like fine and let it rest cause it was near closing time anyway, a birthday group came in after me, ordered after me as well and they were served faster and got a lot more attention than my table did. And guess what… fries were served at their table :/ I don’t think I’ll visit this restaurant for a long while

I always wanted to visit, however I visited with my family. The food was great!!! Not to mention Ava the waitress! She was exceptional in serving and made sure we were well taken care of. I love it and we left satisfied 😌. I Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jamaica.

In my humble opinion, this location in Mobay is the real deal. Good service from the start to the end. I couldn't feel more satisfied. I really wanted to love this place! Atmosphere and decor is a vibe! More upscale casual dining. Large curved TV if you're a sports fan. They were out of several menu items. Personally, I don't think the bartender gave us real alcohol. Beware of that! Just an "ok" experience. We ordered the jerk spring rolls and plantains. Food was just "ok"

Great service. Sanitized and temperature checks to enter. Distant dining inside and outside. If you like fresh air (bring bug spray for mosquitoes Aug-Nov rainy season) Order the wings platter (really good) 3rd time having Lamb here, has a great flavor but it always comes out well done. Even though I order medium well. I really hope they change the rice side order to Jasmine. The dessert was ok.. just ok (had the chocolate cake).

My first time going to Usain Bold Restaurant in Montego Bay. My first thought was.. I am in a Disco, because the music was so Loud for a Restaurant. We ordered drinks before dinner, we waited 45 minutes still no until I call the Waitress. She then Apologise, and then she bring the drinks. My evening stared out bad.. The drinking glass was full of finger prints to the top, I showed the waitress, she changed it saying.. I make sure cleaning the glass this time. We waited another half an hour for our dinner. I was shocked to see the food on the plate. I ordered Baked Snapper, the other curried seafood and a salad which came without dressing. . 5 shrimps was on the plate with the curried seafood. Chicken supreme 3 slices of chicken breast, my fish was deep fried with son corn spread on top. I ordered fish with mash potatoes. But it came with Rice and beans, that was not what I ordered. So I returned it. I then decided to have French fries but it was a disaster. The dip was so peppery I couldn't eat it. I had enough so I ask for the bill. The bill came on top says curried mutton, which none of us had. The friendly waitress corrected it. I would never go back to that Restaurant as long as I'm staying in Jamaica.

I have mixed feelings about my recent visits. The server took a while to take my order, but her service improved as time went by. The food part of it was hit and miss situation. First, the red pea soup - there was no beef and definitely no coconut milk as described on their menu. One thing the soup had was a lot of salt. The saltfish tostinis had less salt than the soup, this was one of the better tasting dishes. The Escoveitch Fish Sandwich was good, spiced perfectly to my liking. Macaroni and Cheese - I didn't really love it, but it was okay-personally not how I like my Mac and Cheese. The best thing I had was the Heavenly Bread Pudding Suprise- I absolutely enjoy this dish. For what it's advertised the atmosphere fit the bill.

Ugh just wasn’t what we expected. Food wasn’t that good and everything took forever to arrive. I felt sorry for the servers as you could tell they were doing their best with the circumstances. The ambience is cool especially with the massive tv for watching sports.

Theeee worst food I’ve had at a restaurant. It took 45 minutes for appetizers to be served, service was poor, ambience was good. My son- who’s only 11 yrs old- says that the restaurant needs intervention from “Gordon Ramsay”- and, they should probably take his recommendation! The only thing he ate on his plate were his french fries. Huuugggeee disappointment!!

We did not eat here but decided to have drinks. The hubby said his drink was watered down and my drink was way too sweet. The ambience and decor was nice though. The wait to get seated was a little long so we opted to sit at the bar. It was pretty crowded.

Amazing experience. My guy and I went for Saturday night dinner. We were in the country from New Jersey and Britain for his birthday weekend getaway. It was amazing. The food was great. The servers were awesome and fast. The music was everything. We shall definitely eat here again. One Love 🙌🏽♥️

The food tasted really bad I order the cheese quesadilla i didn’t like it and the sauce that were serve with it tasted horrible then I order a jerk pulled pork sandwich it didn’t even taste like pork and it was just nasty and the chip that was serve with it were very hard and tasteless the milkshake was good tho maybe I need to try something different next time

I am a frequent customer at your Montego Bay location which is always up to standard, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I ever had at UBTR. I went there with my wife to celebrate one of our friend's birthday and the server who goes by the name "Tash" didn't provide us with any water nor any utensils to eat our food with. On top of that it took us two hours to get our orders (note we only ordered wings and a flatbread). Apparently our orders weren't put through the restaurant management program.  Because of the delay we then asked "Tash" if we could get our orders to go as it was getting close to curfew hours (note we got there from around after 3pm). When "Tash" finally came with our orders, she just placed them on the table without saying anything.  We waited for a while to see if "Tash" would come with our bills but it was not until we all decided to get up from our table she hurried to present us with our bills. This is not the standard we are use to and we had to apologize to our friend for this horrible experience.

Kingston restaurant appears to have better customer service and appearance. The restaurant was empty, when asked to exchange a dirty looking glass the response was "that's because of the chemicals in the drink."?????

The service could have been better 1 host, 1 waitress and a bartender today with over 8 tables we made our orders and she got us multiple times we had to go in to call her then when leaving she asked us to contribute a 25% tip to be honest I did but it was for the bartender who came in our distress to help. Very disappointed will not be visiting again.

I went to you Montego location for the first time on Saturday for my birthday and it was a horrible experience. Customer service was bad. Tash was our waitress she did not provide our table with any water or utensils. It took us over 2 hours to get our food. I only ordered wings and fries. My guests had to leave because of the curfew hours. I didn't even get to sit and enjoy my meal we had to get our meals to go. When I finally got my meal to go Tash only place the box on the table and walk away without saying anything. We wait a few minutes and when we decided to get up she came saying here is your bill. It was my first time here and it will be my last time here.

I had a horrible first experience at this restaurant. My fiancée and a few of our friends went to have a birthday dinner and the service was horrible. We arrived at the restaurant about 3pm (a group of 8 people) and 3 persons got their meal a few minutes to 6. We got our food without utensils, they ignored half of our orders and on top of that server was completely disorganized. I hope the service improves and be as efficient as the big man himself (UB). Date of experience 26/12/20. I hope you can review this night and see what could be done to improve the service.

It was not as roomy as I had expected. I went on a Saturday night. It wasn't full but we had to wait 1 full hour to be served.....the bathrooms are ok..the music was super loud some of you may like this others may not. It's a sport bar kinda vibe...I didnt care for the white chocolate cheesecake...the foam tastes like whipped condensed milk and it was melting because of how long it took to arrive..that left the cake wet and nasty tasting on top. The ice cream Sunday was good though

Really good bar. They show live sports on the massive TV. They have a good set up for watching events and a DJ to get everyone going. The food was good simple bar food, good drinks and service. Would recommend for a fun night.

May seem like a touristy thing to do, but you'll soon enter and see locals. If they eat here, it's good! And it sure was. After a long day out we wanted something light and of course a drink. The pan chicken is the most authentic on the menu, which is exactly what we ordered. The flat bread we good as well. Flavors were unique and authentic. Don't expect fancy drinks, premium alcohol - we got their award winning nine.58 and a rum Collins. If you're in Jamaica and close to one, I would highly recommend the experience. #thisishowwedoit

Had the best oxtails at Tracks and Records. My husband had some simply delicious snapper. It was one of the best meals I've had on the island. Warm and friendly waitress and staff. Can't wait to return.

When I heard Usain Bolt opened his own restaurant I HAD to go. The location and building is really nice. The food was just ok, compared to all the other amazing food we ate all across the island. There are def plenty lesser known hole in the wall places with much better food, but for a nice experience scenery and surroundings Tracks & Records is def a place to visit at least once. I def expected better food wise, but I dont regret going and will def go again to see if its any better than I rememeber. We all ordered the jerk chicken and I also had the Coconut Curry Shrimp. There is a place near my home in Clarendon dat makes curry shrimp 100x better than this was so it was pretty disappointing. Especially after how excited I was to eat there.

The service is great! The staff is polite and friendly as well. The food is excellent. Always well prepared and very authentic in its taste esp the curried mutton. Love it here!

I liked the setting and the employees were friendly, however my group ordered alcoholic drinks and we didn't enjoy them. The alfredos were also lacking a bit of seasoning and consistency. The smoothies are great though and the wings are delicious.
