Service was friendly, although a bit slow. The food came out quick; however, placing our order, and receiving our check after asking for it three times is what took a long time, and we were sitting at the bar top. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The food is delicious and I truly wish I had one closer to home. Great food options and prices are as expected for being a tourist spot.

I sat upstairs today and have a drink and relax before my flight. I ordered and margarita. the male waiter arrived with my drink and said $12. I thought that was pretty high for a margarita so I asked for a menu. The menu had the drink listed for $9. I proceeded to order some fries with the drink. When I was done the female waiter for my check she said $18. Again I saw the menu prior and fries were listed at $3.50 or close to it. I proceeded and asked for my bill to show the charges. The male waiter brought the bill and said I gave you a discount the bill is $15. ( this wasn't a discount is was the correct prices) He then go on to say some people don't tip and asked if I would be tipping on my debit card. I said no I have cash and I do show my appreciation for good customer service. I am just wondering if this is the standard practice at this location for certain customers? 🤔 Although the treatment in regards to the tipping situation was horrible, I still tipped him.

The waitresses and bartenders are very rude. My flight got delayed and ultimately canceled and I had to pay extra for food and I hated to spend my money with them. I will be going through my bank and/or airline to claim my money back. The worst service I have received while in Jamaica. Margaritaville is always a good time but this one gives the others a bad rep. Hire nicer people.

We stopped in here for lunch yesterday while waiting for our flight. I'm sorry to say, but the service was extremely slow. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone took our order, another 15 minutes for our drinks, and 20 more for our food. The food was ok, average pub fare, the cocktail was yummy. The bill ended up being way more than we calculated it to be, not to sure how that happened. Next time we are in Jamaica we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Decent meal to get at the airport! Ordered the taco salad and loved the chips it came with. Got the jerk pork burger, blackened chicken sandwich and cheeseburger. Good portion for price with average items aiming $15-$20. The nachos that another table had ordered also looked delicious. Bottled water (SMALL) is expensive at $3.50 each in my opinion but I guess that is just airport pricing overall. there are two sides to the restaurant and a retail store in the middle for last minute souvenirs.

Food here is actually better than the restuarant on the strip. Really enjoyed my meal and the staff are friendly..Nice view of the runway also

Don't bother visiting margaritaville until you leave Jamaica. Shrimp tacos and club sandwich was delicious before boarding my flight. It's Jamaica so service is obviously a lot more relaxed (slow).

This juicy Jerk BBQ Cheeseburger was slathered in a zesty jerk sauce, which put off a little heat, but was perfectly paired with an icy cold License to Chill. Rum Cake was moist and delicious...yum, rum!

Terrible service. The waitress only came over three times. Was more concerned with sampling juices with other co workers. The lady sweeping up called other customers fat. The second waitress tried to tell my bf that he had to tip. Not for that low level of service. Be more attentive and pay attention! Empty cups need to be filled! Guests before your friends!

The best bang for your buck in the airport. Plus your guaranteed a seat. The food came out fast and was hot delicious and large portions. The drinks were delicious. Friendly staff clean restaurant. Gift shop located in rear.

We are at Bob Marley restaurant and the service was mixed. We had a wonderful waitress but the wait time for our drinks was ridiculous!!! We got our food and was done eating before our drinks showed up. Even though it was still early in the day, they were out of many menu items.

Had the quesadilla while waiting for my flight. No complaints at all! Convenient location to grab a bite while at the airport

My quesadilla was surprisingly good the frozen drink was good, but it was total chaos. They should hire more staff, expand their kitchen, something. The staff were literally running and working really hard, but the wait was really long (30 mins) for the food, people got impatient waiting to be served, a lady who ordered the same as me awhile after me got her food first…it is an airport, people don’t have all day, they should really get more hands to help out. In fairness they did start telling people the wait time after so at least they had a heads up.

Such a disappointing experience. My friend and I split the appetizer sampler. The spinach dip was so greasy it made the chips soggy, the wings were cold and the shrimp did not taste fresh. Only thing edible was the quesadilla. We were given such a hard time sending it back. They were unwilling to refund us out money. We didn't eat anything. I have been to several other locations in other places and this was by far the worst

I believe this was the worst restaurant service I have ever received . I sat at my table for over twenty five minutes and not one person came to take my order , let alone drink the entire time. I asked for service twice only to be told someone will be with me shortly , only for it to never occur. I watched four tables seated after me be served drinks and have their order taken although I had arrived prior. Consider going somewhere else for service and courtesy.

My experience in jamaica with mostly everyone was so nice till i got to this place. I found the staff soo racist towards people who are not from that country. Our flight was delayed and the gate 1 was near there restaurant which was not busy at all. The waiting area at gate 2 was packed. My friend and I decided just to sit on the table when we were asked to move and again from the bar stools because we were not dining in. “Now I understand the policy of you cannot sit if you are not ordering” but does that only applies to people who are not from there? Or it applies to everyone. They didnt not ask people from there to move when they were not ordering anything but asked my friend and i to not even stand there since the area was so packed. The waitress was continuously looking at those people and not once asked them to move. I find that very disrespectful and 100% racism. Regardless whatever the situation is “rule for one, rule for all” . The dissrespect by the staff at this restaurant (except the supervisor who started off a little rude but did understand eventually)

THERE WAS A COCKROACH IN MY FRIES!! As I was halfway through with the fries that came with my burger order, the torso of cockroach fell out of the fry I was holding. Upon further examination, I found the rest of its body. They comp’d us our meal, but it did little to undo the utter trauma of the idea that we could have been unknowingly eating more cockroaches. I think this goes with out saying, but DONT EAT HERE!!!!

Incredibly slow service. After waiting 30 minutes for our meal the appetizer finally came. 2 minutes later they tell me no more pulled pork sandwiches. Not 2 minutes after I ordered but 30 minutes later. No time or food except for the appetizer before boarding the plain.

This review is intended for the Maitre D- Romario Bernard. I had to ask his name just so the recognition could be given. He is an exceptional employee and really goes above and beyond for his customers. He was the only person willing to assist me with my request by the gates and he paused what he was doing, listened and carried it out with efficiency and no expectations. I’ve told him thanks already but thanks again Romario. If I could give you 500 stars, I would. Big up yoself! :)

My brothers and I had lunch whilst waiting for the plane. Place was jam-packed but we found a table. Staff were very attentive and informative about the waiting times. The menu to die for! I had the chicken and black beans salad - it was generous and amazing- loaded with parmesan, my drink had to be a rum punch. My brother had a cheese burger with rashers of bacon, blue cheese and fries -amazing! My other brother had a vegetarian pasta, loaded with parmesan, I had a taste and it was again amazing - I could have easily converted to being a vegetarian:). Looking fowards to stopping there again. Bit pricey, but worth it!

It’s 5 o’clock here all day long! Grab a seat, grab a beer, and pack a salad for the flight home.

Food good. Waitress/bartender one of the worst I've ever had. Since the card machine starts at a 15% tip she knows she can get by doing as little as possible. Probably will never go back but if I do and get the same service, tip will be left on table in cash.

Since the wait was long in the airport; we went to Margaritaville. The service is super slow but the place was hopping with clients. I had a margarita which was good. Then my boyfriend and I shared a plate of nachos, but I felt it was a plate for at 5-6 people, we couldn’t finish it. The place was funky with colors and messages from people who vacationed in Jamaica. I really enjoyed reading the notes!

Waited a hour for food that never came… everyone around us, that came after us, got their food. When I ask our waiter and the manager, we were told that there was a mix up. Didn’t get a discount or compensated at all for waiting for food that never came. Had a hard time trying to pay for my drinks so we could board our flight. This was the worse service ever.

Our Jamaica vacation was flawless until we made the mistake of dining here before our flight home. When we were seated, our flight was boarding in 90 minutes. When they took our order, our flight was boarding in 60 minutes. When we finally got our food, our flight was boarding in 10 minutes. We had to hurry and throw our food down before our flight. The staff could have cared less and the food was not up to normal Margaritaville standards. We should have just walked out. If you choose to dine here, make sure you allow 2 hours before your flight boards. This is the worst Margaritaville we have ever dined at.

Ended up here because I got dropped off at the airport approximately 3 hours before my flight. With all the extra time I had, I figured I’d go get some food. Wasn’t expecting much but I actually had a really great experience here. I ordered the BBQ Jerk Burger, it was amazing!!! The jerk sauce and the bacon really came together well. They also have a good WiFi signal here but you do have to ask for the password. Service took as long as I would expect and I didn’t encounter any issues. I’ll be sure to stop by on my next trip to Jamaica

Super dirty and disgusting, I had to push my burger aside because it just smelt and tasted so bad. I then got food poisoning!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
