Went here last night and purposed a chicken sandwich there was no lettuce or tomato just some shredded what they call chicken which was very dry. I was in there for hours waiting and I noticed ppl just came in there numbers keep calling and they get through with no wait and they pay the servers money while I am standing there for hours and others and can't get our orders. I was cashed from 7:45pm and got my order 8:46pm.

The food was not the best it was a bit cold surface took a bit long they were going in any order atmosphere was nice and quiet and chill

I had curry chicken, rice and peas, taste abit sour. The nuggets taste undercooked. Fries was nice...

The space is two small. More cashiers are needed to meet the needs of customers. I do find, though, that service is a bit speedier than at other similar places.

First of all food likklebit and hexpensive. 1500 for a lunch and I get more at burgerking for less or even sakura. They're overpriced and not worth it at all. False advertisement btw. In relation to what they offer. The worst !

This is more about the food than setting. Selections from menu generally nicely flavored. Higher end of the fast food fare I would say.

By now everyone knows that Island Grill is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food is always good and the customer service is good from the Down Town Montego Bay is not bad. The food at Island Grill is somewhat costly and small amount when compared to other fast food joints. However, in terms of health, Island Grill exceeds.

Usual food, but taking sanitizing seriously throughout so thumbs up. No 5 due to lack of anything new on the menu in many months from what I saw

The staff at island grill montego bay across from bay west is exceptional especially the cashiers there always smiling and so friendly, you can clearly see they serve with love.

Cashier was very warm just one little issue the server was not alert and is too grumpy. I tried talking to her regarding my order and she looked at me and walked away without answering

If you’re from the South East Florida, Island Grill is like the pollo tropical of Jamaica. It’s good, fast and pretty authentic Jamaican food on the go. I usually drop in at least once whenever i visit Jamaica and the consistency is pretty on point across the board. I would definitely give them a try. Their pumpkin or callaloo rice is nice. Don’t expect anything life changing but for a chain… Jamaican “fast food”, it’s pretty solid.

Before di pandemic it was a great place to dine with your family friends are even by your self for lunch are dinner but since it's jus for take out but apart from dat it is really a fantastic place to eat staff are friendly nice alwayz smiling... Classic jamaican food with a smooth metropolitan twist, jerk chicken, French fries festival's and pumpkin soup. It's a nice play on fast food. Nice options available for kids and adults.

Clean, very fast, and the food nyam good. What me seh!!! The food eat good. All the bone you would a chaw!! Them deserve the ratings. 10 across the board. My favorite class to eat, just like there meal its my satisfaction.

I'm visiting from Canada, me and my wife walked in and there was not any customer service. No greeting you, ( just - what do you need to order) its very sad the I left Jamaica 7 years ago and come back to the one place I enjoy eating and there was no good customer service. 1 star
