    This place constantly closes the drive thru... So prepare yourself to park and walk... Will they get your order right??... It all depends on how the staff is feeling that day.... Prepare to have something missing from your sandwich/order. You must check your bag before leaving the store.

    If there was 0 i would give it. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable and extremely LONG wait time. Bad attitude. And they dont ever have anything on the menu. Its like they are doing you a favor. I will never go back again. I went through the drive through. The speaker is working, they just choose not to take order or put a sign to say out of service. Either way, my advice is change management. You need to do better!

    Chaotic and overpriced. That is their medium fries for $4.29 plus GTC. Also long waits. I would recommend against this particular Wendy's. Also the Chili is on the menu but not available.

    The cashier was very grumpy but the server was nice. The surroundings was clean and cozy. The pretzel bacon chicken combo that I purchased was not great.

    Service is good but wait time is RIDICULOUS, like y'all need more CASHIERS, one cashier a cash food then gone serve drinks?? Sometimes people have 1hour lunch an can't even stop by? Come on do better

    Worst experience in a fast food joint, the staff only care about side hustles. When the security comes with back door orders they get them right away, the wait time was half n hour. I purchased 3 #5 but when I reach home it was the something different. So disappointed worst experience and fast food joint ever. I took pictures of the food before throwing it in the garbage because not even my dog wants it to eat..Fairview Montego bay worst thing....the fries black like they were fried in ink... Tried calling them several times but Noone is answering the phone

    The burger was terrible the worst I ever had the bun was ice cold the cheese was not american cheese and looked funny for sure the drink were made with ice while you wait for your food to be prepare and was sitting there.... too much movement behind the counter and nothing being done ....I do have to say the young lady at the register taking orders and making drinks was trying to get things moving for the customers she would made better time doing things herself she had no support of her coworkers which was sad to watch

    The location falsely discloses its opening time in an attempt to suade you to dine. Be aware if you value your time. AVOID THE DRIVE-TRU--30min+ wait time

    Good to have this restaurant option in Montego Bay, but some challenges are: Consistently slow service (including low service periods less than 8 people in line). Restaurant appears run down - some seating in disrepair and facility appears run down. On multiple occasions there were too many flies for comfort.

    Worst customer service and wait time in fast food business. Spent over 1 and half hour just to order the food. Staff were not pleasant and moved at a slow pase.

    The drive thru is insane even when there isn't a lot of cars you still have to wait a really long time for your order. The service is not good or great but the hamburgers are yummy but the only issue is the price could have been better

    Spicy chicken sandwich good as usual. The bacon on the loaded fries was a bit too burnt but I appreciate the cashier who was cashing, dishing out food and then serving them in a timely manner. She was amazine and deserve a raise. Can u believe the lady had to cash the meals then she share out the food and then come back around to distribute?! I don't knw if this is Wendy's system. But if it is then u need to change and add workers or at least make sure u paying ur staff good. If this was just a one off due to low staff today then u need to give her some recognition. I don't knw what her name is but i purchased my meal around 12 and 12:30 pm today.

    Wendy's Montego Bay is always understaffed, very slow and they need to improve on cleaning up after people leave the tables. Food is always fresh and clean though

    The food is what you would expect fast food to be, fries have the skin on the potatoes if you are particular about that type of thing. Service isn't as quick and the workers may come off as nonchalant but orders are usually accurate. The refurbished space is appealing but cleanliness can be worked on.

    The tables were dirty last night and I asked a staff to have cleaned, she said , soon come but never did. I then went bak to male staff who appologise n came immidealey , I thought he was the supervisor only to be told he was the security at Fairview THANK U ANDREW !!!!

    The service here is now below the earth. Customers are rushed to place their order in the drive thru. They are disrespectful to customers, very slow and nonchalant. I've had to just drive away while placing my order a number of times.

    I recently tried the Asiago sandwich at the Fairview location, and I was thoroughly impressed! The veggies in the sandwich were incredibly fresh, and the bacon added a vibrant and crisp texture to each bite. The fries were perfect as usual. I also noticed that the restaurant was cleaned and well maintained which was not always the case for years back and also the drink was refreshingly fresh, without the stale taste I remember from years ago. The service was incredibly quick, and both the cashier and server were personable and their friendly demeanor made the visit memorable. This set of staff seems new so it seems this location has undergone a revamp, addressing previous issues of slow service and poor customer experience. Wendy's in Montego Bay has definitely stepped up their game. I appreciate the positive changes. I will be back..

    The only seats available were dirty and the janitor lady was only throwing everything on the floor and sweeping it, giving attitude when asking customers to raise their feet for her to sweep under their tables. I had their nuggets and fries. The fries weren't bad but better than the ones in Brooklyn,NY, mostly because of the Sweet and Sour sauce. The nuggets were chewy, not so bad, I've had worst. They varied in size of the nuggets. Overall experience: I won't complain because my group got an free order of nuggets.

    Waited 25 mins for a crispy chicken sandwich combo and loaded fries and that was because I complained about being skipped over. Imagine if I hadn't complained I'd probably be there waiting 45mins. It was so ridiculous.

    My first time back in the restaurant since the pandemic. The staff seemed happy and that was refreshing. The wait time was a bit long considering the number of people on the restaurant. I received my order exactly as I ordered it. My fries weren't the best though - they texture was papery. I've had better. This meal encouraged me to go to BK 😒.

    Been sitting in the drive thru at Wendy's Fairview, Mobay for 50 minutes. Worse thing is once you're in it you can't get out. Management needs to investigate what is causing this frustrating situation. Terrible, terrible service.

    Since Wendys came under the management of @restaurantsofjamaica the service has become as slow as @KFC. I came to the window finally, my money was collected and then I had to wait another long time to get my order. For persons who have a very short lunch time and must get back to work, this is not good enough. Where is the #fast in #fastfood .

    Extremely slow service. For fast-food the service is not quick enough. The line took forever to move and then the wait for the meal was another ordeal. It took over an hour before I received my order.

    Wendy’s Fairview Montego Bay stole money from my debit card on November 10, 2022 . I’m still waiting for reimbursement because I had to pay cash for my meal. Poor service, long waits, fraud/dishonesty.

    Poor service. The same person who cashes stops to share drinks. After cashing a customer, the cashier disappears for minutes. Sigh! They need more employees or better pay.

    The service is okay but they are extremely understaffed and this has been an issue for quite some time. Seems like something that management should be prioritizing and customers are given no explanation except waiting while the cashier serves drinks and whatever other task present.

    Staff is too slow, no customer service takes over 2 hours to get through and another hour to get your food. If you are in a hurry this the last place you should buy your food.
