Overall great experience. However, I miss the real fruit punch drink. That was the highlight of my visit. Sigh. Bring it back

Just imagine I've been calling from about 2pm until an hour later( 5.9.2022) I walk to the store on Howard Cooke Blvd. When I asked the cashier if they stop taking orders, she replied "no one is here to answer the phone, while another says there are two persons who answer the phone and their salary are different, so no one answers the phone if they are not there! To further compound this, the POS machine is not working! This is not good for business.

Not a bad experience this time around the ladies were all about doing their job. Work still needs to be done about long wait times. 15 and 20 minutes for a pizza is half an hour to an hour. When you get the food it's cold😥

I love this place but honestly they don't have good customer service and the waiting time is ridiculous. They need to improve with the call-in order option makes no difference,it's still a lengthy wait for your order and always passed the promise time.

The customer service is trash, claims that they are opened until 12 and at 10:23 (January13,2023) a real friday the 13 experience. The cashier and supervisor chatting and ignoring us, scratching her breast and hang up the phone on the caller prior to arrival. Trelawny pizza hut needs to give you guys some tips. That supervisor on duty tonight shouldn't even supervise a road side cook shop. You don't even deserve a star.

They don’t take card as the card reader is “broken”. No seating for dine in. No menu to choose from and if you ask for one, you get attitude. The order also takes very long. You a tourist? Don’t waste your time.

They don't even have a menu!! You have to watch an excruciatingly slow revolving menu, and the staff won't just answer questions, there are no small, medium or large options as you would usually expect. I just wonder why KFC and Pizza Hut allow franchises here because honestly it just means I have given up on both brands here and everywhere, they mean nothing

Restaurant of Jamaica (Pizza hut) please train your employees in Customer service skill and phone etiquette. I work too hard for my money to allow anyone to disrespect me while trying to purchase food at your establishment.

What you see is not what you get. In the advertisement you see alot of toppings. When go an oder from the maker you get far way less toppings. And sometimes the pizza is dried out. There customer service is poor especially the person who answers the phone.

For Dining the service is good however not consistent. The food is really good especially their BBQ wings. Foods freshly prepared and steamy. Need alot more dessert choices and music. Id recommend a couple or a clique here.

I went there for take out. I went to the one located in downtown Montego Bay. The service was the worst and they are slow. Those people don't wanna be there and it shows. I went in and because of the setup and Covid restrictions that have been bent I started to ask questions. No one took the time to answer. I asked how the process works when you order over the phone, no one answered cashier was between slowwwllyyy cashing and slowwlllyyyy looking for pizza to be distributed. I stood there and saw numerous people come n go(some came to collect some came cussed and left) and I was still asking till a customer said you go to the cashier cash and then collect like normal. I did that stood there a while although I ordered 1 hour 45 min in advance. All the customers were frustrated as well. This was about 2pm and there was no crowd or rush. It is decent priced Pizza that taste good enough that's it. The service just sucks.

Please train your cashier, security, and staff to be nice to customers. And give good customer service as expected. We are paying, that's not free, right? Pathetic service, no air conditions, no cleanliness, etc. No pizza is available after 8pm you need to call and order to pick up... but phone lines are always busy... pizza hut should improve their service's.... I didn't buy any after what I saw all these. 😕

The worst service received, sent to pick up a large cheese pizza and it came burnt. Never been this dissatisfied. It's a shame.

I don't know if it's a competition for fast food restaurants in jamaica to see who can give the worse service but pizza hut needs to be in the geniuses book of records for that.....customer service poor, food quality poor, the overall experience is poor and it doesn't matter which location it's the same I always had bad experience with the mobay branch so I said let's try Falmouth and to my surprise it's the same, the workers look overworked the food not done right if this was a road side corner shop I could understand.......pizza hut you need to step up on your game quality service and consumable food is that too much to ask?

The food is much to expansive for the bad quality. Once I waited half hour until I can order just to hear I have to wait another half hour on the pizza. There where only 4 customera in front of me... Bad food, bad service and much too expansive for that! I will never go there again

They don't offer dinning services. I have to wait 50 minutes for my order.

People are the main lever. I have never seen such a terrible branch of this pizzeria. The facility clearly needs repair. But everything was decided by the staff, such nice people work here. Employees polite, always smiling, always ready to help, kind and cultured. The pizza is delicious, the service is excellent.

There is no bathroom facilities available at this location. I called in my order one and a half hour before visiting the location, yet I had to stand in a queue on the outside of the building. There was no separate queue for walk-in orders and call in orders. Everyone had the same long wait. My four year old wanted to use the bathroom and there was none available, we were directed to visit KFC which annex the Pizza Hut location. Something needs to be done to fix this poor customer service at this location.

The service in this establishment is very poor - seemingly short-staffed when I went there, the security guard was working behind the counter. Food order was wrong and we had to wait for them to remake the order.

Imagine I called and was told to come in because they stopped taking orders. I was told they closes at 11 so I got there at 10:21 PM only for them to tell me they are closed. The workers have no customer service and this happened since night! I left and went to the other location at Fairview that is supposed to close off ar 12 to be greeted with a worker that was proudly smoking in her uniform..SMH. the worker advised they are closed and when asked what's the closing time she answered she can't tell we that. Hate unu bad fi this!

The pizza is great try the supreme on for size but the super supreme isn't that great to me🤷

Call in to order from 4:20 and went there, had to join the walk in line to cash before i got my pizza, when i did get it,it was a amazing four with no pepperoni.

Needs a more organized system, being in such a crowded area it's disappointing to see how understaffed and tacky the establish is, no side orders, no menu to view, overworked staff doing a 100 different tasks it was pure MADNESS .

Experience was not bad.. main issue was that they were not offering dining services upstairs “due to COVID” but we can go and eat there without anyone providing service if we want.. COVID restrictions have been lifted so I believe that service should be restored. Just my opinion. The pizza however was amazing as usual

The staff and the supervisors are very rude and unprofessional i placed an order today and sent a friend to collect the order and was told that there isn't an order in the system for me. I called in to place the order and the lady was trying to tell me the name she placed on the order after i specifically told her the name that the order should be under after my friend arrived they told him there wasnt any order there for me so i called in and at that time i was give two different story and then told that my order was sold to another customer

This business is discriminatory. It does not provide delivery to low income communities. It does not deserve our business as it sends a poor message to the least fortunate. We deserve better.

20 minutes really means 2 or more hours . Tons of security but 0 customer service! I'll make myself a sandwich instead.

Very slow service. You call in your order and still wait 1 - 2 hours outside. I called in my order at 4:30pm. my pickup time was 4:50pm its 6: 27pm and still waiting.. sigh

Why should I do business with a restaurant that does not want to go above and before people like me. I realized that low-income communities extremely close to the branch I ordered from aren't served by the branch or any Pizza Hut for that matter, however, high-income communities that a further away are served by it. Not a good look.
