Female workers have poor customer service. But one thing for sure the sandwiches are very delicious 😋. They now serve pizza which is yummy 😋

As far as subway stores go, it's the most modern one in Jamaica and is the newest also it's the first in Montego Bay. The non-specifical prices are a bit high and the meats on the sandwich could have been a bit more. The store was empty when I got there, and no one else came in while I was there. But footling is always filling as usual if you're willing to pay the price

Always fresh!...I have visited on multiple occasions... Yesterday was great..Rahjay was happy to serve...I understand why he became an employee of the quarter...I have never been offered a rewards card prior to yesterday... Something they need to ensure that is consistent I guess.

This location is really operating in accordance to the franchise model. I couldn’t tell any difference between this store or any other stores in the states. Very clean and welcoming ambiance. The staff was great and always helpful, even though I went close to the closing hours; they still kept that warm welcoming small. The restroom was “spic and spank” very clean as it they had just been sanitized. Sorry I didn’t take any pics to post and I also liked that customers had to be buzzed in those late hours, I felt safe. The only thing that was a miss is the coffee machine that wasn’t working at the time of my visit. Ensure to stop by if you’re visiting Montego Bay, even for a 6” sandwich and coffee or juice. Safe travels.

Its like any other subway only pricier. There is no pastrami so roast beef is the alternative. The sandwiches dont feel warm when you get them and the cookies dont have that fresh melt in your mouth feel. There is something about the white chocolate chip that doesnt really cut it. They are very stingy with the sauces and cheese. I absolutely do not appreciate how my sandwich is made. Kingston location is better but the aesthetics of thr mobay location is great including parking. There are restrooms available inside and the security gives you a pleasant welcome while opening the door...pretty sweet. The staff also move slow which is another reasin I give them 3 stars...pricey, slow service and poor craftsmanship for my sandwiches

Staff follow hygiene measures such as changing gloves each order which I appreciated. Service was very slow but that seems to be the case for everywhere in Jamaica in my experience. Food was tasty

Subs are good even though the time it took to make mine and the next customers it got cold. I didn't appreciate that they made my sandwiches and then had me wait until they made the next customers before I could proceed. I could not dine in because it was way too cold, so ended up eating in my car, not my idea of a nice dinner out. Other customers also mentioned the temperature and the security just laughed about it. The lady making sandwiches was quite miserable and not very friendly. Now I remember why last time I came was when it just opened and I never came back, despite my love for Subway as I had them in many locations worldwide.

I loved it at first but then I grew away from it. I do recommend it because it tastes great

My experience going to this subway was great the food tasted great and I also bought a cookie I think it was the chocolate chip brownie cookie it tasted amazing but I was sad cause I there was only one and I tasted sooo good it was like being in heaven most of the times that I've been here I've bought the same thing over and over

Overall the entire experience was pleasant. They go the extra mile to deliver excellent service quality, which for me is essential to my overall experience. I would highly recommend the Spicy Italian (my favourite). It is important to recognise companies who are committed to excellence and these guys, certainly are geared to that pursuit. Good Job!

The sign is somewhat concealed as it is behind the stairs coming from the fairview shopping center direction... made it a nit difficult to locate. Environment was clean n spacious. Employees warm and friendly..they were somewhat fooling around each other. A male n a female 😞 .. like on a low key.... which is unprofessional. But it didn't last too long. Smh. Not much suggestions from them either.. Food was excellent! I enjoyed my contraption of condiments... wil purchase here again.

This spot is my go-to for fresh and delicious sandwiches, although I wish the prices were a bit lower. The staff is friendly and skilled at keeping customers engaged even during wait times. The meals are consistently fresh and tasty. However, the overall dining experience could benefit from a more consistent and certain ambiance in terms of design and layout. It feels like the setup is waiting for another pandemic to rearrange things, and this uncertainty impacts the desired atmosphere. Nevertheless, I appreciate their unique style.

Subway is a healthy option regarding takeout. I love the menu options and the customer service is superb. Prices are hefty when compared to other (unhealthy) options however.

As a regular, prices are fine for me, taste is great, love the variety and aesthetic of the store. I have had great experiences with Rajay and Paulo, HOWEVER the behavior of the female workers in particular is very unbecoming. The security guard there last year was very welcoming, unlike the one slacking now, I have stood outside buzzing the door for more than 2 mins, a customer had to come and let me in, and this has happened multiple times. If this isn’t improved, you stand to lose many customers, especially due to the price of the food! Food 4/5 | Service 2/5 | Cleanliness 4/5

I've travel to many countries and had subways in most and the food is great as always but my God! Train your staff in customer service please or you will be losing many customers, I actually felt like I was bothering the lady that was serving me today and how can you not have any juice or water and open for business, it's 2023, do better Subway!

Not a real subway. Got there during breakfast hours, no eggs so no breakfast sandwiches available. No hash browns available, no drinks available just water.

They were amazing. I am soft spoken and the server took her time and was patient with me.

Just like the American version. Good fillings, good selection of sandwich fillings overall and a selection of 4 breads make for excellent variety. The one major drawback is the price is based on the American price and converted to Jamaican so it is definitely not cheap and in fact could cost quite a bit more than a burger meal, KFC, Sakura or any box lunch you could buy.

Abigail is the worst staff in there, all of the female staff had an attitude. The men were very pleasant. Abigail was disrespectful and didn’t want to cash the customers Food is good but female employees are horrible
