Very poor customer service at the Ironshore location!!! Purchased 6 foods, one of them/ the pork was tainted, told the representative in front, he refused to acknowledge that it was spoiled, did not offer to exchange for something else or issue a refund. Had to throw away the entire meal. DO NOT EAT HERE

I went there about 4 times and I dont know if I'm bad luck or what but the brown girl at the front and the short dark one acts as if it is their place. They have no customer service skills. They talk to you anyhow, in front of the man and I swear they all must in a personal relationship for them to be acting like that infront of the owner. Would never spend back my money there.

Call 5 hours before you get hungry.. Delivery take too long and food isn't always consistent in taste and texture. But its edible Waiting hours to get my food and it came unseasoned, distasteful and a complete waste of my time and money. Will be demanding my refund in the morning.. smh

Quits simple. Fox us usually very good. Prices are very affordable. Fry chicken looks good but can be dry on occasion.

Bredda, the worst. Wait for them food 2 hours, when it come it cold and don’t taste good at all. Not getting what you request, them put what them feel. Waiting time is horrendous

Great food n customer service

Food tastes like garbage. I bought stew pork and fried chicken and I couldn't even eat it. The chicken was unseasoned and so was the pork. The pork also had too much browning. The only good thing about this place is that it made me regret breaking my diet. Would not recommend!

Order like 5 hours ago delivery is soo bad.

Service is slow but food is good. It's a take out restaurant (no table service). Staff is customer friendly. Delivery is available within the scheme (Cornwall Court).

It can eat,but could be better

Ordered a large box of rice and red peas along with fried chicken. The rice and peas was fine but I could still taste blood in the fried chicken🤢

The staff is friendly and show appreciation for customers. Food is good especially breakfast.

Order from 1pm they said ok waited until 4 call back them say them never know them no have no fries honestly would never recommend worst fast food to order from in Cornwall Courts they take forever with your food and when u call and ask have an attitude kmft keep it

The Service is poor. I’ve been there twice since recently. I asked for fried chicken with Breast and wing. They gave a wing and rib, they have a don’t care attitude. This was total disrespect, I don’t know how they charge $600 it’s worth more like $450. Smh
