On Vacation on the Carnival Cruise Boat. Having a Blast. Everything is Beautiful

So I visited this location for a friends birthday dinner. The food was cold and the wings were undercooked. Had the opportunity to speak with the manager Oliver expressed my concerned about the food and the pumpkin soup which was like Gerber baby food. He was like well it's suitable for some people he had a rebuttal for everything I said. I advised him constructive feedback is good not only for the growth of the business but to ensure customer satisfaction.. the food was to be served buffet style and they clearly don't understand the meaning of the word buffet. He quoted one price before the party sat down to dine then padded the bill. I will not return to this location. Also just a quick note before removing someone's plate ask them if they are through

My first time here was great. As I walk in I was greet and told some one will seat me and be my server. We were seated ,table was well set the server assist with the menu, she regularly check on us and keep our water glass up. She was very pleasant and friendly she keep us up date on the progress of our meal, and chit chat with us to keep us entertained so the delay on the meal never notice. She inform us of other event and invite us back. Right through our dining she ensure we were comfortable. There was a little issue with the food which she willingly welcome. Natasha is her name I think she give nothing but excellent service. My next visit was not so good when I arrive no one was available to greet me there was some one on the phone so I have a seat hoping some one will tend to me for about 15 minutes sitting there no one recognize me so I walk up and say am here to dine can I get assistance please then they say we are sorry OK I get you a server and leave me standing for about five minutes when I ask the next person that was there is he gone to get my server where she reply should be I wait another couple minutes when he arrived and take me to the server this time the table was not well set there was just a knife and fork wrap in napkin and water goblet on the table no napkin fold no wine glass no butter knife and side plate ....deep breath so a lady come greet us and pour water next a guy with the menu he was pleasant but the service suck the sun was setting and the table was in the exact sunset oh boy after taking our order I drink off the water and my glass sit there empty for about half hour no one check on us I was about to walk out but I keep calm when he do check on us he apologise for the delay with the meal and is at this point he decide to top up the water with all that the meal still delay a bit more when he arrive yea great food is here oh boy the food was cold lol mash potato and chicken Parmesan nothing hot and the mash potato was lumpy not creamy at all terrible. There was a setting up for a function going on at the same time (proven wealth ) was the name so I assume that the issue enough attention was not given and bear in mind this place have service charge of 10% OMG I expect to get service the first time was great the second terrible and the worst part the first meal cost less yet the service was way better

The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. The staff is very accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was good, and they offer some traditional Jamaican foods. The concierge ladies were super nice and helpful, and they made our trip such a great experience. The only drawback was having to pay for a taxi to get to, and from the hotel, at least twice a day. That will cost you about $35 round-trip. We tried to walk, but it was not a good experience, and also the locals told us to avoid doing that. Especially at night. But the view from the hotel is spectacular. One more thing: the hotel is on a busy road with a lot of noise, but that is mostly during the day. We dis not hear anything at night, and we slept absolutely fine. I highly recommend it if you are looking for budget and family friendly, and have plans to do tours.

Love love love!. I went to Grand A View for my Anniversary Dinner and it was Amazing!! The customer service was excellent. The food was fantastic, presentation was awesome. I will definitely go back here. The atmosphere is just inviting.

The view is awesome - look out not down. The ambiance and decor is tasteful and artsy. The food was well done. Loved the oxtail Chef McIntosh! The staff was friendly but need to sell the cuisine more. Wait time is a bit long so bring along good company to chit chat between courses.

I had a blast. The only issue I had that the men only danced with each other. 😒🤣

The view is nice. The venue is co-located with a beverage/alcohol store; however, the restaurant wasn't open during the time of my visit. They allowed me to go out back and the view was spectacular.

This place is exceptionally new. Went to an event here and the servings to snack on were great. Has a very nice view.

Grand-A-View is an exceptional events location. It is a new facility, which boasts a state of the art design and outlay. The bathrooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The view is indeed GRAND! The balcony experience... Wow! The food is phenomenal and so is the variety and the service. They have great parking and security, plus additional parking for overflow. There is an elevator for the upper floors, which goes to show the calibre of the facility. They have great space for events, with paneled ceiling, fitted with air conditioning units, panel lights and all surround sound system. All in all, from my point of view, for a great experience, choose Grand-A-View!
