Slow service and refused to let us order after realizing we have on full beach cover ups. Security guard raced over to let us know we need to leave in a very rude manner. Just FYI for tourists

If people are spending their hard earned cash, then ensure your employees are doing their job at least ok. I can’t order fruit punch and get red water because no one has decided to check the beverage machine to see if it needs changing. It doesn’t matter if the restaurant is busy or not. I can’t short change kfc so they should be taking my money and no giving me what I ordered! The three biscuits I ordered were hard crunchy and disintegrated as soon as I bit it! Not acceptable! One of the pieces of the chicken in the meal deal was a piece of a piece of chicken and no one saw that, they just took it up, stuffed box and packed it! Unacceptable and then you wonder why Jamaican service people always get a bad name? Because you all don’t train your employees to deliver good service! Their attitudes are not nice, they just put out the bare minimum. KFC Jamaica do better! You are the best at KFC but with the worst service you will continue to lose. I didn’t get my money’s worth and that is not nice!

The chicken Taste like ordinary KFC. Fairview Montego branch was loud especially with the delivery bikers seem to station there, arguments are common, waiting to order is extra long, waiting to receive the order is extra ordinary long, and one can't even sit and wait for the order , the servers does not use 🎤 mics as I say before the place is noisy, if you sit you can't hear your number being call. So all just stand crowded around the counter trying not to step on each other. And just imagine that night the card machines were out of service.

Anna must be the worst customer service person I have ever come across. I work in a customer service environments and she must be the worst person I have ever encountered in my life. The cashier was extremely helpful. We ordered our meal and she duly explained that some of the items were not ready we agreed that we would take what is ready and come back. However we waited from number 3341 to 3359 and Lady Anna the queen of KFC refused when asked politely to give us the the items that were ready. She proceeded to leave her station and returned to serving everyone else and totally ignored us. 2 other staff members told her and she still ignored them. The cashier had to leave her station in order for us to get the meal. Totally unacceptable behaviour as a Customer service person.

There was only one cashier, so the line was long and the service was slow. Food was ok except biscuits were not ready and we had to wait seven minutes extra for those after waiting in line so long and waiting again to get the food. No one was there cleaning the tables so customers could get a clean table. We had to wipe our table. They need to do better.

After a very long flight we just landed in Montego Bay and didn’t get a chance to visit a bank machine and with two kids were hungry so decided to visit KFC which we were told is a must when in Jamaica. The food itself was amazing yes it does taste much better than in Canada. Unfortunately their visa debit machine was out of service, we did not have enough JMD and only had $100 bill so had to hold up the line because we were short $950JMD and were told to go to the bank across the street and basically get in line again. Fortunately a very kind young man in line helped us out and paid the balance for us. Just wanted to say thank you God bless you and you certainly made quite the first impression of Jamaica 🇯🇲 in our eyes. Visited another KFC in Mandeville and visa debit machine was also out of service.

Friends are service first. You stand in line for 2hours before you could order then an other 2hour wait for the food. Avoid and check out the street side food shops much more sustainable and better tasting. Dont waste your time and be abuse by horrible service all round. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤢🤮

If you go to any KFC in Jamaica, you know the line is always long... I think that is because of the cashiers. I know it's busy, but just pay attention. We repeated our order 4 times, which was simply 15 pieces BBQ only was told the wait was 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, we had people coming to the car saying we were holding up the line when the cashier told us to pull up. Food was good. You have to try the BBQ KFC, just ve ready for the wait and poor customer service.

The food is 5 starts, but there's a big issue with wait times. From store entry to exit, the wait time was 58 minutes. I also watched a car that was in the Drive-Thru line outside and it took the same amount of time for him to get his order. Actually a little longer. Truly unbelievable. With no mobile app, this is deplorable for a food establishment. Truly needs a technologist or business analyst to reform whatever they are doing inside because whatever process they are using is truly inefficient. Recommended for food, not recommended if you're hungry right now.

So sorry there wasnt a zero star it was the worst service. Cashed my meal from 11:40 pm no one told us we had a wait time because chicken was out i ordered big deal no wing at 12:10 when chicken was ready i got my order at 12:20 when i got it there were wing in both meals when i told them no wing in none the server gonna tell me she has no control over that and i should take what i got my other friends had to do a refund as well as they ordered spicy meals and they werent told it was out n got original when we asked for a refund the workers started arguing saying all kind of stuffs and that we shouldnt come back to their place like we were begging them something so unprofessional.......

I wanted to try the famous Jamaican KFC. It was pretty good. We got the spicy meal with corn and fries. Tasted like Popeyes chicken in the states. The fries were really good. I also enjoyed the corn. Really long wait in line.

Parking lot full of garage. Service was extremely slow, that or they are short staffed. Chicken is no longer enjoyable! Other restaurants are beating KFC in taste, and are less expensive. Only the name...

I can't say thank you enough, for the thoughtful security staff and 4 young men who came to my husbands rescue. I really need to be talking to someone at the Gleaner or Observer. Yesterday, we were in the parking lot in front of KFC waiting for the driver to pick us up some food. My husband got hot all of a sudden and somehow opened the van door to get some air, and fainted. He fell out of the van. Thank you to the KFC security and wonderful young men who saw this and ran to help him. They picked him up and put him back in the van. And they were so careful with him. I'd love to take them all out for dinner. THANK YOU! ONE LOVE 💚🇯🇲

My drive through experience at 11am : 5 minute wait Unapologetically poor customer service. Person was practically arguing with me and making it difficult for me to order. When I got my zinger there was no tomato in the sandwich and the bun was cold and old. They should have informed me whether or not tomato was available or someone didn't know how to make the sandwich. I didnt eat anything except the meat of the sandwich. I ordered 1 meal deal spicy, they mixed up the order and gave me original instead. Wasted my money.

Another poor below expectations from this established brand no card machines working not good for a modern business prep. Did not get all the food we needed as we were not able to purchase the desired items we were not given all the items designated for the combos and deals catch-up, napkins, drink holder, bags all missing . All we got was straws and cutlery kit with only a fork ans napkin. Waited a hour and half to be served because of delayed service for payments too many mobile options for card service in today's world. I accept no excuses on that.

I have visited this particular branch on many occasion and I never really found any issue with the overall food or quality of the place. Orders are taken in a timely manner and food is served in the order cashed. The food is hot/warm and delicious😋 As for the upkeep of the public bathrooms that needs to be looked into, almost always when I use it, it's messy. Great location though as it is close to Pizza hut and Tuti fruiti. Will always go back

Went to this KFC and trust me if I can avoid it I will never go back there. I didn't make it Inside but it was obvious the service was terrible. I sat in the drive Tru for over (1) one hour before I got to make an order and then another (20) minutes to get to the window, I was so upset I even forgot to collect my change. I definitely won't be going back there any time soon.

One cashier it's a no no!!!! I was late for my flight,server's need to communicate more with the cashier in terms of how many trays of food they have so customers can decide if or not they want to change their order KFC In America does sell barbecue chicken and that was the only reason I stop there.

Went there April 6, 2022. Disappointed to find snails and turtles working at KFC. The workers worked effortless, they work as if they didn't want to be there. This was the worst KFC I've been to.

I didn't go inside, I went through the Drive-through. It was pretty slow but understandable and the Orders were communicated properly however the taste of the chicken is not the same as I'm used to from other branches.

The spicy chicken is good, but service is very poor; after sitting in a lineup for half hour, when you arrive at the window you are told that the card machine is not working. For goodness sake: have a sign informing me before I drive into the one way lineup! Also: first world prices are lower than theirs.

Ensure that you're not in a Hurry when you're visiting. Will take some time for you to get through as its often packed, by Bogue and Downtown due to the Covid-19 procedures. Best time to go is in the mornings, get through with no problem.

Ordered a Big Deal and it was raw. KFC is sometimes a big raw but this chicken seems as if it fried for 1 minute. It smells raw,looks and taste raw. It wasn't busy so at least then I could say they're rushing to get the orders out. Was very disappointed,they should cook their meals properly

Went through the Drive thru in Fairview Mobay and server took my money ($1500) and tried to insist that i only gave her only $500. A supervisor had to cash her out, do a check off then realize she had more than she was supposed to, plus she tried to give me my order without the biscuits i paid for. She's either dishonest or unfocused, but something is always off, short or missing each time i visit this location

I went to this location today and it was pretty big inside.... upstairs is really clean but downstairs and the front entrance was pretty messy and congested.... service is very friendly and patient with tourists.... I ordered the spicy 2 piece with fries and a drink .....the chicken was hot and fresh and well done .... well worth a visit
