I had better in Florida...don't get me wrong, it was delicious! But it wasn't as good as I thought it would be, considering it's Jamaica.

I love Juicy Beef Patty! It’s so nice knowing I used to eat patties as a child and it’s still around and still tastes great! My only prob is that they can put a little more cheese in the cheese patty lol. I believe it’s just 1/4 or 1/2 of a slice cheese that they put in. In my picture I had to add mozzarella cheese to mine in addition to the cheddar cheese that it came with. Nonetheless, Juicy Beef Patty all the way..

Best time to buy is as they open in the morning, they taste the best at that time. However , the security will not keep order in the place so it is not uncommon to see people bore the line. Be mindful not to go too late as they can run out of patties as well and they will have you waiting in the line and not tell you. Don't know why.

Delicious patties! The soy and veg ones are vegan, be prepared for lines and also go early to get the soy and veg cause they do sell out

Awful customer service. Absolutely awful. Train your employees please. And the seating area is always filthy. No staff to clean it seems. If it wasn't for the fact that I love patty, you wouldn't catch me there.

Was taken here by our hired driver, as an impromptu snack stop. We would not have found this place without him. The place was busy, as it was lunch time. We placed and received our order quickly. There was some confusion with ticket numbers but nothing to hectic. We would recommend the cheese or beef patties.

Restroom does not work. Had to leave after waiting to be cashed. My 4 year old could not hold the pee any longer.

It is just a place to go get your food and leave. The security guard is very friendly though and Ms. Jackie one of the servers is nice. I ordered one box of patty and the lady heard 8 boxes luckily I heard her and so did everyone in the line. Lol.

No trip to Jamaica is complete if you don’t have these. Nice and spicy. These are the best of the very best . Loved it thoroughly. I even bought some and brought them home to the USA. Only problem too many ppl wanting to buy . But worth the wait.

The service is good, the good is good. The wait time is horrible, they need more cashiers at this location to make things run more smoothly.

Patties and coco bread are delicious, but the service lets this place down. They need a bigger oven outlet and everyone needs to be on the same number ticket system..

Very poor customer service. The wait time is lengthy. They have a number system and they are not guided it. The serves unprofessional and not courteous nor friendly. This was my experience.

Juicy beef patties are good you can eat them home or you can eat them abroad you're a wonderful forever one...

Went there and spent almost 6 grand for cheese patties to come back home and they gave me beef patties don't buy from them very dishonest people. Give you what they want to give and share the money very disappointed. I Will never go back there when I travel.

Juici beef I got to have a cheese and a chicken patty with an orange juice with some ice. That's how I start my Saturday mornings. You no eat no breakfast or lunch you betta shop at juici patty. The best in Montego Bay

Always hits the spot, never missing the mark! I'm never disappointed when I come here. My only complaint is how long lines are, but that's only a testament to how loved the food is. Totally worth the wait🤩

Cashiers and servers have no manners and no customer service experience to offer paying customers, establishment could be more clean especially been a food establishment.
